I had the harmonic balancer come apart on my car and Tire Kingdom got me in, fixed up quickly and at a very good price. Decided to get the oil changed and 4 new tires as well. Vinny did a great job with the repairs and I am very thankful for his hard work and expertise. This is the second time my family has used Tire Kingdom and both times we received excellent service. This will be our go to repair shop now and in the future!

Was in my way into town and saw I had a nail in my tire and called to get it patched. When I called, Melissa was super friendly trying her best to fit me in. The shop had cars in all the ways when I got there, but they did manage to fix my tire and the car ready to go. When it came time to pick up the car, it was past closing time, but they were still at the shop closing down, and Melissa stayed till we got there. They didn't have to stay nor try to fit us in, but I appreciated that they did. If I ever need anything as far as tires goes I'll be going back to them. I've been here a time before, and each time, the crew is friendly and will try to help ya get back on the road as quickly as they as they can.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Melissa and Mark were incredible when we rolled in unexpectedly, less than 30 minutes before they closed. We were traveling and experienced issues with the splatter shield under my car as we passed through Crystal River. They took us in, joked with my boys, and got us back on the road in less than 10 minutes. I couldn't be more grateful!!

Hit a ratchet strap coming back from church on a Sunday, had to go home get my spare tire, brought my wheel with spare tire to them, they got me in and out within 10 mins an hour before close. Thank you very much, good service, will be coming back for future tire needs.

I came in because I needed a special wrench for my spare tire that was miles away. The awesome team here loaned me the tool, rachet, and socket to get my spare under my truck. Waited 3 hours for a tire to be delivered that was “en route”… it never came and they put my spare on for me. Nice staff but a complete waste of my time

We had an Enterprise rental car and got a flat tire. With the help of another local business we were able to get to Tire Kingdom (which is who enterprise said they used for tire repairs). Sadly once there we found out it needed 4 new tires. Melissa went to work and within 30 mins found us another minivan. Had it not been for Melissa communicating with the local enterprise location, we would have been waiting hours for them to get the new tires from the supplier and install them. She didn't want us spending our vacation at the tire shop. Thanks Melissa.

Wir kommen aus Deutschland und hatten eine Schraube im Reifen unseres Mietwagen. Hier bei Tire Kingdom in Crystal River wurde uns sofort und unkompliziert geholfen. Der Reifen wurde sofort repariert während wir nur kurze Zeit gewartet haben. Ich gebe "Sechs von Fünf Sternen" und sage vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe.

5 star establishment. I came here last minute, before closing, with a flat Dually tire WHILE PULLING A FEMA TRAILER. Instead of turning me away and closing shop, David and AJ didn’t hesitate to get the truck in the air and help me get back on the road and home to my family. Great service service from great people. Called in to see about a new tire because my spare was going on its last limb. They saw to it that I was seen promptly and communicated with regarding the vehicles current status. Super friendly staff from the mechanics to the front desk. Couldn’t ask for better, or friendlier service. Will definitely be coming back for services on my fusion in the future.

I should report Crystal River tire kingdom for their dishonesty to the mavis tire who bought them out months ago! I went in for service, i had a nail in my tire. your manager said I needed to get all 4 tires on my truck and upper and lower joints and other stuff estimated $2700!!!!!!!!! I elected not to do it at that time.....I had purchased tires from tire kingdom and road side assist a couple years ago. So, the next day, I went to another tire place that I use for my other vehicles (horse trailer)..... the inglis tire place checked out my truck and put all new tires on and everything that tire kingdom said I needed was NOT needed!!!! I only needed new tires and service. $800! I have the notion to tell everyone on FB or all social media how you people at tire kingdom in Crystal River tried to rip me off! I am so unhappy and still upset 😡!!!! I have given this tire kingdom business for way too long and now you tried to take advantage of a older woman!!!!!! I understand that Mavis have bought tire kingdom out! shame that you have dishonest crew representing Mavis ! Never again!!!!
