IF YOU’RE A GIRL, PLEASE READ. I was very disappointed with my experience at Tire Kingdom. I had a nail in my tire and had to book an appointment. When I created my appointment online, I also added a tire rotation, which came out to be free because of the promotion. I took my car in and everything was fine when I picked it up. When I brought my car home, my dad inspected the tires and informed me that they did not do a tire rotation. Not sure if it’s because I’m a girl and they didn’t think I would notice (which they were right) but my dad did. It was really annoying that I had to bring my car back since this was a few days before Christmas and I thought the work had been done. When I explained what happened, the gentleman at the front asked me how did I notice that the tires weren’t rotated? My car is only 2 years old and anyone at a mechanic shop would know that my tires weren’t rotated. He also tried to say the receipt said “rotation preferred”. After showing him a screenshot of my order he was able to accommodate me. I went to pick up my car again, and he tells me “ I can’t let you go in good faith without telling you that you need tire replacements immediately”. Mind you, I just bought my brand new car two years ago. When I told my dad what he said, he laughed and said “Yea, maybe in three years.” So long story, tire kingdom is a scam and will take advantage of girls who have to no knowledge on cars.

First time in a long time that I find a tire store/ shop that I felt I can trust. Today I went in Tire Kingdom and David Richardson handle my issue (flat tire) very quickly. David is a very professional and also gave an estimate for new tire (which I need). I'm surprised that I'm actually going to buy the new tires here. David is excellent.

Had a great experience at the tire kingdom on 8st & 124th Ave. The Store Manager Eddy was extremely polite, helpful & professional. The work was finish right at the estimate he shared. Would recommend this location.

I needed my tires to be changed and came in as a walk in and was attended quickly. Everyone was able to explain my concerns and were able to finish within the time they estimated. Great service!

Steve and David were top notch gentlemen and explained everything that my car needed (I knew what needed to be done so I listened to see what they would say) and they were completely honest, no B.S and made me a customer for life! Thank you and will be seeing you both very soon!

I'm going to write it in English and Spanish so that everyone can read this review and know the bad kind of service that is offered at this place. With all due respect to a person at that place, the workers are arrogant and rude and the main manager is more arrogant than all the other workers. I arrive at this place and ask a worker if they can perform an air service on my car's tires, he doesn't answer my question and tells me in an offensive tone to move my car, keeping my karma I just say sir it's just a question if you can perform a service for me and he answers move your car in a bad way, I defend myself and told him he was rude and that I would complain to the boss when I get to where the boss is, the boss says he can't do anything because I go to where he works and that his worker has been with him for more than 5 years and that he can't scold him for something like that, I got upset and told him that his service was garbage and that I would complain to the superiors, this is just to see if we stop disrespecting people and if you have a bad day and you work with the public don't go to work stay home.

Joe at the front was super helpful. I have gotten all my oil changes at tire kingdom and has an issue and Joe was able to take me in right away. I really do appreciate it. He’s definitely a great guy! If you guys need anything definitely ask for Joe! Five stars!

Unexpected Hero of Tire kingdom Where to begin I started my day just crushing it getting things done when I was stuck with disaster…. A flat tire.. but no need to panic after one quick call here Jerry, put my mind at ease and gave my beetle some new shoes yess that’s right shoess Jerry was so great he let me know my other tire was soon to possibly leave me stranded as well. So long story short if you find yourself in my position this is the place for you too. Excellent service all around fast efficient and communicative. A++

I have been a customer of this workshop for several years. I have always trusted them, though I always have doubts. Today I went to change the two front tires, and they charged me for the car alignment, which is the normal procedure. I waited almost 3 hours, and when it was finally ready and I left, I noticed what one of the mechanics told me: I would hear a noise because the other two tires that were changed at the front were deformed. I had to go back, and their response was that I needed to buy two more tires or reinstall them at the back. The problem is that if they realize this before they did the job, why do they charge for an alignment that is not going to work and do not have the ability to communicate with the customer? Poor service and poor advice. I don’t want to come back to this place ever.
