This location always takes great care of me and my car! I bought my tires here and have been in a couple times for various services since. They always do their best to squeeze me in and work around my work schedule. Most recently, I noticed a screw in my tire and went in to get it patched. Doug was the one who helped me with scheduling and the service. He pointed out to me that it was in a spot that was not patchable, but he didn’t notice it actively leaking. He had me watch him pull it out and it didn’t actually puncture the tire. He took the extra step to verify whether or not the screw was actually an issue, and it ended up not being. He was even excited about my luck! I feel that I always get honest opinions and work done here.

I scheduled an appointment a week prior for 10am for a rotate, balance, and alignment. When I arrived I checked in and gave them my key and then waited next door for a bit and then and in the lobby. After almost 4 hours, I asked them when they were planning to work on my car since I’d been there for so long, and they apologized and said they were understaffed and that I should have been notified of the wait time. I decided to wait since they said I was next in line, and they finished my car after 3pm. The staff I spoke to were polite but I was disappointed by the lack of communication about time. If I had been told it would take so long I would have done something else with my time other than stay in the waiting room, or I would have rescheduled for a different day as to not waste my Saturday. Please improve your communication so customers know what they’re in for. The staff was polite and the service got done, but I wish I had known that it would take all day and I didn’t appreciate that other seemingly walk-in folks would have their cars serviced before mine.

Don't make an appointment unless you have at least 3 hours to kill. It's been two and a half and I'm still waiting for them to finish, despite making an appointment a week ago. They didn't get started until I'd been here an hour. It'd be different if this was a walk-in, but a scheduled appointment? My time is too valuable to waste like this. I won't be back

Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. I waited to have 4 new tires put on and it didn't take as I thought. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Great service here (this is getting more and more rare imho;) and the price was $400 less than the dealer for 4 new Michelin Cross climate 2 tires. Quick review on the tires is very positive. I’m blown away how quiet the tires are with this revolutionary new tire tread. My car the Tesla model S was quiet to begin with and the previous tires were what you could hear. Now even in the rain the sound from the tires are barely perceptible. Back to the store and how they had my car done in about 3 hours and the selling point for me besides the lower price for exact same thing is that this company will rotate the tires for free for the life if the tires which Michelin puts at 60K miles.

I had a great experience at this location. Able to make a same day appointment and they helped me find the tires that worked best for me. I went in after work and they stayed late to finish up my car. Very much appreciate the work they did!

The absolute worse service... waited for over 30 minutes to get air in 1 tire. The workers standing around. Finally told me it would be awhile because there were a lot of cars. Still waited, no service. After being constantly ignored, I left. Never again

I had TD put a new set of Michelin Defender 2 tires on my wife's 2017 Accord....what a great job...balance and alignment was perfect and the tires are really quiet! James was excellent in helping me and even fixed a rattle on my engine splash guard by replacing a missing push button at no charge! Also, TD was about $150 cheaper (including free synthetic oil change)...definitely will be using them again!😎👍

I needed a slow leak fixed on a tire on my car. There was a nail in it. Tire Discounters was the only place that told me to come in and they could work me into the schedule. Every other place I called was a 3 to 4 hour wait. The people were all very nice and the price to fix the flat was great. In and out in under 45 minutes. I will go back here when I need tires.

Leaving the eye doctor appointment found my tire low pressure turned on. I went to the closest tire discounters even though hey were very busy Doug manage to work my needs in place He successfully handled my needs into their schedule with compassion and courtesy Doug was my champion this day Thank you Doug

Matt and his team at Tire Discounters have been my go to for the past 10 years. They are simply the greatest. Friendly staff, No b/s, fair pricing and they always go above and beyond for their customers. They get to know you on a personal basis and actually CARE about you and your vehicle(s). I cannot recommend them enough from the tire they just patched for me (for free), to the oil drain plug that took 3 guys and 4 sets of tools to get off (and replaced with a good one FOR FREE) they do it all and do it professionally and quickly. Been coming to them for years and if they'll keep serving us I plan to be a lifelong customer. I can't say it enough, they are simply the best. I'd give them 6+ stars if I could.

Very poor attention to detail!! Had them check my alignment THREE times. The third time I was told all was it was definitely figured out…to find out that my car was worse then before. The reason was because my lug nuts on the driver side well were only on finger tight. Lucky I didn’t lose my wheel, kill someone or get in a serious accident: Could not discourage you to stay away more!!!

Great experience! Had a roadside emergency when the tire went flat pulling aside for an emergency vehicle. Happened to be close to this shop and swung in before I was down to the rim. Quick, reliable service and professional staff!

Just over 4 hours to replace 4 tires. Was quoted approx. 2. Never updated on time delay, only apologized to once I was upset. If you have all the time in the world, the work done was fine. If you're a busy person who values your time and money, look elsewhere

Don't send your wife here alone unless you want them to be taken advantage of. My wife scheduled an appointment for a new battery the day before the appointment. They knew what vehicle she had. They had time to get a battery. They wanted to test everything. Completely unnecessary. The car tells you the battery is not holding a charge. Literally on the smart display. But yet they felt the need to keep her there for an unnecessary amount of time to test the alternator, the starter and the battery. Literally after an hour they told her what we already know because the car told us. Surprise the only thing wrong with the car is the battery is dead. The only battery they have is the most expensive option $500. Just another upsell tactic. If my dealership doesn't offer $500 battery, why would you think we should buy one from you guys?

Great experience with this Tire Discounters. I had 4 new tires installed, which took a little under 2 hours...conveniently, there's a Tim Hortons right next door :) Doug was very honest with me and didn't pressure me to buy the more expensive tires. I feel like I can trust the staff here.

Told my wife she needed new windshield wipers after I Just replaced them TWO weeks ago. I may have to reconsider where I take our vehicles moving forward. Watch your $$ at this establishment.
