I was there for my first time today doing a tire alignment on my truck, I was a walk in and got there at the end of the day. But Mikko, the Store Manager was still really helpful, he helped me get what I needed, done fast and at a big discount. Would 100% recommend.

Very fast and good price. Gotta surprise flat and they got me set up with a new tire in no time! Very satisfied, and would recommend this particular location. I’ve been here in the past, but haven’t needed new tires for a while. I will definitely be back when I need to replace the rest of my tires.

I had tires replaced by TK on San Jose in March 2023 and then one of the tires had a nail in it recently and needed replacing again. Since the tire was under warranty, I had the tire replaced with just the cost of the new warranty. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful especially Larry. This is a well populated area/busy location so be prepared to wait or drop off your vehicle for the experience. -Update 2/5/25 Crystal and the new hire were very helpful in helping me with my car battery issues today!

I went in in December of 2024 and as soon as I walked in I created by Big Earl and he was very friendly and took care of my tire immediately!! I have always liked going up there. They are efficient and courteous. Thank you so much

Came in to get air in my tire and was told that I had a nail in my tire. I asked if I could schedule to get my tire fixed and the manager Miko was kind enough to fit me in even though they were about to close so I wouldn’t have to come back another day. Everyone here was super nice. I will come back for any future tire issues. 100% recommend this place.

These guys are awesome. I showed up early so I could work for the day and get on the road the next morning. It only took a few minutes to get the paperwork printed and the car jacks rolled out. On top of that, their price was better than others shops I had called to the day before. I’m glad I stopped in. Great job guys, keep up the good work!

They helped me out with the tire pressure sensor re-learning system. The service guys got right on it and did a good Job. I have found my tire shop in Jacksonville!

We brought our truck in expecting that it needed brake pads on the front axle. We were given a fair price on having them installed. Cindy called us a little later and advised that it did not need pads and just needed a brake sensor. So many places would have installed the pads anyway and still told you that you needed the sensor. Thank you Tire Kingdom for your honesty!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at this location, all made possible by their manager, whose name is Earl or as they call him Big Earl. Too many places have lost the art of stepping back and listening to their customer, and then fulfilling their needs to the best of their ability. To do that, one must wait till after hearing And discovering that need. That’s what I got at this tire kingdom, that’s what I got from Earl. Thank you Earl… Customer Service is not dead.

I was there this past Monday (1-20-25) I called them because AAA wasn't able to get my tire, which was flat, off my truck. They took me right away and were very nice. Mikko was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I recommend them highly!! They plugged, and did a great job, on my tire!

I have stopped at this store two different times for help getting a problem tire aired up. It has a slow leak and I've been to two other places trying to get it diagnosed. Tire Kingdom also couldn't find a leak but they tightened the valve stem and neither time I visited did they charge me anything. The waiting area is clean and service is terrific. A+

I was skeptical, not going to lie. Went there with a non tire issue on a friend's recommendation. Mico gave me all the info I asked for, helped me understand the problem better and even tried to save me some money. And I was expecting it to take a while and it was all done in under an hour! Highly recommend them.

Super friendly staff, quick and honest work and very fair priced. I went to a competitor down the road and they lied to me and made excuses. Tire Kingdom made it happen and got it done quickly 10/10 will do business here again. Best tire store on San Jose. Thank you guys.
