These folks are polite and efficient: we picked up a bolt in our tire, and they were able to help us with 2 news tires on immediate notice. They seem to have a good selection of inventory in stock & the prices were great. The location is convenient & the train depot was fun to explore downtown while you wait.

This is the only tire place in town I would go to because they have always been reasonable with their pricing, helpful, and very welcoming; to be more concise, always impressing with great all around service. Can’t recommend enough.

These people are wonderful!!! I was in a tough situation and they went over and above to take care of me. They treated me like family. I live 60 miles away but when I need tires, I’ll give them by business.

Had an awesome experience with this location! They fit me in and got my tires replaced & an alignment & got my car back on the road safely. They went above and beyond and I’m super grateful. Each staff member I interacted with , via phone call & in person was professional and friendly and willing to help! Definitely will be back for future tire needs!

I definitely recommend this business and will be coming here from now on. I've taken my vehicle to several places only to have no issues resolved and too much money spent. They were able to pinpoint issues that others couldn't and didn't try to sell me services and repairs I didn't need. Very straight forward, professional and friendly staff. It's not everyday you come across a place like this. Glad I gave them a chance and will be a repeat customer from now on.

Pricy service. Average work. I have had a few times work had to be redone. Hub caps put on wrong. Lug nuts cross threaded. They fix with no issues. Nice ppl.

Promised my grandfather a specific price for a set of tires just to charge him significantly more than the agreed upon price. When confronted about this over the phone every week, for an entire month, they “promised” a call back from the manager that still has yet to come. Not one for the typical “excellent customer service” experience, but this was just pathetic.
