12-17-2024 I purchased a set of tires for $1,100 / 90 days price but when the documents were sent to me the price went up to 1,320! Tire Guy sales man did not solve this problem nor did he give any indication of wanting to! BAD SERVICE!!!!

Spent $1400 on tires from here 18 months ago. One of the tires had a slow leak. Went by to get repaired, but after removing tire they said bc of the wear, they couldnt do anything to fix leak. Ok, but they still charged me $11. So after I left there, I went straight to Walmart & bought my 4 new tires from them. Now if I ever get a slow leak or need a new valve stem, I can go there & they will FIX FOR FREE

I went based on a Facebook ad for new tires. $240 is what I was quoted. I already had a mechanic look and I knew what was wrong with my car. Only to be taken advantage of. I’ve made 3 trips to have the alignment done correctly. Passed on their machine 2x and it drove worse than when I brought it in. Only to find out I needed additional work and then the alignment redone! The manager is extremely knowledgeable and did get my brake light off, after I drove an hour back to the shop…this was out of courtesy since my “actual problem “ was my ball joints, and I couldn’t spend an additional $500 to get my car to drive right. They refuse to reimburse me of any money. Total scam. If you need a simple swap of tires I’m sure these are your guys. If you’re a guy. Females beware!! Not a female friendly tire shop. Do not get your car alignment done here. Cheap new tires, but they’ll overcharge for unnecessary services!

10/10 would recommend, took only 30 min for me to get my tire replaced with no appointment or anything and for a good price as well. I’m not from the area and I wasn’t gonna make it back home on my spare so I was nervous about picking the wrong place and being ripped off but as soon as I pulled in I was kindly greeted and then boom I was in and out, no problems or anything.

This company sucks they can careless about you or your kids . I went there for 3 tires and an alignment these idiots gave me tires but not an alignment . And didn’t even bother to tell me that I had a tire rod issue . You can’t fix it a lot without fixing in the tire rods

Be careful, these people are very deceitful. Two months ago I had an alignment done, but one of my tires is completely worn out on one side. If you don't buy a tire from them, they get upset with you and pressure you to change tires. Be very careful!!!!!

I’ve been going here for a couple years now. Always had excellent service. Didn’t know they even do inspections, so I attempted to get my car inspected at another shop that said I needed tires before inspection. Almost gagged when they quoted a price. Went back to trusty Tire Guy and they got me very good used tires AND inspected car for MUCH lower than the other place. Belén, Eric and the crew at Tire Guy will treat you beautifully - I mean, unless you just enjoy unnecessarily paying a fortune for tires, in which case I guess you could go somewhere else. :)

DON'T go to this shop - especially if you are a woman! They will take complete and full advantage of you in a heart beat to the point of putting you in danger! They don't care that you could get hurt, or that your KIDS who are with you could get hurt, or that you might hurt someone else when the part they sell you malfunctions because it was bad when they sold it to you! All they care about it a quick buck and getting rid of parts they couldn't sell to anyone else. AND they'll fight you tooth and nail refusing to make it right when you bring their negligence to their attention. No apologies, no refunds, just bad attitudes and bad business!

Worst, most crooked tires/mechanic shop ive been to. I came in to get an alightment. Mechanic called me when it was on the rack and said he can't do the alignment because there was play in the ball joints. I asked what side, and he started tripping over his words and made up that it was the driver side. I said ok leave it on the rack I'll come look, I'm a certified diesel mechanic. When I showed up they handed me my keys and said we can't work on it. I went home and jacked it up, there was no play in my ball joints. This place is a rip off DO NOT GO, BUYER BEWARE

I started going to them a few months ago and ever since that first day I been coming back to them regularly. It’s to the point where they know me now. They always given great service and always took good care of me. I recommend a few people to them and they all been satisfied with them as well. They have great quality tired new and used. And even if you’re on a tight budget they will still work with you. That’s why I will keep going to them. I’m highly recommend going to them. They are quick. They will get you in an out quick because they are that good. They never let me down. Love all of you guys.
