Today on 1/24/2025, I took my daughters car in for 1 tire, passenger front had a bubble in the side wall. The desk guy asks a guy in the back if they have two of whatever tire, he says yes, I pick a tire they put it on, they replaced the wrong tire, they replaced a perfectly good tire saying the reason was they saw shredding inside the tire when they took it off. Well I call bullshit because it was the wrong tire, you wouldn't have seen shit had you replaced the correct tire because you can't see inside a damn tire. Desk guy says, my bad I didn't put which tire it was, I frign told you which tire and there was a big ass bubble you could clearly see it! Then I had to pay for another tire to fix the original problem, they just wanted to sell two tires, a pair, not a single tire. Done here, never coming back, Goodyear will get my business from now on.

Always comfortable and satisfied with the work done on my car at this location. Staff is informative and respectful. Some days may take a longer time than others but if you have the patience, they will take care of you!

I won't be back told them the time I would return,no communication.I gave 6 hours to put 4 tires on never got to it ,never called said they were behind . When I got there he just want to reschedule. Then two days later he calls to see if I will reschedule. No thank you

God forbid you experience a problem with this store. I have been dealing with an issue since July. Oh, it seems every time you called to talk to the manager. He is not there or cannot be found. My personal experience was several months ago. He said that a refund for work I had done at another business to fix what they had done was approved and I should have it within a couple weeks as I said that was two months ago now they lost prevention is telling me that I'll be getting a refund and it takes 10 to 15 days for that to come through, it's just about at the end of that time. So we'll see what happens. I've been going to this location more than 10 years and this is how they treat loyal customers. I will never go back there again.

Went to tire discounters for a nail in my tire. I had called a couple other tire discounters and they were busy. The Colerain told me to come in. They were really busy but were able to take care of me. And I was on the road within 45 minutes. Everyone was nice and professional. The Colerain Tire Discounter is definitely the place I will go for any tire issues .

One ⭐ My local auto repair shop. I had taken my car to this location for the last 15 years. But today I went in and asked Tyler at the front desk to check and see if I had post oil since my oil change last month. The time was 8:30 am. He told me that they would get to it in the afternoon if I left the the car with them, so I did. I started walking home, it's about one and one half mile from the Tire Discounters on Colerain Avenue, 10000 block. I had walked about a mile and I received the call from Tyler stating that I needed $800 worth of repairs because the transmission was leaking so I walk back to the store and simply asked Tyler to write down what they had found he objected then asked again I said I'm not a mechanic I need to know what it is that I'm going to spend my $800 for he says no just I don't have any papers I'm not going to write anything so I asked him have you done your job today he said yes and I left the store Because of this I am downgrading to one star and they'll never get any more business from me. ONE ⭐

Our daughter had a blowout on 75 today. We live in Dayton and could not get to the shop until just after 6 pm. Trent and his team took care of us efficiently and professionally, fitting us in at the end of the day. I may drive from Dayton to get tires and service from Trent and his team from now on. Thank you!

The guys at the Colerain store (82) (Tyler) are always helpful and great to work with. I trust my car at this Tire Discounter before ever taking it to a dealership for any work that needs to be done (within the realm of what tire discounters handles)

This place is a bunch of cons they will tell you whatever they need to to take every penny they can from you if you buy three tires and two of them go flat they'll say oh one of those isn't ours in my case we bought three tires because we have five tires total including the spare three tires went flat today ironically none of the tires that went flat were theirs go figure they also sit there and check things and have you try to buy things that you do not need they have no consideration or they don't give a shit if they help you at all they just want their money...

This was a great experience. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. I went on to have my tire checked because it was losing air. They found a nail in it and repaired my tire in under an hour. ( It wasn't a super busy day). I will continue taking my business to them in the future.

Went in to get my tires rotated and balanced. The service technicians took the car right away and the service was completed in a half hour. Way to go Tire Discounters! No complaints here….
