Service and responsiveness was good and their shop is really clean. Kenny was very helpful and good to talk to about options and promotions. I did drop off service without an appointment and took care of things in about 3hrs.

STOP do not go here. go to tire barn This location is horrible. And with that IHi everyone, my name is Don and I own an operate an auto repair shop for 32 years yesterday I took my wife’s van to tire discounters in Beech Grove. They were gonna do four tires and alignment lil do they know I did not tell them I own an operate an Auto Repair business I wanted to see how good and honest there shop was well they failed horribly so they call me to pick up my car and when I get there, the tire guy tells me they broke one of my center caps by putting it on the wheel balancer letting the wheel balancer knock the center cap off and it’s plastic and it broke and I know that I asked the mechanic did any of the other one break and his manager was out there he would not come in the office and he kept saying that my manager said that was the only one that wouldn’t go on like well you did the job did any of the other ones break . I said it was a simple, yes or no answer just be honest and he would not answer me. He kept saying the manager said that was the only one that wouldn’t go on OK Next the alignment guy he left before I could speak with him. The manager told me that the camber was off on the right front. He said his alignment guy said it would not adjust out and I told him that I’ve just put brand new struts on there and that it would adjust out I intentionally left that side little negative so that to see if they are really doing the alignment by leaving it that way little bit so it would come out for him easier and I marked the bolt Just that to see if it had been taken loose and had not so they lied about that I still have to take that back to another one and have that fixed now the guy running the office his name was Kenny. He was a super nice and helpful guy, but everybody else here was very dishonest, and it starts with the manager he would not even come inside and talk to me. I was there for 20 minutes after they closed finally I told Kenny I had to leave, but all this song starts at the top and that manager is very dishonest. He was horrible. I do not recommend anyone to go to the store. Furthermore, I always send my customers to tire discounters for alignment and tires that will not happen again. I cannot believe this store except for Kenny the guy running in the office. He was a great guy very helpful, he should be the store manager I will be calling corporate now I have dealt with tire discounters in Greenwood and I never had a problem with them

Did not have a good experience here whatsoever. There was another Tire Discounters that I had gone to initially for 2 flat tire repairs. After getting that taken care of, I discovered that the valve stem on both tires had been hidden and unaccessible and only one of them had been fixed. Took it to this one to get looked at and immediately had to tell the person checking me in the issue 3 separate times because he just was not listening to me. Was also told that the simple tire fix might not have even been gotten to today and wasn't really given a reason why. Had left to drop it off and when I was finished, the tire that needed fixed was made worse and the other had not been touched. The hubcap was switched for a different kind, which made the valve stem even more unaccessible, air was not put into the tire at all, and the leaking air was not fixed. I was also charged much more than 10% of the estimate (was quoted $39 and charged for $50), which was against their policy, and on top of that was charged for a service that was not on the estimate and it was not discussed with me. When picking up the vehicle, they had also lost the car key and had to look for that. Just complete negligence and disregard for customers. Will not be using them again.

Do not go here! I got 4 new tires. They damaged my vehicles wheel studs and did not do anything to correct. Well I shouldn’t say anything they first tried to charge me brakes and rotors for $900 and said they would fix the issue for “free”. Brakes and rotors don’t cost even close to $900, changed them myself and total parts are about $200. When I confronted them about the issue they then said it would be $150 to fix their mistake. Absolutely ridiculous that a place has so little care for their quality of work.

My sister stopped in because she had a nail in her tire driving home from work. She asked if they could plug it or buy a new one. Nope they sent her away as she was pleading for their help. She stated the guy working was not nice and wasn’t wanting to help her. Why am I writing this review because it’s 16 degrees outside and her husband passed away two months ago. Hearing her crying on the other line feeling defeated knowing someone there could have helped her sucks!! After seeing all your horrible reviews this sounds about right for this establishment.

Waste of time at this store. Go support local mechanics and tire stores. Walked in store at 9am and the service writer said “My tire guy is on lunch and won’t be back for awhile” Always feel like I’m bothering them from not working.

Absolutely impossible to deal with. I have bought 3 sets of tires there. They rotated my tires and screwed up a valve stem. I went back and they cannot fix until next week, want to charge me for THEIR mistake and incompetence. Cheap prices BUT POOR service. I have never had to make an appointment 5 - 6 days later for a leaking tire.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I went in today because I needed air in my tires but also my windshield wipper wasn't working. I asked the guy if he would look at it for me just to tell me what could be wrong. He goes no i know years of working with cars i know. He told me it would cost me 600 dollars to fix. Well I walked out. Went to jiffy lube and they popped my hood and tighted a bolt and it's back to normal. Very unprofessional. Lack of service to help the customer out. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean you can over run me and charge me a arm and a leg.

I purchased two sets of tires here. A set for each of my vehicles. Each time, I have had some problems. First time, the sensor kept saying my tires were low after I picked it up. I brought it back. They reset the sensor and I left. A couple days later, my tires were low. Went back and they said something about the tires not sealing properly. They fixes them after about 2 hours and I left. Got in the vehicle and the dash kept beeping and flashing the tire light. Went back and was told I just need to drive it awhile. After 10 miles, it stopped. Went back thinking it was a "one-off." Purchased another set for my other vehicle. Got in the truck and the truck is telling me that 2 tires were low and my sensor light was on. Went back in and was told they didn't "drive it enough" and have to use a device to reset the sensors. Each time I spent over $1,000. Each time I had issues. The first vehicle had me take 3 trips after the purchase. The second vehicle is a second trip after purchase. I would say find another place for tires. I shouldn't have to keep coming back after purchasing these sets.

I will start with the team did a good job on the tires. Had a slight customer service issue, which the company addressed well and professionally. Would recommend using them. As a notice, make sure you understand the promotional coupons they issue do expire.

Update: I did contact them at the email address given in their reply. They told me they would credit the $100 to my debit card. This was a month ago and the credit has not shown up and they did not reply to my follow up email. I have lowered the rating to 2 stars. It's a shame because I was happy with the work they did. Original review: I was happy with the tires and the service. However, I was incorrectly told there was a $100 rebate on the set of tires from BF Goodrich. In reality, that promotion had expired 2 weeks before and the BF Goodrich website won't let me claim the rebate. You should know when rebates on your products end. This is your fault and it cost me $100. If you would like to make good on the rebate, let me know and I will update the review.

These guys did a great job on my brakes and were able to get the job done very quickly considering all that needed to be done. They have a great system in place to bring in parts super fast that they don’t have on hand and find the best prices. Brian was one of the mechanics. Huge shoutout to him for not only finding the root of the problem, but being able to explain it in a way that really makes sense to someone who isn’t super knowledgeable, like myself. You can trust them to provide outstanding service and do honest work.

Requested appointment for new tires on website and it said the store would be in touch, called store for next two (2) days during business hours to check availability but couldn’t get a hold of anyone and on one call waited on hold for over 25 minutes, store never reached out to schedule or give details still don’t have tires. Still haven’t heard back. Not going to just drop in because people like to upsell. It seems they have time to respond to google reviews but not answer the phone. Made appointment with big O today and dropping off tomorrow. Cannot recommend Tire Discounters

Great service & very friendly staff! I only needed tire repair & was so relieved to not be charged for this as money very tight right now. Drew took great care of me & was very outgoing! Enjoyed chatting w/ him. I will definitely be returning for any future needs!

These guys/girls are great. They love telling me no and then delivering. Told me needed a few days to fix rim, do all four tires, alignment and oil change at drop off at 9 AM. They called me back at 3PM to pick up the car.
