Scheduled an appointment for a brake check as I had received an email discount/offer. I was quickly attended and the team quickly assessed what I needed repaired/replaced even showing me pics of the worn out parts. In just under 2 hours.. repairs were completed and at a reasonable price. They suggested other maintenance that my car needed without any hard sell tactics. It was a good visit and will consider this store again for future work.

English translation below the Spanish version: Lleve mi carro para que le rotaran las gomas y una goma tenia un ponche. Yo compre las gomas aqui en el 2021 y tengo rotacion y reparacion de ponche gratis con la compra. El manager me dijo que no podia reparar la goma porque el problema estaba en el lado y me dijo que ellos no ponian plugs. Me trataron de clavar con venderme una goma nueva cuando la goma solo tenia 12,000 millas, y tenia reparacion. Tambien el manager, Miguel me dijo que la bateria necesitaba cambiarla porque estaba floja, (otro punto de sospecha porque le acabo de cambiar la bateria en Octubre 31, 2024 (3 meses de uso) . Lleve el carro a un lugar en donde reparan ponches y tuve que pagar $20.00 por reparar la goma y el ponche estaba en la parte normal de la goma. Tambien tuve que llevar el carro a Autozone para confirmar que la bateria servia y le corrieron prueba y la bateria esta bien, perdi mas tiempo con la babosada de el Miguel. El manager me mintió, de mi lado eso es lo que parece, y por eso le estoy dando este review. Tengan cuidado con lo que te digan estos lugares porque tratan de cobrar por cosas que uno no necesita. No les pongo mas gomas en ese lugar. Ni yo ni mi familia. Translation : I took my car to have the tires rotated and one tire had a puncture. I bought the tires here in 2021 and I have free punch rotation and repair with the purchase. The manager told me that he couldn't repair the rubber because the problem was on the side and he told me that they didn't put plugs in. They tried to nail me with selling me a new tire when the tire only had 12,000 miles on it, and it had to be repaired. Also the manager, Miguel, told me that the battery needed to be changed because it was loose, (another point of suspicion because I just changed the battery on October 31, 2024 (3 months of use). I took the car to a place where they repair punctures. and I had to pay $20.00 to repair the tire and the puncture was in the normal part of the tire. I also had to take the car to Autozone to confirm that the battery was working and it tested good. I lost more time with Miguel's nonsense. The manager lied to me, from my side that's what it seems, and that's why I'm giving this review Be careful with what these places tell you because. They try to charge for things that you don't need. I will not buy any more tires in this place, or anyone in my family or friends.

I called today to get a price for tires and spoke with Manny. He was very nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. They offered to have me come in on the spot since their shop was not busy- I took the car in and was out in less than an hour to change all 4 tires. The price was competitive and they handled my Tesla very well. Thank you Manny and the Tire Kingdom team

I highly suggest going to this tire kingdom for oil change, tires, rotations, alignment, etc. for one reason - MANNY. He has great hospitality and customer service skills, as well as communication skills. He will take care of your vehicle from start to finish. I saw the man SO BUSY yet very helpful to everyone that came in through the door. Tire Kingdom is lucky to have Manny at this location! 5 stars for Manny.
