So much for making appointments with them. Over 2 hours later you will still be sitting and your vehicle won’t even make it to the bay to be looked at. What is the point of making appointments if you’re not going to be even remotely considerate of your customers time? Such a joke! Edit: I would have more understanding of delays if it didn’t appear as if the employees were just joking around with one another in the bays while having to wait around for nothing. Just to have to wait yet again to ask for keys back so I could go to another place that will hopefully value my time and business more.

Had my car in for a routine rotation and was told I needed to have a stud replaced on one of the wheels. The person who checked me out told me it would take about half hour. When I went to my appointment this week to have the work done I was told it would be about 2 hours. This person was filling in for someone and was extremely rude to me. I didn't have 2 hours to spare and was not happy with the way he talked to me so I left. I am taking the car down the road to AAA Tire and will not return to this location.

Had two Michelin front tires put on after finding a screw in my tire, tech was supposed to check all four - tire pressure warning came on within hours of replacement. I was told it’s cold weather. Brought car in after a week of warnings to find my rear tire also had an identical screw in it. Went to shop they had no customers, but said I had to leave car for them for a day again to look at it again, despite obvious screw in tire, and because appointments might show up? So I went to tires plus and it’s finally fixed .

I am not usually one to leave reviews, especially negative reviews but I have had such a bad experience with this shop that I feel obligated to leave a review. I took my truck in to be seen because it was having some engine trouble and a check engine light. I leave it there to be looked at and it sat there for a week before they gave me any update about what was going on. This was after me calling everyday and pestering them about it. They said that my engine needed a new spark plug and coils. So I had them do that and that did not fix the issue. It sat there for almost another week until they told me that they needed to tow it to another shop to have them look at it because they didn't have anyone that could look at it. Fast forward a couple of days and after pestering the new shop they told me that I had a problem that they wouldn't fix. So all in I spent $1000 or so on parts and another $800 on labor for things that wasn't necessary to the problem I am having with my truck. They were also trying to get me to replace the radiator which would have been another $1000 (I think that's what I remember being quoted). I will NEVER take any of my vehicles to one of these shops again (big chain shops). I would rather get my tires from Walmart. I would rather pay a little bit more money to a smaller more reputable shop that will give me a straight answer and ACTUALLY fix the issues without trying to take all of my money. If I could give this shop a lower rating I would. Edit- same day: I forgot to mention in my initial review that due to the truck sitting idle for 2 weeks (or more) in the cold my battery was completely dead. The shop that I picked it up from had to jump it so that I could drive it home. When I went to take it to another shop this morning (not even 2 days after picking it up from TD) it was completely dead. I had to wait for roadside assistance from my insurance to start it so that I could take it there. Once again, I will NEVER take it to this TD or any other one. I will probably never take my vehicles to another "big chain" shop for work ever again. I do not care if I have to pay more. The peace of mind that the work that is needed is done and for it to be done correctly the first time is more valuable to my sanity.

I dealt with Chris and Mike at the Finneytown location on Winton Rd, and They were friendly and courteous. I felt they were honest and up front with me and kept me updated. Their prices are reasonable. I've always been happy with the service I received there. I would recommend them.

They are as busy as can be but they're still so friendly. They will not overcharge you or tell you you need something that you don't. Thanks guys

Awful. Had to get my tire ordered in because they didn’t have the right size- completely fair and understandable. Made an appointment at 11 the following day and was told to call for cancelation. Drove all the way there on my spare just to be told my tire wasn’t there like they said it was- no call or notice beforehand. Rescheduled for the next day- to great inconvenience, as it’s now interfering with my work schedule- and I confirmed and re-confirmed that they would have it finished by the end of the day if I dropped it off in the morning. Called in close to closing time to make sure it was done- it was not, and they made it sound like it was forgotten. Nearly wasted 3 days on a simple tire replacement. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Broke my tire pressure sensor when changing a tire and said the shop was closing so I'd need to schedule a time to come back to have it fixed and also to do the alignment they didnt have time for (car was there around 4 hrs)... came back and waited 2.5 hrs and they said I'd need to come back for the tire sensor because they couldn't figure it out... will not be returning.

I'll give them three stars just for the past help that I didn't have any problems with. The last time I tried to get an oil change was a disaster. I made an appointment for an early Saturday morning days in advanced. Dropped the car off the evening before and handed my keys over to the technician behind the counter. Next morning by 10, 11 AM I called and NOTHING had been done yet. I walked to the store and got their around 12, 12:30 and was told "it was next". I took my car back and made an appointment at the dealer for the next weekend. I was in and out in about an hour. This was the 2nd or 3rd time this had happened over the years> I might still visit for tires, but any other regular maintenance, I'll pay more at the dealer and get the work done when they say it will be done.

On Monday July 29th, I took my car into the tire discounters at 8512 Winton Road. I needed to have one tire patched, the tires rotated and the oil changed. Typically I would not go there for an oil change, but there was a special that included the tire rotation. I left the car there and walked home, and a couple hours later was called by the store. They tried to sell me a new set of tires. I told them that I had not expected to spend $800 on tires that day, and that I would like to have the tire patched, and the rest rotated as I had asked if that was possible. We would get the tires replaced as soon as possible. The man said they would. He then indicated the car was ready to go. So 2 hours later when my husband was home, he went up and picked up the vehicle. All seemed okay. The next day I got into the car and the low tire light came on indicating that the same tire as before was flat. Not only that, but it was in the same place it was before. So not only did they not patch the tire, they didn't rotate the tires. Then I noticed there was no sticker in the car indicating that they had changed the oil. So I immediately called the store and the manager on that day looked into it. She claimed they forgot to change the sticker out but changed the oil, but she also admitted that they never did the work on the tires. That the tires were too worn to do the work that I requested so they couldn't do it. Now that's fine except they charged me for it and didn't tell me that! So I got a bill and paid $124.20 for them to do nothing. As I explained to her, they lied to me about the tire work so there isn't anyway I am trusting that they actually changed the oil. So what am I going to have to do? Take my car in some place and get the oil changed because I am certainly not going to believe they changed it. I explained to her that it is fraud to charge someone for a service that you have not performed. I told her I wanted a full refund. She claimed that she couldn't authorize that and that it would have to go higher up the chain. She told me someone would give me a call. I haven't heard from them so this morning I called the store again and explained that I needed to speak to someone who does have the authority to refund me my $124.20 that I paid for nothing for, and they told me they couldn't do that. That the guy in charge was not even from that store and that the actual store manager was probably on vacation or something like that. They had no phone number for me to call. They had no person that they could refer me to and told me I would have to wait till tomorrow. In what world do we live in, that a store can charge you for a service they didn't provide and not have to immediately refund you the money when management finds out that the service was never provided? Suffice it to say we will not use tire discounters again. Also suffice it to say, I am looking into what consumer authorities can get involved to ensure this business does not take advantage of others. Added on on 8/7 - They put a pat response on this review, as though they are concerned. However, it took me contacting the corporate headquarters THREE different ways in order to get a refund. And, I was told that it would take 10 days to process that refund (even though their charges hit my account the day I went to the store). So, it is yet to be seen if I actually get the refund. I'd stay as far away from this store and franchise as is possible.

My newly leased car started giving me a tire pressure warning, so I popped over to Tire Discounters and was pleasantly surprised to discover they check and fill tires for free! Apparently the pressure was set too low which is a ding to the dealership but Adam helped me and I was in and out all under 5 minutes — thanks so much!! He was also professional and friendly. 5 stars!!

Great Service. Tyrone was a great salesman. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Explained to me all the pertinent information about the tires I was going to purchase ,.answered. This was my first time going to TireDiscounters & it will not be the last due to my AMAZING experience with this wonderful company and staff. Highly recommend working with Adam Hermes! He was able to get me in SAME DAY, go over varying pricing packages with me and ensure I was well taken care of. Even offered Uber ride to take me back home until car was ready & pick me up to bring me back to my car. Truly took a load off this full-time working mom! Thank You!

Best Experience by far. I called ahead of time to get a quote. The person I talked with was very kind and the quote was fair. I went into the shop and the sales person Micah was very kind and listened to everything i wanted to do with a full tire and rim change on my car. The shop techs Jeyvon, Marques and Brandon knocked out the rims and tires in less then an hour. This by far is the best experience I have had and I will be coming back to this Tire Discounters for more work and will recommend this store to everyone who needs tires in the future.

Awesome customer service experience! I came in very distressed after getting a flat tire. They were so kind and were able to get my tire patched and get me to work on time! They were so helpful, I will be going here again for my tire needs! Definitely recommend.
