Terrible customer service. I took a vehicle here today to get some tires mounted and balanced. A simple job that shouldn't have taken long at all. The man in the front cut me off, and told me someone else would be with me. Another man came in, and rudely asked what I needed. When explaining to him, he told me " it's technically lunch time, I don't know know what you expect me to do". The workers were still working on vehicles and their was 2 people waiting for their vehicles to be done. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Very much appreciate this shop. They fixed my car for an affordable price and took the time to talk to me about my car. I also got my car back the same day which was great. Very good service and customer service.

Worst customer service ever all I did was show up and some big guy with tattoos came out yelling at me saying what do I WANT !!!! and I said do you have any tires for my working truck ? and he said NO !!! And walked back inside I'm not even over reacting he has to be racist no doubt it was in 2016 or 2018

My mother in law purchased 4 new tires that were supposed to be under warranty. I got a flat on one of the tires and took it in. They did a patch job on the sidewall that went flat on my way home from their shop. They sent out their mobile tire repair guy, who stated that the patch job was in an "iffy spot", and he said he didn't know why they didn't notice the tire losing air because it was "evident". So when I brought my car in (the day after they 'repaired' it), I was greeted with "So you caught another nail, huh?" After putting on another tire, they charged me $99.75. What happened to my warranty? All I get is an "iffy spot" patch job and THAT'S IT??? I just paid it & walked out. If I had known it wasn't covered by the warranty, I wouldn't of even went back THERE to purchase another new tire- I would've went somewhere else for a better priced tire!

Best service, knowledge, expertise and very honest. No trying to sell you stuff you didn't need. Eric is the owner and guy upfront at the counter. I was really surprised the work I had done didn't cost a lot more. Parts were in stock and wait was incredibly fast. Very comfortable waiting area w TV and Cash the dog and I'd come back just to hang with him! Best in town!
