I had an appointment set at 12:15 for 4 new tires and already paid for. It took almost 3 hours before I got my car back. It defeated the purpose of setting an appointment and booking my day around it to only have to sit there for an extended period of time. Their perception of time is terrible.

I got a set of 4 tires and the front 2 don't have the caps on the valves. There was other work needed on my vehicle and this place will triple charge on labor. It's clear that the work needing to be done could be done in 1 or 2 actions instead of the work being broken out as they have quoted. It's thievery. Then, the technician or manager who went to gather information on my vehicle sprayed out my washer fluid and it didn't seem to get refilled because it ran out a few days after.

Everybody working here is amazing and so nice. They got my tires done quickly and efficiently despite my lugs being seized. Couldn’t ask for a better shop. :)

Expect to pay a 30 dollar "shop fee" after they do the work and already quoted you. How in gods earth is that not just in the price to come to your shop? Oh thats right so you can bring people in at the promise of a lower sale point then screw them at the register.

I really just needed air in my tires. What I got was a very much unwanted, inappropriate conversation with Ramon. Still got the air in my tires so you get 2 stars but seriously, someone from HR should make a trip out to this location, maybe hold a seminar, instruct that we don't ask our customers about their bodies no matter how bad we want to. Just some thoughts.

My name is Adan Ahmed I want to share with you is a horrible experience. I’ve been dealing with last week discount tire the one And that stelzer Road the manager of that store his name is Dan is the worst guy I have ever met in my entire life. I do the store for brand new tires and my old tires were almost new so I told them I need to use as a spare for those diaries and they looted my tires, they go and searched my car. I don’t know what they was looking for maybe money or whatever so anyway Dan is that he he told me he’s the store manager and he is the route I’m professional. Does not know how to deal with the customers very disrespectful person and train and I don’t know how he got that store manager position so I suggest everybody to work out the store and also to the discount tire they’re not hiring a good people you know very horrible

Negative five stars. Poor management, horrible time management. Made an appointment and was told the work would take 30 minutes, so i arrived a few minutes early. But it still took them two hours to get my vehicle inside and on the lift for a simple alignment. For two hours, I sat in the uncomfortable chairs in the lobby, watching my vehicle just wait to be serviced. I could have driven from Columbus to Cleveland and gotten my truck aligned in the time Ive spent waiting. A joke of a shop.

An absolutely horrible experience. Dan the manager, and his worker Darnell are not good people. Darnell told me the job on my car would take a few days, and my car was at their shop almost an entire month. I would sometimes call to checkup and Darnell would tell me the car would be ready, and when I’d walk there the manager would just shrug and say the car wasn’t done. No apologies or anything. I called the regional manager Michael to ask what the deal was and he admitted to me that the Technician Cody had never done this kind of job before and had no idea what he was doing, teaching himself how to do things on the fly. If they had just been honest and said that in the beginning I would’ve simply gone somewhere else. Cody broke the wheel cylinder on my car and tried to get us to pay for it. This has been an incredibly stressful situation for me and especially for my mother. Do not trust these people with your vehicle.

I am so grateful to Dan and Ramone and the rest of the crew at this location. I was convinced I had a nail in my tire when I got a tire pressure warning. Ramone removed the tire did an extremely thorough inspection before determining there wasn't anything wrong and it was likely temperature related--and Dan didn't charge me for the labor (but I wouldn't have blamed him if he did). I felt very silly that nothing was wrong but everyone I interacted with was so kind and never talked down to me or made me feel bad for bringing the car in. This is why I've been a repeat TD customer for years. Thank you, guys! I appreciate you!

If I could give a 0 I would. They told me my car would take 2 hours and be ready at 2:30, I got 0 communication from them, and I called at 3 pm, I got told it would take 20 more minutes. Then next thing I know, it’s 4:30 and my car was “ready” and by that I mean they changed my tires but completely disregarded their instructions to put the best tire on as my full size spare. Instead, they mounted the flat spare, and put my best tire in my trunk. When asking for a discount for compensation, I was argued with, and smart comments were made about me to my father from I believe the store manager (Dan?) I will not be returning. They didn’t even do the free oil change, so I have no explication for the extra 2 and a half hours they had my car other than “We had other customers show up” Maybe if you’re going to tell a customer they will have their car ready at 2:30 they should, and if it’s not ready, let the customer know it’ll take longer than 20 minutes. I will never be returning, throwing my free oil change coupon in the trash, and head to valvoline where they respect their customers. And at least they can get you in and out in a timely manner. My whole day wasted and plans ruined.

I’m always happy when businesses are busy, but come on guys. A 2 hr wait to patch a tire, especially for people out of town? It’s a 10 minute job. Luckily for us, there was someone up the road.

The employee Rob told me he would take me out of the cue and wouldn’t serve me again( even though I paid for warranty on all my tires) after I told him I was upset that he quoted me the wrong wait time. Originally got my tires done here and had an oil change with it. They forgot to do the oil change so I had to come back. I then made an appointment for 9:00. They quoted me and hour. I called after an hour and a half and they hadn’t even gotten to my car yet. Absolutely horrible customer service efforts. I would not recommend this place. I am literally shaking after the way this man spoke to me. I told the manager. He said he would speak to the employee. This man should be fired.

Today was a fantastic experience. I believe the gentleman's name was Donahue, he has wonderful customer service skills and was extremely kind to us while replacing a tire that had come off the rim. I've had very experiences with this Tire Discounter location. I actually found out (officially) that they never replaced a bad valve stem I had paid them to replace but I mentioned it today and they gave us credit off of the new tire to make up for it! I believe the staff may be different than in the past and the people there now are WONDERFUL

Worst experience ever went there about 3 years ago after a wreck. Had almost my entire front done new struts, axles, and even a new sub frame. To find out they put in the WRONG ball joints for my car now costing me over 1000 dollars in mechanical problems. Also the struts were broke due to them as well. I paid tire discounters 4 thousand dollars to fix my car when actually all they did was cost me thousands of dollars just a couple years later after finding out there did a horrible and improper job at fixing my car. The mechanic local here in Columbus told me those were the worst ball joints ever to remove because they did such a horrible job. This being due to the wrong ball joints in place and also them being improperly put together in the first place.

I was traveling from out of town and my low tire pressure light came on. I brought it to this location. The guys checked all my tires and found all my tires to be low in air but no leaks. They put air in all my tires and sent me on my way free of charge. The integrity of this location is superior and if I ever need anything done to my car while in Columbus I'm coming here again. !!!

The guys here are amazing! We got all new tires on Saturday. On Wednesday discovered a big screw in 1 of those tires. We rushed in and arrived at closing. They could have turned us away; instead they patched the tire with no problem. The fact that they even stayed late with no hesitation really impressed me. Thanks so much guys! You really went the extra mile. (Pun intended :)

Tire Discounters in Columbus Ohio off of Stelzer Road were great! I have a company fleet vehicle and it’s hard to get the companies service card to work correctly. They were able to get it figured out and got my fleet vehicle fixed and back on the road within an hour. Would highly recommend!

Very nice and helpful. Replaced my tire and found a problem with a mis installed sensor from 2 years ago and fixed with no extra charge. Will definitely go to again. Thanks 😊👍

Went to check on tire because it kept losing air, was prepared to purchase new tire, but was told it could be plugged and no need for a new one! Wonderful customer service and no charge for the repair! I will definitely be returning when I do need a new tire!!
