DO NOT GO HERE!! I purchased four new tires and had them installed at this location. They installed them and did a front end alignment and in just three weeks. The two front tires completely wore on the insides all the way down to the wires. Upon going back to the location, I was told that I had two defective tires that completely wore out in three weeks and it was not their problem. I was told It was not an alignment problem, and told to go away. What are the odds of having two $250.00 defective tires that wore out identically on both sides wind up on the front of my car??? Alex the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. Do not go here!!! 6:00 PM UPDATE 2/6/25 I did call customer service at 8:30 am on 2/6/25 and was told that this would be escalated to a Regional Manager and to expect a call by 1:00 pm. Anyone care to guess if I got that call?? If your answer was NO, you are correct. I had to take my car to a new shop for repair and they we SHOCKED at how far out alignment the front end was. Have a statement from them on this and is was NOT bad tires!

Highly recommend! Everyone here took care of me right away, definitely call and check their wait time but i was in and out compared to places i use to go to. They took the time to explain everything to me, brought me out to the bay and showed me exactly what was wrong, thank you to all the guys here. honest and not *too* expensive when you're talking tires and honesty.

Had a flat and the team at Tire Kingdom took me right in and fixed me up. Price was right and the service was excellent. I would definitely come back again and appreciate all their hard work. Thank you.

I stopped in to have a tire patched. The gentlemen at the counter was very friendly. He told me I would have a short wait to get my car in and they fixed it quickly for a reasonable price and the tire is as good as new. I will definitely go in again when I need new tires or if I need another tire repaired.

After scheduling online, no confirmation with the actual time and price was sent!! only thr day, not even the tire info! Price online did not match what I had to pay in store upon completion!! Rebates are as shady as it gets, require extra deep dive to figure out!! Will not go back

We lost a tire on our dump trailer this morning. Couldn't find it anywhere in stock until we called Tire Kingdom. Thanks to the excellent techs at the Sarasota Clark location for helping us get back on the road.

My recent visit to Tire Kingdom was a result of my being in process of evacuating from Hurricane Milton here in Sarasota. I hit a pothole on the road and front tire was slashed. (on my brand new vehicle purchased in August after an accident that totaled my previous vehicle). There was a lot of drama that happened before I was able to get to Tire Kingdom and that point there was the possibility that my rim may have been damaged and wouldn't even be able to get a new tire. All this to explain that I was seriously stressed by the time I arrived at Tire Kingdom. The person who helped me (Alex??? forgot his name!) was so incredibly kind and patient -- encouraging me to "breathe" - Thank God the rim was fine and I purchased a new tire - In and out in maybe 45 minutes but ALL the staff there were great and handled my situation even while they probably should have been home taking care of their families. Thank God for all those who remain available during emergencies.

Best local tire place in my neighborhood!!! I’ve never had tire pressure go down so fast lol but it was 11psi…This place is open till 8:30pm, I felt so lucky not having to deal with it in the morning and as soon as I found out they were still open, I pulled up to Tire Kingdom on Clark rd. Apparently that one tire had caught 2 nails (it was satisfying to see them out I took a photo). Customer service is great, I was done in half an hour. Very reasonable also.

If you were a woman, don’t go to the one on Clark Road. Make sure you get everything in writing before they do any work? Don’t trust any quote they give you over the phone. If they tell you, you’re getting free windshield wipers, don’t count on it.

Just had a tire fixed when I thought I needed a new tire. These guys were honest and professional. Had my tire fixed in 15 minutes. Thats like a Nascar pit crew. Well done and Thank you!!!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an auto shop. As a woman, we know how it can feel going into a car shop not knowing if you’re going to be taken for your entire life savings because you know nothing about cars. Alex was so friendly and upfront about the different possibilities and tentative cost for my tire issue. I had the fastest service (thank you so much Isaiah) so I was in and out quickly! Also, the store interior/waiting area was very clean (including the bathroom) with comfortable chairs, a TV and coffee & vending machines. It was one of the first times that going to a car service center actually improved my day. I’ll be back! Thanks guys :)

The Staff at Tire Kingdom did an excellent job getting my Truck in on time and finished the work a little sooner than expected! Going to tire stores you have to expect to Wait longer but they did an excellent job and they were friendly and helpful. I didn’t know my brake pads were bad and gave me a Reasonable estimate. Thx Tire Kingdom…will be back for that repair next week!!

After calling several local mechanic shops I called Tire Kingdom. Was informed I had to bring in my car at no charge to know exactly what I needed done. I’m glad I did go. Alex at the desk really helped me and was great. Amazing customer service. Others wanted to charge so much for breaks. Saved me a 2 hr drive to and 2 plus hr drive back to Orlando to my dad’s mechanic shop. Chris worked on my car was really nice and they was so busy today but I appreciate they are all working as fast and safely as they could get the cars done. I appreciate them not trying to sell me on things that didn’t need to be done right that minute. I would recommend going there do your research because small business mechanics wanted to charge WAY more than this corporate store/chain. Thank you again!
