I really like this tire shop. I bought a set of 21 inch Pirellis for my BMW X5 last year and yesterday I bought a set of Continentals for my wife’s Tesla. The impressive thing is that they always seem to have the right tire in stock, or in the case of the X5 they got them from another store in less than a day. The staff is courteous and helpful. Great business.

I came in without an appointment to have someone inspect my A/C. Cory and Ian were very helpful in diagnosing the issue, they had me in and out in a timely manner.

I'm about 50/50 at this Tire kingdom. They have I'm guessing one person running the WHOLE Gambit there. Oceaiana (or sounds like Ocean) she was either up front or running to the bay to check up on the vehicles. She took in supplies from shipments while I was there , tended to phone calls and even took care of customers. The downside:.... There was another guy up at the front, Corey, while he got to me as soon as I arrived he wanted me to walk him back out to my car to tell him what was wrong with it even though I was coming in for 5 brand new tires for my 2015 Jeep and an alignment. So I'm not sure why I had to point that out to him when I set up my appointment for just THAT. TIRES AND ALIGNMENT. I was then told by Corey it would be about 2 hours to wait. (Which I expected) My appointment was at 2pm and I arrived at 1:45pm. So about 15 min early. So I figured around 4pm..... At 4 I'm told my vehicle is fine and to come pay, which I did, then I'm told "oops they are now getting it on the alignment machine so it'll be another 45min to an hour". I was in shock. While waiting Corey came out to me to ask if I had "The Tesla'" .... Umm no... If he was the first person to talk with me and go over my car you'd think he'd remember my Black Jeep. I was shocked. Does this Tire Kingdom have all it's ducks in a row? Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians? Who's running the place? Don't get me started on the bathrooms..... No paper towels, no soap and the toilet paper sitting on the back of the toilet lid. I didn't expect much, but drying my hands on my pants I expected... The toilet paper sitting where it was? Gut wrenching.... Maybe if I just start expecting low service then I wouldn't be so appalled at what has happened here. Update:: Driving up to Orlando and I'm wondering, what's this knocking? My steering is off and it doesn't seem right every time I turn the wheel. Well looks like when they did my alignment they forgot to tighten the steering stabilizer. Way to go Tire Kingdom. Now I'm here stuck here in Orlando with no way to get home and will now be getting my vehicle towed over 80 miles back to Myakka City. I can't give less than 1 star or I would. Something needs to be fixed here.

These guys are awesome. We had punctured tires two weeks in a row and they were fixed in a few minutes by very kind and knowledgeable folks. If you need a tire or a tire fixed in Sarasota, this is definitely the place to come. So grateful!

A nail was Discovered in front passenger side tire. Your associates were friendly courteous and knowledgeable as they found a comparable replacement tire in stock. Thankfully there was an available bay and the tire was replaced very quickly and was very .much appreciated!@

I got my tires replaced. A few things went wrong that make me think they don’t pay too much attention to what they are doing: - Tires installed were not appropriate for my EV (not EV rated). And there is a lot of noise and vibration now. - They did not told me if the car needed alignment or not before doing it. - They put 10psi more on the tires (i realized right away and removed some pressure) - Their attitude was like “I know it all” and I did not feel they were will to understand the questions I was asking. I ended up taking the car to the brand repair shop where I found about the issue after a few miles with unusual noise. I finally got EV rated tires in a different Tire Kingdom location, by paying the difference on price - I will use that other location from now on.

I had a screw in my rear tire and they couldn’t get me in until the end of the week. I was able to drive up several times that week and just get air. Technicians were super nice. Staff is pleasant and professional.

These guys are amazing! I came in needing a last tire rotation to get home to my kids for Christmas after being on the road for months. These guys took me in between appointments and took care of me.
