4 hours to replace tires/oil change. Made an appointment over a week in advance (coming from out of town). Arrive early, guy says 2-3 hours. It took 4 hours and they damaged my wheels getting the old tires off. The “free” alignment isn’t worth your time or the hassle or the potential damage to your vehicle.

I'm so impressed with these guys. I called at 1 on a Saturday asking about availability of a specific, uncommon tire and alignment. They had 4 great Coopers in stock with a $100 discount, but that wasn't the best part by a long shot. My alignment had been out for a WHILE. I'd taken my vehicle to another local place about 3000 miles ago and paid $149 for an "alignment" that didn't fix anything. But Tire Discounters showed me exactly what was wrong and fixed it at the price quoted. It drives like new now. All this without an appointment! This is how you turn a new customer into a big fan.

Bill Snyder and the staff at this particular TireDiscounters saved the day. Traveling through the area on a Saturday evening during the holiday season and ripped the sidewall of my tire. As with a lot of new cars, no spare. Roadside service took it to the local MB dealer. I rented a car and continued the trip planning on getting my car on the return drive on the following Friday. I was then told on Thursday that the MB dealership couldn’t get the tire for an additional 3 to 4 days since it had to come through the MB parts warehouse. I called TireDiscounters and spoke to Bill. They had the tire the next day as I travelled back in the area. My home dealership felt so bad for me they paid for the tow from the Knoxville MB dealership to Bill and TireDiscounters so I could get the tire and keep going. Bill kept his promise and the tire was delivered and installed on the car which was towed to him that Friday morning. He even had the warehouse bring two versions of the Pirelli tire to make sure they put on the right one. He kept us informed of the progress of the tire on the delivery truck and had us back on the road as promised when promised. He was professional and caring. The facility was also immaculate with a great waiting area. Recommend them for sure!

I don’t do reviews often anymore but I just had to for this place! After not having any luck at a place up the road, I came in here and they were so helpful and kind immediately. They were quick, knowledgeable, and the prices were pretty good! They were professional but also very personable and friendly. It’s hard to have a tire change brighten someone’s day, but they did it! Very impressed.

We had an appointment at 8 am. They took our truck in at 9 am, for a tire rotation and balance. Our truck rides worse now than it did, not to mention we had a nail in our tire that they didn't even address. I guess we should have stuck with Discount Tires, 8am appt means 8am. Never again.

I accidentally hit the median and blew out all 4 tires. My car was towed to Tire Discounters. They replaced my tires and wheels and alignment. It was ready at 6pm the same day! I was so happy with their professionalism and caring attitude. They are the best! I drove home to Ohio without a bit of trouble. I haven't had such a smooth ride since it was new. Thank you Eva and Jamie!

I’ve purchased tires at this location for several vehicles. The people are nice ( which is why I’m giving 2 stars) but time management and efficiency need improvement. When I make appointments here for tire rotation it’s an unbelievable wait. Like hours. I am beginning to believe because they do not make money on tire rotations ( free for life with tire purchase) that they don’t care how long they make you wait. Most of the reviews that are 4-5 star are from people who needed a tire repaired or replaced, which generates revenue for them. I would imagine these people get taken care of first and the tire rotation clients get the end of the line. I try to make 8 am appointments and still end up waiting hours. If you can’t honor appointments stop making them because it’s pointless.

NEGATIVE STARS!!! Avoid this place they are incompetent and dishonest! Were supposed to prepare my daughter’s vehicle for a road trip to MI and instead left us with a tire with no tire stem. Tire completely deflated within 5 seconds of removing the cap when checking the air due to cold. Impossible they said. Lies. PRAISE GOD WE CHECKED THE TIRES AND ARE NOT DEAD ON THE HIGHWAY!

We had an appointment at 11 on a Saturday and dropped truck off 10:30. They were supposed to call when finished. Never heard from them so we went there at 3:30, they close at 4. They were just pulling truck in bay. Asked the clerk status, he said just getting started and would only be few minutes. I said this is inexcusable since we made appointment. He said “they had a lot of specials going on” . They did not see to our truck because we had a coupon for free oil change after spending $1500 on new tires. They weren’t making $$ off us so basically “screw them”. I told them pull truck out we aren’t waiting. Unacceptable! I took truck to the Nissan dealership to get good customer service as opposed to a 20 minute oil change/tire rotation. We will NEVER return to this store. Horrible customer service!!!

Apparently, Tire Discounters can't be bothered taking calls. I understand the customer on site is more important than the one on the phone but after 2 calls waiting over 20 minutes for someone to pick up, I gave up. I guess they don't need the extra business. Oh, and don't bother copying and pasting the standard response. It's not genuine so I don't need it. I read it already.

Beware of the fictional repair "need" issues up sell. My wife brought her vehicle in for 4 new tires and was told it needed a complete front suspension replacement and was in urgent need of new brakes and rotors. The total work order was almost $3000! She called me to ask what she should do. I said tell them no thanks. Just complete the tire replacement and free alignment that we came for. They then told her that it was impossible to complete the alignment without first replacing the suspension. She came home with 4 new tires and no "free" alignment. I took the vehicle to a professional mechanic to get a second opinion. He told me my suspension was sound and that I just needed an alignment. He said the brakes also looked good for at least another year or two. I took the car to an alignment shop and asked them to make sure the suspension was good before aligning and they too said the suspension was good. The alignment ($98) was completed and the car has been driving and braking great now for about six months. I can't say that I trust tire discounters to either competently diagnose repair needs or at worst be honest about them.

Eva was amazing. We were on vacation out of town and picked up a nail in one of our tires and needed a quick turnaround for the repair. Because of the age of the tires we ended up getting all 4 replaced. I did shop around pricing wise and they had the best price. While I was there a deaf person came in and Eva stared talking with her using sign language. Talk about your over the top customer service. Note: Both people in the photo gave their permission to share.

I purchased new tires and they fixed my brakes at the Chapman Highway location South Knoxville. They did a great job and I’m quite happy with my new tires. Price was right and service excellent! Would recommend to anyone needing service.thank you Bill!
