Well, Sat Feb 1st took our car to have two tires checked for leaks. It sat in the parking lot over 2 hours. The car hadn’t even been moved. I rescheduled for 2/4 dropped it off at Tire Discounters on Monday. The shop had the car for 8+ hours and the tire 🛞 leaks were not done and the alignment check was not done. Therefore I went home for a second time with my car not repaired. Rafael did offer to make it right. But I’m not sure what I will do.

These guys are the best. They took extra care of me, allowing me to retroactively make up for a mistake on my end entirely! They ended up saving me over a hundred bucks and stayed late to get me out same day! Best in the biz!

Fast and friendly service. These guys are great! AND unlike the oil change place around the corner on Montgonery Rd they will check and put air in your tires without you being a former customer.They did this last winter for me and it's a service they still provide. Great tire prices too Update..had a flatt tire and called at 5:15. They closed at 6. They worked me in and as always courteous and professional

The service was extremely slow even with an appointment. I arrived at 2:00 and didn’t leave until 4:15. I only got an oil change. After seeing my review the district manager contacted me and made it right. I have to say they tried to go above and beyond to take care of my car. I will give them another chance next time I need something for my car. I would give my first experience a 1 star but my second experience was a 5 star so we will go in the middle with 3 stars.

They were very swamped when I arrived and I did have to wait a little while for someone to come to the desk. But beyond that, the experience was great. He advised me of roughly how long my wait was going to be and he was pretty much spot on and the tires are doing beautifully. I'm very happy.

Highly recommend! Today Rafael and his team fixed my daughter’s car tire quickly and with outstanding service. They immediately identified the issue, fixed it, and prevented it from happening again. He was really friendly and went above and beyond with service. Highly recommend Tire Discounters and this location.

Above and beyond by Shawn Carmichael. I got a flat at a business down the street and couldn't get the wheel off, it was stuck. Sean walked down the street with a hammer and assisted me. After getting my spare on I drove over for a set of new tires. Job well done

Not a good location. They know how to take appointments, but don’t expect them to be ready for you when they said they’d be ready.

Went in to talk about replacing all 4 wheels and tires. The sales guy straight up told me before checking it out that finding the size i want is not possible. This car gets 16s out of the dealership. It's hard to put trust into a place when they tell you completely wrong info.

We received a good sale price for tires. Thanks Matthew for finding a good deal. We chose the store because they could schedule us next day at 9 AM. We were dissatisfied it took nearly 7 hours from drop off to inspect it and call with options. We asked for the two new tires to be put on front, but they were put on the rear. We hoped the spare tire would be put back on the underside, but it was left loose in the trunk. The techs said they couldn't figure out how to reattach it.
