I got a quote from a store in Bradenton for a new tire after mine was cut, but they closed at the same time that I get off of work, so I decided to go to this store the following day. After being informed that they couldn't honor that quote, I called the Bradenton store while I was still at the shop on W Hillsborough in Tampa and sooke to Heather who was very rude and almost condescending to me - so much so that she actually hung up on me!!! This is unacceptable customer service. The Assistant Manager of the store on W Hillsborough named Sethb was very apologetic and said that she shouldn't have hung up on me. I was able to show him the price online that I had been quoted the previous day, and he realized that they had quoted me the wrong sized tire. I decided to leave to go to a competitor for a tire though, due to the way that Heather had treated me, even though Seth was very professional and helpful. Aa I was driving away, I got a call from Mike, the Inbound Sales Team Lead in West Palm. He was extremely professional, kind and courteous, and patiently took time to listen to the call I had with Heather. He assured me that the way that she handled the miscommunication would be addressed, as well as the fact that she hung up on me. While I was firm in insisting that they honor their pricing I never yelled at her, and no one deserves to be hung up on who is simply trying to get to the bottom of a price that was quoted. Due to the efforts of Mike and Seth, I turned my car around and went back to this store for the service, which was performed in a friendly and professional fashion. I told Seth that being able to get a dissatisfied customer to turn around and come back was the epitome of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is becoming increasingly harder to find these days. Though this was my first experience with Tire Kingdom, I do recommend them due to the fact that management had the care and patience to make sure that the job was done right.
