Promise 2 to 5 days for shipping. Was told due to weather they were delayed. Anthony is the Sales Rep no phone ever answers the phone to the PA Facility Sunbit Financial payed Tire Giant LLC the loan that I got approved for in the amount of 500 I never got my Tires and was told that I’m getting a refund. Sunbit Financial is investigating and told me that I have to pay them the loan amount in the meantime HHORRIBLE EXPER NO WAY TO CONTACT DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

Brought 4 “new tires from this company back in 2019, I knew the price must have been too good to be true. Within 2-3 minutes of leaving the facility my front passenger tire fell off causing $2300 of damages to my car. Been communicating with the owner prior via email to coming getting my new tires put on and he was extremely responsive before the incident happened now I haven’t heard from him since I sent out the estimates to him. I had to go through my car insurance in order to get my car repaired since my insurance company and I can’t get in contact with him. Please don’t do business with people who don’t put their Customer’s first especially when the business’s negligence is at fault. Update- still waiting for reimbursement for the damages to my car. The owner is avoiding request from my insurance company. 5 years later and I will continue to renew this review. Business like this disgust me.

I found these folks on Facebook saying that it's a business, a new tire shop that happens to sell scooters. They sent me a link for their financing but yet when I called the number it sounds really fishy Hindues answer and not business like manner. I asked if that was a business. A woman said no. I would be leery and do not send them information as to they'll sell your stuff on the black web

Yes it came a little banged up from shipping but Tire Giants Resovled My Fender Problem And sent me new part without the hassle really Good Company to order from I reccomend them for your 1st purchase. Woke up to a complete flat. Got enough air to drive over. They quickly showed me the gash in my tire from road work. They had a new tire installed and me back on the road in less than 45 minutes. GREAT service at a great price. Will use again.

Don't go anywhere else!! I've been dealing with Tire Giants for years and never had 1 complaint about them. Very professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is always happy. Brandon and Tim are amazing, working on 3 or 4 cars at a time, they have it down to a science. And the prices are better than anyone else to, don't sleep on Tire Giants!

I have been coming here for years. Almost anytime someone would talk about needing tires I would refer them here to the Tire Giants. Most recently I purchased 4 new tires for my primary vehicle. The day I went to get my tires put on I waited 1.5 hours for them to pull my car in. When they were getting started on my car the realized that my tires hadn't been delivered yet. I asked about why they didn’t check the delivery when it came in to make sure my tires were there, but was told that wasn’t standard practice for the tire shop. Fortunately they were able to get me in later that afternoon which was only a moderate inconvenience now that the shop has moved to the opposite side of the city. About a week later, maybe less a large air bubble developed in the side wall of one of my new tires. I put about 150-200 miles on the tire at this time. I tried to contact the shop repeatedly regarding the tire with no reposes back. Finally, yesterday I was able to speak with the shop representative on the phone. The Tire giants representative I spoke with said that it is my fault that there is an issue with the tire. They can not be responsible for defects or damage to the side wall of the tire. When I told the representative that it had been less than 30 days and far less than 1500 miles since I purchased the tire, she suggested that I should be more careful in the future to prevent such damage from occurring to my tires again. Formerly I would have recommended this place to everyone that gave me a chance to. I can list 10 individuals that have taken this recommendation (not including the dozen times I have) and replaced tires here. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This shop does not value the customer, and does not seem to back their own workmanship, or own their mistakes.

Went with the intent to purchase two new-used tires. One of the guys offered the option to buy two brand new ones and he’ll have them shipped in an hour that day. Everything went well and got a great deal on brand NEW tires. The waiting area could definitely use an upgrade. Looks dirty and outdated, although, the great service makes up for it.
