I am utterly disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit to Tire Discounters. When I walked into the location, I was completely ignored by the staff, specifically Hayden and Jessie, who were the managers on duty. Despite being in managerial roles, they showed an alarming lack of professionalism, eating and walking around as if I didn’t exist. It felt as though my presence wasn’t even acknowledged, which left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. However, as I was leaving, my experience took a positive turn thanks to a young man named Joseph. He stopped me on my way to my car and provided the assistance that the managers failed to offer. Joseph went above and beyond by not only addressing my concerns but also pointing out a potential issue with my car. He explained the severity of the problem and the risks of not addressing it soon. His professionalism, attentiveness, and knowledge turned my terrible experience into a much better one. Frankly, it’s concerning that the managers, who should set an example, failed so miserably in their roles, while someone like Joseph, who isn’t in a leadership position, exhibited the qualities that a true leader should have. Based on my experience, I would strongly urge management to reconsider the roles and responsibilities of their team, as Joseph clearly has the work ethic and customer service skills deserving of greater recognition. While my visit started on a terrible note, I’m thankful for Joseph’s intervention. Without his help, I would have left feeling completely disgusted. He is the reason I would consider returning to Tire Discounters in the future.

If I could put zero stars I would. Please go somewhere else to get work done. First they were unprofessional. Second they took hours to get the work on my car done. Third they continued to find additional issues with the work they were doing on cars to up charge people and make them pay more for the work needed!!! DO NOT COME HERE TO GET WORK DONE ON YOUR CAR.

Went to get a tire patched. Was told that it would be patched and ready by noon the next day. Called around 11:30 the next day and was told that everything is good to go. Drove to the location only to be told the tire actually couldn’t be patched. Communication is key! Waste of time and lost a potential sale.

Great place! Atmosphere is professional and very relational. They really showed they cared about my safety and even told me about something blocking my gas pedal that they helped me with. On a busy day they got my car done and stayed open past closing to let me collect it. Zeus and Hayden really clutched up for me. Super cool dudes.

Well, went to Discount Tire and got a patch that lasted until the next morning! Zeus got me all fixed up and was able to fit me in for an oil change! Great service!

Hubcap was not on tight, but that’s OK. I got it fastened however I told them that my tire pressure was low, they told me to drive it and the sensor light would go off, it would’ve been nice if they would’ve got a tire pressure tool and recheck the tires However that did not happen so I continue to dry my tires with low pressure. I checked the tire pressures myself when I got home with my own tire pressure gauge I seen that the tires pressure was low so I filled them up with air and then the sensor light went off. You would think after spending. $1070 that they would’ve at least double check the tire pressure.

I came in with a flat tire and Jessie Taylor was super nice and extremely helpful! He got my car in the queue to get worked on very quickly and made the entire experience a breeze! Great service!!!

The team at this location did a great job today locating a defect in my tire.. sadly it couldn’t be fixed there.. due to the car being brand new.. but that’s not their fault they found the issue.. didn’t charge me for their time finding the issue… thanks guys y’all are awesome keep up the great job…

I had a blowout from a pot hole and after putting my spare on, I came to this location to get my road hazard warranty. James tells me no problem, they could get me fixed up. Then the problems start… 10 minutes after they pull my van in James asks me how did I put the lug nuts on the spare. He thinks they are all cross threaded because they can’t get them off. I told him I used my impact at home and if need be, he could drop my van and I would go get my impact. I was assured that he could get them off and that it wasn’t necessary for me to go get the tool. 5 minutes later, a different tech came out and let me know he had broken 2 of my wheel studs trying to get them off. 2 came off fine. He asked me what I wanted to do… I told him it has to be fixed! James comes back to me and says that it is going to cost over $500 to fix my wheel studs. Then tries to lower it to $400 when I objected. Once I thoroughly objected again based on my offer to get my tool so they wouldn’t break them, he balled up the quote and said “I guess I’ll eat the labor if you pay for the parts!” I agreed and the work was done. Not a good way to do business!!

The worst will never go back I was there Saturday October 26 from 940am till 1230 pm for just a oil change nothing else about 955 the fella pulled my suv in while driving around the building hanging out my drivers window then my suv sat in the air on a lift for about 2 hours draining the oil out ya ask why it's taking so long ya get some lame bullshit never again and will never recommend anyone to that hole I would put 0 stars if that was available

I've exclusively used TD for the past 30 years. My last visit to the Ferguson Rd TD had me perplexed. They replaced a damaged tire for me and when I asked to have my other tires inflated I was told "their gauge was broken" and they could only guess the pressures. He said they'd have to dismount all my tires to inflate them. You've got to be kidding? Nobody in a TIRE SHOP has a regular manual gauge? UNREAL! SEP2024 UPDATE: Not sure what's going at the Ferguson store, I should have known better than to give them a second try. Nope, fail again. Right front tire, 1 year old Michelins that we bought the road haz warr. with got a screw in it. Front desk guy claimed "it wasn't covered under road haz, that's only for full blow outs like a sidewall rips out". BS, I've used TD for 30 years and had ~10 tires replaced under warr with nails, screws, whatever in them. Then he wanted to charge me $500 for one tire to replace it. I had just bought them a year ago for $250 each. In the end, my tire was repaired for free - but man oh man. That guy needs to learn about the TD Road Hazard Warranty details. What's it worth if you they try to scam you? Last time I go to that store!

Stopped in to get my tires rotated and was in and out. The managers up front and the guy that work on my car was super nice. This was a best experience I had since March.

The staff Tae,Chris and Zack are all very friendly. helpful, efficient, professional caring staff. They went out of their way to make sure that my needs were meet and for that reason I will recommend them and share my experience with others .. 10 ⭐'s for the team!!! I’ve been using this Tire Discounters location since I moved to Cincinnati. It is hands down the best experience I’ve had at a tire shop or mechanics. They are always friendly and take care of any issues I have.
