I had a one-time, yet wonderful experience when I stopped in. I needed some help with one of my tire valves, and a lot of places would have charged me. The owner of Tire Express (whose name I forget regrettably) was glad to come out and help me out for free- would not take any payment even when I offered. The least I could do is give him and his company a positive review, because my experience itself was positive.

The first time I came here I was VERY WONG about the type of service I had received. However, the men here are kind and they will help you. Wonderful business. I'm grateful the owner was willing to show me grace, not ban me from the store for my ridiculousness so I can still be a customer here 😊

I called this shop while everything in life was hitting at once. I NEEDED a tire to get back on the road and get things done. I spoke to Chico. Not only did he help me in every way possible, but gave me amazing advice. God was definitely in this man and God brought me here. Thank you so much Chico and to tires express. Couldn’t have been better service!

Amazing people here at this shop. The owner went above and beyond to get me back on the road after a accident, I will never use another Tire shop besides Tire Express. Great work, fast service and awesome prices. If you haven't been here lately I suggest you visit and allow these guys to take care of all your Tire and wheel needs. If I could rate a million stars I would.

I highly recommend this place since I have been a Tire Express customer for the past 6 years. The prices are excellent, the staff and owner are very friendly, but most of all very professional. It is the only tire shop I have seen with plants and very well kept so that customers feel welcome while the staff works on your car. Thanks Chico and Oscar!!

My husband and I love supporting smaller privately owned business whenever possible. Chico; owner of Tire Express and his staff are the friendliest, most helpful and most important honest. Today my husband thought I needed front brakes sooo not only did Chico send us just up the road so we could buy the brakes with his discount but when he went to apply them he called and cancelled the job and said my brakes were fine! That's a business I want to support and use. I can trust him. Another shop would have done the job and charged me right. Anytime my tire pressure is off he always fills and checks pressure at no charge. Try him you will go no where else.

The worst tire company in Jacksonville. Purchased two tire for $97.45 on Oct 19 Wednesday and the next dam day one of the tire ripe to "shred" while driving on I-295. Now he refused to exchanged the tires. Bad business, never go there!!!!!!!

Unfortunately will never go here again. 😕. Just bought brand new tires all around a few months ago. (Not from this place) since there was a cold snap one was getting pretty low. I paid the Caucasian gentleman to put air in my tire amd he claimed all 4 of my tires were extremely low. I trusted his "professionalism" as he proceeded to put 54 to 56 psi in my tires that are on supposed to be between 32 to 34psi. I am not currently running on 4 bald tires that are super smooth. Reminding you that I JUST bought these tires brand new. I have no extra find for tires and now I'm driving with dangerous bald tires. I am a driver in the area. Will never go to and shop here again. Please learn more about tires before you hurt someone

My tire light came on and it's pouring down raining. I just tried to get air put in my tires and was told "per the boss" we're not doing air today and he walked out. Poor customer. Air is free but I didn't have a problem paying for it.
