Went in for an oil change and to ask them to check the brakes. Excellent communication, they noticed coolant leak, - priced out the repair & let me know it would get worse but were very honest that it didn't need to be repaired today. Between the brakes, the coolant leak and a battery that was dying- I felt very informed about labor hours and measurable details on brake measurements and cold cranking amps. I was not pressured to spend more money or manipulated to think my car was not safe if I didn't get this work done. Rob was very professional, great at explaining everything when I asked a ton of questions. I would feel comfortable referring a family member or friend to get work done here!

Amazing professional staff!! Provided me with a quote and assured me they would do their best to fix my tire. They fulfilled their promise and got us back on the road!! These guys were awesome to work with and will go back! Thank you!

I came in for tire rotation and possible battery issue. They told me I needed a new alternator. They could not do it on a Saturday so I went to Firestone. Thankfully Firestone tested again and found a bad cell in the battery. $200 fix vs $1300! I will. It be back to this location. It has been several weeks and no further issues.

This particular location is awesome!! Mathew and Robert (Rob) are absolutely amazing. Both are extremely customer service oriented people. I have been going to this location for quite sometime...I made the mistake of once going to a location on Bethel Road closer to my house....it was indeed a huge mistake.....broke parts on the brake system of my car...however that is not important. What is important I spoke to Matthew about some new tires I wanted to try by Michelin....Matthew went way above and beyond explaining these new tires to me..their performance...their rating...everything and anything about this tire. Including his own experience with the tire...warranty...everything not one question left unanswered !! I took my car in and dealt with Rob...whom I have dealt with several times before on oil changes... Rob is an absolute SWEETHEART.. extremely nice and friendly...he is actually the one that told me way back in May of 2024 my tires were wearing and would need to be replaced. I had one tire that kept loosing air...each time I took my car there...Rob was always willing to put the air in the low tire and check all the others. In this day and age the customer service you receive from this store is comparable to the "old days" when people truely cared about your business. And LADIES don't be afraid to bring your car here they treat you with RESPECT they explain everything to you and DO NOT take advantage if you....just ask for ROB or MATTHEW...THEY ARE THE BEST !!

A great customer experience all the way around. I was visiting family in Columbus and discovered on Saturday afternoon that I had a leaking front tire. I initially drove to a competitor (Discount Tire) who refused to repair my tire because my REAR tires were "too worn"- clearly an attempt to sell me new tires. In spite of it being half an hour before closing time, the great staff at tire discounters repaired my tire expertly. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and handled my repair quickly.

Nice staff. Walked through everything and got a free oil change along with the tires. The tires were affordable being cooper, and they even replaced a couple lug nuts for me that were in bad shape.

Friendly and exceptional service is why I continue to go back to these guys. Gage went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of. 4 new tires and an alignment and I was out of there just over an hour and I didn’t have an appointment. Thank you for all your help!

Josh Fouts and his team are nothing short of exemplary. Josh is the reason myself and many other business owners in the area only shop with him. I’ve been to dozens of stores and locations. His store is always clean. The work done is to spec, I always get my vehicle back in a timely manner, his employees are knowledgeable and polite. Josh and his team go above and beyond. Josh has never once called me with a problem without providing me a solution.

Not at all happy with TD. I purchased 4 new tires less than a year ago and one had a slow leak. I brought in for a warranty repair and they told me there is a nail in the tire but the need to replace the tire and recommended replacing all. They would not repair the nail hole because they said there was too much interior damage to the tire for driving on it when the tire was low. I kept air in my tires during the slow leak. I have been bringing ny cars there for over 10 years and I am done with them. Total bait and switch every time I have an issue with a tire. They have never just fixed the tire. Always an excuse that it needs replaced. Don’t trust them at all

OUTSTANDING SERVICE !! I have been coming to tire discount for sometime now and reason why I do is because of the high level of competency the mechanics have. Thank-you Gauge for the great customer service, he helped me in an emergency and I'm grateful. The technician/mechanic Will is really knew his job and responsibility. A key person why I always return. Thank-you team for the great work. Having smart, knowledgeable and friendly employees is a rarity now. I hope the leadership takes care of the Gents... WELL DONE!

Upon purchasing new tires and rims, I have returned numerous times to have the plate cover replaced until I eventually gave up and ordered a different set of rims. In the meantime, I felt vibration in coming from one of my front tires. After scheduling an appointment to resolve the issue, the technician never inspected only balanced the right tire. As I was heading home I noticed NOTHING was done, the vibration was still there. My new rims where installed, but they did not have the tire that I needed as the inside wall of the right tire had a bulge. I ended up going to a different. D.T. shop, unfortunately they did not have any of those tires on-hand eventhough Matthew said they did the day before. The gentleman was nice and he went to go pick up my tire. I could not stay had to go to work. I called Matthew twice once in the morning then early afternoon and guaranteed that he would call me back....LIESS...I do not like the color of the rims and I am moreso disappointed in the customer service and the time wasted. I would like to return the tires and rims, put my original tires and rims back on and spend my money elsewhere.

I popped a tire the other day and I called the next morning at tire discounters if I can get in. I was back and forth with them cause I had financial problems going on but Rob was very understanding and patient. Ask us to come in and he will take care of the car. Went to the location and it was very busy. He showed me the quote that I saw online. Left my car and I was lucky I was walking distance to my job. I left the car at 9:30 and picked up at 4pm. I understood why it took the long wait because I was a walk in and didn’t have an appointment. But they changed all my tires and test drive it as well. Amazing Place! Thank you for taking care of my car!!

I went to the team to help me with a snowblower tire. I explained to them I was going in for surgery and was trying to ensure my wife had everything taken care of if winter hit early as I would be out of commission for a bit. The team sprung to action and helped me out big time in getting the tire changed. Will and Matthew are incredible people - I can't say enough about them or the incredible service my family have received from this location time and time again. Great representation of the company and just good humans to do business with. Appreciate them.

I really like Tire Discounters in general, however, this location at 1050 Gemini place is particularly awesome! They have given me the best treatment out of mostly anywhere that I have been. They have had my best interest in mind and continue to give great service! This is some of the best value from a "chain store" that I've seen!

They always take good care of me and get the work done diligently. Dropped off at 8:30 and had new shoes on my suburban at 10:45am. This is the 4th set of tires I have purchased from the Polaris location on Gemini over the years and I’ll be back next time

Great service, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always trying to sell some basic option or services, which sucks personally I miss when shops like these did some things to retain your business but overall they helped me in a tight spot and I appreciate the speed and quality.

I had an appt at noon, when I walked in Rob said be with you in a few minutes. I sat there for 20 mins. When other customers started coming in I thought well damn let me get up since nobody said “how can I help you” . Joshua was apologetic and took good care of me. Ask for Joshua!!!

I had a leak in my tire and Josh looked my car over. All I can say, the entire experience was FANTASTIC! He took the time to explain everything to me, was extremely professional, washed my rims and tires, and this was even with a full waiting room. Many years ago I had a negative experience with this location, but now it is wonderfully run. Thank you for treating me like a customer that you care about.
