I recently visited Tire Kingdom and had the pleasure of being assisted by Sebastian at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful, nice, and attentive throughout the entire process. The service worker did an excellent job patching up the two nails in my car. I highly recommend this location for their outstanding customer service and quality work. they are not able to make an oil change of you bring your oil filter and oil and the prices are extremely high

“Techs” will change parts at your expense without any proper diagnostics. 8 days, two “defective” parts, and $1800 at my expense later it was a cracked hose.

I'd like to add my praise to the list of glowing reviews for this branch of Tire Kingdom. Fortunately, I haven't needed to use it often, probably because they are so excellent, but my experience today in getting a flat fixed was as good as it can get. Sebastian took charge of the repair, which was done professionally while I went to work on the nearby Metrorail. When I came in to pick up the car, the display of wiper blades near the door reminded me that I needed a new passenger-side blade. Juan confirmed the size I needed and installed it on the spot while Sebastian was ringing up the charges, which were quite reasonable. The team could not have been more helpful and courteous. This shop is a gem.

Juan Pablo the store manager is nothing short of amazing. Sebastian and Pedro were also very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Juan was generous, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in my time of need. His number 1 concern was patient satisfaction and he ensured both my issue was resolved along with ensuring my vehicle was safe to drive. Everyone involved in my car repair was very nice and can’t thank the team enough.

Quick, No hassle and competitive priced. Took my car for an oil change and TPMS sensor replacement and the team took care of me quickly and very professionally. I’m glad that Goodyear on the same block told me they were “too busy” and they didn’t have the equipment to do the change of my sensor. They did me a favor because I gave Tire Kingdom a chance and they exceeded my expectations. Definitely taking my car back here again.

Service was great the employees are kind and attentive. Offered me coffee and cold air conditioning. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star is the time it took to do the service. Considering that I changes all 4 tires it would take a reasonable amount of time. However it wass still too much
