I almost always go here for my oil changes. I tried Take 5 and it definitely takes more than 5. Here, if you make an appointment, you’re in and out much quicker, and also can wait in an air conditioned waiting room instead of a hot car. Q the mechanic was personable and very polite. The price of synthetic here is also much less than the competitors. Quality service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my car here for an oil change and the incompetence of the employees here almost ruined my entire engine and left me stranded on the side of the road. A week after the oil change my Low Oil Pressure light came on so before driving 30 miles home, I pop the hood and see that my oil is dangerously low. I get to the closest shop and put three quarts in to get home. Then the next day check my oil again and find that it’s back to dangerously low levels and there is a huge puddle of oil under my car. So I figure it must have something to do with the oil change I just got. I don’t have a jack and live in an apartment so I had to take it back to the shop. When I called the shop, the employee asked me if I’m sure the car isn’t just burning that much oil… I take it in and there is zero sense of urgency here. I end up waiting 45 minutes for someone to come tell me that the DRAIN PLUG WAS LOOSE. Literally the only bolt that is touched during an oil change was not put back on my car properly and such a simple and stupid mistake could have totaled my entire car. Absolutely no sense of accountability or apology from the shop. If you care about your car, go somewhere else. These guys could care less about you or your vehicle.

Came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and wipers last Sunday and they were finished about a whole hour before they originally told me! Polite and honest (which is rare nowadays) will absolutely be back.

Got a tune up 96 buick regal 66000 original miles.at 74000 cars missing. Took to another reputable garage. All plugs set at different gaps, and cheap plugs.2 plug wires broken .only 8000 miles.paid 500.00 for cheap parts and an inept mechanic. Tune up should last approximately 60000 miles min.
