On the way home I got a flat tire and Kelvin took the time to assist me even though they were 5 minutes from closing. He was very kind and empathetic. Also very knowledgeable. I appreciate him and the business for taking time for me!

Amazing service and super helpful! Eddie the manager was very anttentive and gave us a great experience. I needed 2 front tires replaced and they were able to get me in very quick and do exceptional service as well. They answered all my questions, were honest, and helped me with recommendations and everything. Very thorough, would reccomend you take your vehicle here if you need maintenance!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this tire company. I initially went in for a $99 alignment, but ended up being charged $400 for additional services I didn’t need. The staff was unprofessional and rude, and when I asked for a printout of the alignment, they claimed their printer was broken. I left with no documentation to show what had been done. To make matters worse, when I took my car to another company for the same service, they provided me with a detailed report confirming that the alignment was never even performed. It’s clear that I was misled and overcharged. I will never return to this company again, and I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Tire Kingdom for a simple tire installation and balancing. What should have been a 30-minute, $500 service turned into a nightmare of upselling and deceit. The mechanic, Cris, initially mentioned worn-out rear brakes, which I agreed to replace. However, he then proceeded to push for additional repairs, including replacing the shocks and battery. The battery, which showed no prior issues, was claimed to be "dead dead" after Cris allegedly tried to jump-start it. Conveniently, the lights had been left on during my lunch break, draining the battery. The final bill ballooned to $1,500, a staggering 300% increase from the initial estimate. I took the battery home, placed it on a tender, and it was fully functional the next day. This blatant attempt to swindle me was the final straw. To add insult to injury, when I returned to the shop to address a NEW grinding noise, Cris claimed that both calipers were damaged and needed replacement URGENTLY, again, another issue that wasn’t present when I originally took the car in. I took my car to a trusted mechanic, who adjusted the calipers and found no issues. Tire Kingdom's business model is clearly centered around generating the highest possible ticket, rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction or return business. Cris's commission-based approach only exacerbates this problem. Beware of Tire Kingdom's predatory practices. Take your business (and your car) elsewhere.
