Everyone at this location is so kind! Jason was awesome and very helpful with assisting me. Darian also was there and was super nice as well! Jason made sure to show me exactly what I was paying for. Every time I come here it’s also very quick compared to other stores I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend went to this place asked for the cheapest tire. She got a “force land” tire which I have never heard of. She was charged $188 out the door. I think googled this tire after the fact and it was a $67 tire. Please beware of their markup on cheaper items. Seems to be out of this world.

Tried to fix my ac on my car. Supposedly recharged and reset the system. Ends up my car has a known computer issue. So I paid $400 for nothing, because when I went back, their ac system no longer worked.

Many of you will not understand if you do not have a mechanical back ground but I will try. I watched the tire installer put the tires on my vehicle with an impact gun. Full throttle, pulled the trigger till the lug nuts did not turn any further! No torque stick! Then he did use a torque wrench afterwards but none (NONE) of the lug nuts turned any tighter than what the impact gun torqued the lug nuts to. Meaning the impact gun already exceeded the required lug nut torque or they should have turned slightly more when the torque wrench was used. I could not believe what I just watched and from there I went to the manager. He said "our impact guns only have 90 psi air going into them so they cannot over torque". He didn't understand the difference in the 90 psi (PSI) air going the impact gun and the required lug nut torque of 140 pounds ( turning torque). He looked bewildered when I tried to explain the difference. The good part he didn't argue and had the tire mechanic loosen the lug nuts and tighten to specified torque using the torque wrench, I fault Tire Kingdom at a Corporate level for not training tire installers basic mechanical skills. Certainly the mangers should be ASE to over see newbies and properly train. How many trusting customers did they also do this to? Due to this level of ignorance that seems common place at Tire Kingdoms I won't be going back regardless of tire price. IMHO

This place used to be a 5 star, but new management has turned it to garbage. My wife and I have been going to this location for roughly 10 years and my newest couple of experiences have soured that beyond repair. After my most recent service (which by the way had an almost 300% markup on parts) in which I was having extensive work done to my car I was supposed to get my oil changed in addition to the rest of the work. They completely neglected to do the oil change and when I talked to the manager he scheduled me for another time to come in the next day. Whatever, things get forgotten and it got fixed. The results from the original service that I found today are what sent me over the edge though. I was doing my own work to change my brakes and check out a noise from my front tire this morning and I found that one of my tires was loose. Barely hand tight on 3/5 lugs. Luckily the tire didn't come off because I haven't been driving as much lately. This was the source of the noise coming from my tire. The other issue is that one of my lugs was replaced with a completely different part! It went from a standard size to being one 1/8" larger. Picture included.

Was down on my luck today trying to get a tire patched. Had tried several shops and no one had time available. Last ditch effort I tried one more shop. They got me in right away! Such a wonderful experience, great customer service from the two guys at front desk! They totally turned my day around! Thank you for the wonderful service! You gained a customer for life!

I had a 5 Star experience today at Tire Kingdom on University. I needed help quickly and they came to my rescue! Service was quick and thorough but the best part was the customer service, it was top notch which is hard to find these days. They were kind enough to put on my spare tire when I was stuck and didn't have enough air left in it to drive home yesterday. I didn't have an appointment and they didn't charge me! Thank you again for your help.
