These folks are great. I have been there many times with 2 different vehicles. Good work and reasonable prices. Best of all I believe they are very honest and so polite and respectful--each and every one of them. They always treat me with courtesy. The store is very clean and a nice waiting area. They are frequently busy, which I believe is a good sign--they are trusted.

I just wanted to say . I was traveling from fla to ohio with ly dog as well and my tire sensor came on and i had to find some place quick to have my tire checked .they were absolutely amazing !!! They help turn a stress ful situation i was feeling into a wonder experience .they were quick and let me sit in waiting area with my dog . They come out said my valve felt loose on my tire and repaired it for me .if you are local and you dont go there for service you really need too . Thank you so much for making my experience so pleasant !!

My boyfriend went there today to install four 16 inch tires. They wanted to charge him $50.00 per tire and $19.00 disposal fee. 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ for a small Toyota Camry. He paid $65.00 each to buy them online. I worked in wheel and tire sale for 5 years of my life! Where we did any type of tire you can think of. I can’t even imagine how many people are bing ripped off on a daily basis. I understand business is hard but damn ! That’s the cost for truck tires.

Old clinton highway Knoxville location. If they had 0 stars i would put it. Bait and switch deals. Advertised a deal for 4 tires alignment and oil change and when you walk in the store it suddenly was $250 in additional "fees" place is a rip off. i would avoid them, plenty of reasonable tire shops around. Thanks for wasting my time

The staff is very kind and professional. They have cameras installed so you are able to see your car worked on from the waiting room! Took less than an hour to fix my tire. Highly recommend :)

We noticed a screw lodged in our tire on the 22nd of December with plans to travel from Tennessee to Indiana on Christmas Day. Our regular mechanic was closed for the holidays and we were in a pinch. Tire Discounters got us in same day and then patched the tire free of charge because they wanted us to have a great holiday. Can’t recommend them enough for that kind gesture alone!

Brought my car in for slow tire leak.very friendly and had it fixed in a little bit of time...best part merry Christmas didn't charge for plugging the tire... awesome not to have an extra expense

Dewayne Comer was awesome! I came in to get a new tire because I had a nail in mine and Walmart told me that I couldn’t get it plugged so I would need a new tire. Dewayne looked at it and plugged it for me. I will always recommend him!

These are some great folks. Came out of Kroger to find I had a flat tire. I called them and a young man walked over with an air compressor. Pumped up the tire so I could drive over to get the tire repaired. The gentleman at the counter was great as well. Highly recommend them and will be using their services in the future.

This shop is top notch. All of the staff here take care of you, and shoot you straight. No issues ever! Even cleaned my wheels for me when it was 28 degrees outside. I didn't even know they did that... Truly amazing service. There are none superior in price or quality of service.

Shout out to Larry and his crew. They quickly helped me out with a tire repair today when a few other places in the area simply tried to squeeze as much money out of me as possible for 4 new tires. The place was super clean and had coffee and bottled water available while I waited. This is my new spot for tires and service!

Tge service here is excellent. I had a leak in my tire and came in 30 minutes before closing. They had my tire off and repaired in less then 30 minutes. Larry at the front desk was a great guy to work with.

Tire Discounters was fantastic—friendly, fast, and knowledgeable! They installed my tires and did an alignment in about an hour. Loved the quick service, free alignment, and the coupon for a future oil change. Their waiting rooms is spotless. Great experience and I will be back.

Was not willing to help me at all . For some reason they could not find my tire size in all-terrain and I guess he didn't know how to get them . I was asked to drive my car down to the shop but was a waste of my time .. will not be stopping in here again .

I stopped by this location today after being referred to them by a friend during brunch this morning and the service manager, Kevin made me feel wanted and as if he was trying to rush me away, maybe it was because the service tech was about to leave maybe not. Idk but as a customer or potential customer, no one wants to feel unwanted, even by a manager of Kevin.

Stop to get a flat fixed they took it right in and fixed it and a few minutes later it was done and no charge no one dose that any more. Thank you will go back when tire shopping

We went in to have 4 new tires put on our 2016 Jeep JKU and worked with Dewayne. He was so kind and very patient throughout the whole process. We ask lots of questions and tend to overthink things, but Dewayne never rushed us or made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for a great experience!
