Brand new tires and these jokers can’t even put all my lug nuts back on. Also developed an oil leak the same day that I doubt happened on its own. Won’t be back.

Headlight was out their quote was $320 most of it labor said it would take 2-3 hours, had to take my bumper off ect. Walmart did it in 10 mins for $21 no issue w bumper I feel like they were trying to hustle me bc I'm a single girl absolutely disgraceful

Don't go by their Internet pricing. It is very misleading. They showed a "deal" on the tires I purchased. Also showed an instant savings of $100 on the brand I chose. These were 2 separate items on their website but the $100 brand savings was already included in the tire cost. Also, a free oil change only up to 5 quarts. They show a $99.99 value in their breakdown, however, the regular cost for a diesel oil change listed in their shop is $179. The gentleman told me that with my oil change certificate, the total cost would be $149. That's a $70 discrepancy in their pricing. Tires are good, staff was friendly but, for deal hunters, this is not the place to go.

Great customer service these guys really saved the day. My camper had a flat tire with a slow leak on the highway. We were panicked, but made it to their shop and these guys were super nice and figured out the problem and got me back on the road. They’re very professional and prompt.

I couldn’t have been in a worse situation. I was part of the NC flood and was able to make it down to Farragut to meet my son’s dad. I had bald rear tires and needed an oil change bad! They were very accommodating, getting me in, making it reasonable for me and most of all giving me the security of being safe!! I appreciate this so much! Thank You!

I had my 2017 f250 lariat crew cabs tires replaced, they made me a really good deal, definitely the best around. They was very professional and timely, in and out in under 2 hours. Would definitely recommend
