I stopped in because I had a screw in my tire and needed a quick repair. My car was fixed right away. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Jay was my service person and he was so kind and caring, you can tell he’s passionate about customer service! He was very knowledgeable too. I’ll definitely be back if I have any issues!

I went to Tire Kingdom after seeing what seemed like a decent quote on their website. However, when the charge the amount it was different that it was quoted online. Their policy is that customer have to say that they are online customer, otherwise they will charge you a different higher price. If that wasn't enough, they made changes to my order without my consent! The lack of transparency and their questionable fraudulent practice left a very bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn’t trust them with my vehicle again. Stay away and save yourself the headache!

The service here is amazing, I had came in here with a flat tire I thought I had hit a nail but turns out my tires just needed to be cleaned from all the build up from my rims . It was super quick and efficient I would rate them 6 stars if I could

I bought a new tire from this shop and in the process they lost the key to my wheel. I only noticed a month later and returned to the store for help. They couldn’t find the key so I had to go to the dealer to buy a new kit and was told Tire Kingdom would reimburse me for the expense. I was reimbursed the next day. While losing the key created an inconvenience, the help I received from Ida and Anthony, and the manager, Ryan’s, graciousness in reimbursing me for the new key was greatly appreciated by me and made the inconvenience negligible. I will also say that I have gone to this shop before and the employee’s demeanor has been welcoming each time.

I trust this tire kingdom team so much! Honest good people, great work, and money savers! Not only have I gotten tires here & oil changes but they’ve done other big fixes for me that has always gone smoothly. Even take me to the car to show me right there what’s going on. Highly recommend!

Great service. Was about to go to Miami. Had a nail in my tire. Took me in 10 minutes before store closing. Mr J rocks. He did a look over and found a second nail. Also front desk help was fantastic. Saved the day!

I’ve always had nothing but good things to say about this place, but this time was different. I made an appointment only to walk in and be told that they wouldn’t have time for what I requested. It was such a waste of my time and I was extremely disappointed.

The kindest people work at this shop. Anthony was especially polite and patient with an elderly customer who asked A LOT of questions, all while phones are ringing and customers waiting - he asked for more help at the desk rather than being short with the lady. Jay helped me immediately and continued to update me on progress - he was very kind as well. Great experience for a last-minute, end-of-day pop in for my flat tire!

5 Stars all the way. Aida, Ryan, and their team has been a pleasure to work with. They are all knowledgeable and HONEST. I had been using random mobile mechanics for a while and just haven't had the greatest luck. I bit the bullet and figured I would just go somewhere I knew had a good reputation. A little pricey, but I don't mind forking out a few extra dollars for quality customer service. I came in for a tire replacement and they showed me exactly what was wrong, gave me a solution and it was fixed. They explained everything thoroughly to me so that I understood. I then visited a week later and had a totally different issue (P/S leak) that I had been dealing with for months. I got the diagnostic which only took a couple of hours. The next day I brought it in when they opened and picked it up before mid day hit. ( I will update this post in about a week regarding the status of my vehicle after the job was done) They didn't haggle me or try to up sale anything. They work quick and are efficient. I wont be using any other mechanics any time soon. In all reality, you pay for what you get. I'd rather pay a pretty penny and have the job done correctly than cut corners with a low cost payment and keep having issues. I'd recommend this location specifically to anyone! Tire Kingdom in general has great workers. I use this location because its near my job. If I need service over the weekend, I use the Seffner location.

I just stopped by and Jay was able to check my tires and make sure my sensor lights went off by placing the correct air pressure in my tires. I didn’t have to wait and he was happy to help. Thanks so much 👍

I was getting ready to head out of town when I discovered a screw in my tire. Jay went above and beyond to get a tire brought to the store and installed it himself so that I could get on the road as soon as possible. I was in and out of there in 2 hours. Jay was polite, courteous, and professional…the best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere in a long time! Thank you!

Friendly staff and efficient. Appointments are available online but they do take walk ins. Got 4 new tires and an alignment and they got the job done quickly.

I spent over three hours, (with having an appointment), waiting to have two new tires put on my car. I worked with Aida, who was not only rude, she explained the long wait time due to Tire Kingdom’s tires taking “1.5 hours per tire to replace.” I felt completely taken advantage of. The only reason I am not giving this store one star is because the customer solutions department was great and treated me fairly. If you need service I would skip this location and go to the Tire Kingdom on Hillsborough Ave.

I’ve been coming to this tire Kingdom for years. They’ve always been competitively priced and done a great job. This morning, as everyone was preparing for the hurricane and evacuating, I needed help with my trailer. Ryan and team jumped right on it and got me up and running in no time when it counted most. Really appreciate these guys and highly recommend.
