I’ve loved this Tire Discounters and used them EXCLUSIVELY since 2012. That’s 13 years loyalty. I’ve found them to be considerate and great on detail but recent changes have taken them from helpful to, in my opinion, shady. I will not return. So, I made an online appointment, received an email stating the location would contact me to finalize. Five days later (the requested date) I hadn’t heard back and called. Store manager Andrew Pierre answered. I shared the appointment issue and was cut off before I could finish explaining they were “short staffed” and “just bring it in”. I wanted to confirm the time and explain a bit of my situation but he kept repeating “just bring it in”. Once I got his attention, I explained I bought a set of 4 from them last visit and one tire on the car was recently replaced by them. Their tech had me keep the good tire sharing the next time I had a tire issue, I should alert them and use it to save money. He also leveraged that to sell 4 tires over 3, price-wise. Andrew seemed frustrated I had a tire and shared, “if it’s over 5 years old, I won’t put it on your car”. I didn’t think mine were that old, but suggested his staff might let people know at the time of sale so they can make use of the tire before it expires. He came back with attitude. I matched the attitude surprised then he blamed me for cutting him off and getting mad when that’s the behavior I was seeing from him. At that point we were off to the races for a couple minutes with him telling me “the rule is on our website” and “I’ll take care of you” over and over without explaining. His continued use of “I’ll take care of you” reeked of off-the-book activity. That’s the first sign for me not to trust a mechanic and I’ve NEVER felt that here. I don’t want to be “taken care of”, I want an appointment, a price, clarity and resolution. I was angry in tone at this point and he was deaf to hearing me. So much so that during the later third of the conversation, I was simply trying to get a time from him and he wouldn’t hear me. I got my time and hung up. Arriving for my 3:00 PM appointment, I sat until 5:30 PM to get a SLOW LEAK just looked at which felt punitive based on our call. I asked to see the manager hoping to deescalate and rebuild trust. He would not come out from the back and the poor man working front (his 6th day) was left to deal with an increasingly angry crowd as everyone began to compare notes on their experiences. Eventually, I was told Andrew was on the phone with his manager and would be out to see me after. I sat and watched him walk into the car bay a couple times, clearly not on the phone. He never came out. A customer who arrived with me at 3 PM was told around 4:30 PM that “an appointment only gets you the next available bay and does not guarantee a time” over and over. He had also told them that this location wouldn’t honor the discount given his company by Tire Discounters because “too many people were using it”. There were seven people in the waiting area by 5:30 PM, all at or longer than me waiting. What really surprised me was the man to my left who had an 9:00 AM appointment (8.5 hours in the waiting area) for what he was told would be an hour. The Galbraith location clearly had a situation, but I called to check if I had an appointment at 10 AM. The gentleman with the 9 AM was already there and any staffing issue would be know by that point. Basically, Andrew KNEW when I called he was overbooked. The GM’s attitude only spells out they value the sale over customer consideration. He could have let me know during and I would have moved to a different day, easily. In the end, they were unable to learn what was wrong or explain what work they did. What a complete mess. This interaction cost this family owned dealer three houses of cars (myself / kids) as we will NOT be back. There’s simply no reason. They’re ineffectual and I left wondering if the manger’s attitude had been taken out on my car while I was waiting as they clearly didn’t do much with the tire. After 13 years, I’m done.

I brought my car here after three attempts at another store to rectify the problem. Andrew patiently listened to my explanation and found the problem within five minutes. Thank you so much for making my winter driving worry Free.

I had a flat tire. I always go to this establishment for car trouble. The lady who helped me was AWESOME. She got me a great deal and really worked to get me the best price. I really needed it. It was right after Christmas and my funds were low. I can’t tell you how stressed I was. But she took care of everything. I highly recommend going to this Tire Discounters.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Tire Discounters. I went in to get a new battery that I had an extended warranty on. For starters they didn't want to even help me because I was using a warranty and was only required to pay a $100 deductible. After going through hell and having to have someone from the sales department where I got my SUV talk to them they finally gave me a new battery but tried to say it was $700 plus. Then 10 days later the battery died on me so I had the vehicle checked out at the dealership and they said I had a battery. The manager Andrew wouldn't replace it even though I had paperwork from the dealership stating it was the battery. So I decided to leave my vehicle there for a couple of days to see if the battery would die again....I should have never did that because they still refused to replace the battery even though it was losing voltage every time they checked it. When I went to pick my vehicle up my 45 day tag was missing and I was disrespected and assaulted by the manager all because I asked where my tag was. The next day my low tire pressure light came on and I noticed that my tires had been swapped out. I had 4 practically new matching tires when I dropped my vehicle off and now I have 4 mix match tires that look old and beat up and I have a 2023. The cops were called, they refused to let me see any of the video cameras and told me not to come back to their store. Now I'm over $1000 in costs for new tires, installation and a battery. Shame on this Tire Discounters. They refused to give me corporates phone number and the police (which I also called) said that all they could do was report my tag stolen. Don't leave your vehicle there as a matter of fact don't go there at all. I found a bunch of other reviews where Andrew was overcharging customer and just overall rude. I'm taking with a lawyer now to see what I can do about this horrible display of customer service.

This message is for Chip Wood. When I was younger, my dad used to go to this tire discounters, at 1446 East Galbraith road. I have went to two other locations. The location on colerain avenue, they tried to rip me off. I needed a flex connector for my exhaust system and they tried selling me all the piping as well as the flex connector. They quoted me over a $2,000 cost. I took it to another shop, and they put a flex connector on it and it only cost me $200. I will never go back to that store. Then, I started dealing with the tire discounters on tylersville road in West Chester. I was stranded downtown with a flat tire and was not able to go anywhere. I called the Westchester store, to see about my warranty that I had purchased on the tires. The person I spoke to, had no personality no customer skills and was very lazy. He did not want to even attempt to help me in figuring out if the road hazard warranty was still in effect and if it covered roadside service. I got no help from him. I was very distraught, in my situation. So I put in a bad review on that store. Then I thought, the store that my dad used to go to on Galbraith road, I would call them. I spoke with the manager, Mary. Mary is awesome!!! She immediately explained to me the warranty coverage and the roadside assistance. Pulled my phone number up told me how long I had left on my roadside warranty and had me have the truck towed to their shop and immediately took care of me, the next day. She is great at her job. Knowledge and customer relations. Definitely an asset to the company! I would like to give a shout out to the technician that worked that day. He was the only tech on duty but got me taken care of and did a great job. Thank you to both people. I will not go back to the colerain tire discounters or the tylersville tire discounters. I will only deal with East Galbraith road, Mary and any of the techs that are on duty. Keep up the great work, and providing excellent customer service and being so personable. This store rocks!

Mari and her team did a PHENOMENAL job. I had the worst experience of a lifetime when I went to Walmart and Mari and her team came through for me. She helped with the calls and dealing with Walmart over the phone she even stayed later for me tonight just to wait and see if they would call back and make the payment. Even offered to stay until my Uber arrived. She reassured me and everything she quoted me was exactly what she said. Mari and her team went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I will definitely be coming back! Do not come to this location Andrew who does the pricing will overcharge you and lie to you. He tried to charge me $186 without installation for one tire. I called the Colerain location and was able to get it $50 cheaper and that was with installation included. Shame on this location for allowing him to overcharge customers. Very very sad.

I have dealt with James at the Galbraith location several times over the last few months. No one else will ever get my business as long as he’s around. He’s up front and honest and so easy to deal with. I never feel like he’s trying to squeeze me or get me to pay for something I don’t need. If I could give 6 stars I would

This is the most atrocious store I have been in. I walked in and the man behind the counter was telling a man that it was 288 dollars for an oil change and an alignment for his four tires he bought at Tire Discounters. Then the next guy asks if he can add a service on and the guy says that he was brought into this store as a manager and he's not trained and is only paid 12 an hour so he doesn't know how to ring up the add on service. Then one of the service techs comes in and is told that he's doing an oil change and the tech starts sarcastically clapping his hands and saying yay and oil change. Those guys are going to mess someone's car up and endanger people with how thoughtless and careless they're being. They're so rude. I had an appointment just to get a tire patch and walked out because they were so rude to the two men before me. The man at the counter had a ponytail skullet and the service techs had a full on mullet. Avoid those two if you have to go here but I wouldn't if I were you.

Amazing customer service 🩷 was on my way to birthday dinner when I got an almost flat tire on the highway and they were swift with getting my tire patched up and getting us back on the road!

Absolutely incredible service.. I came in with my Tesla Model 3 to patch a tire that ran over a bolt. Unfortunately, it was not patchable due to the tire having foam inside. RJ and James set me up right. Same day tire replacement, despite not having a tire in stock and having to have it shipped to the store. Every step of the way, I felt like I was the priority in this shop. I cannot recommend this store enough.

Called Wednesday to set apt for Friday, told them I purchased new tires online and wanted them put on etc. they confirmed they could do it and said bring in at 8 am. Friday dropped off car 8am. 4 pm car still outside .. 8 hours later. I live up by Dayton and work near this store and needed to pick up by 4-430 to have a ride from work to this store.. If you didn't want to do it because I didn't get tires from YOU just tell me so I don't waste my time! Poor management and business in my opinion!

Mike Wiehe and Sandra were excellent to work with on the repairs to my vehicle. Took the time to explain what needed to be done and what should be done. No pressure, just straight facts and details. Would highly recommend them for any repairs needed. Great service is hard to find. So glad there are companies out there still treating people the right way.

General and service manager smelled like weed and was smoking cigarettes in the shop then Dominic refused to patch my tire and insisted I needed a new one when the tire was only a year old and the nail was in the center so I took it somewhere else and had it fixed in 15 mins I refuse to come back here and recommend you steer clear of this location

Grateful to have spoken with James and had my worries settled with timing and transportation for my tire replacement today. Moving and being away from known and trusted auto care is intimidating, but I now feel confident in trusting tire and with my vehicles. They seem to run great specials and back their products and their service. Definitely will recommend

While it’s never a good time to have a flat tire, I could not have been happier with the treatment I got at Tire Discounters. I didn’t show up until almost 1 o’clock on a busy Saturday, and they had my tire fixed and ready before they closed at 4 o’clock.

Very kind and professional service! As I waited for my car repair there were many people who came in looking for a last minute repair. Although they were fully booked with scheduled appointments, they took the time to validate the concerned customers, looked over their car quickly, and were able to give them the best advice for a future scheduled appointment. I just thought they were very compassionate and considerate to not disregard walk-in customers, even though their appointments were fully booked for the day. Will definitely be using them again!

Excellent service! The manager was very professional. I brought my vehicle in for fluid flushes, and my vehicle was finished in less than a day. Since I forgot to have my tires rotated, balanced, and aligned, I brought my vehicle in a second time for those services. My vehicle was finished in two hours. Since having them repair my vehicle, my vehicle runs and drives better. They beat everyone else on their prices. Bring your vehicle here!

We thought my wife had a leaking tire. Took it to 3 different tire places that couldn't figure it out. Took it to the wheel doctor, they couldn't figure it out. Tire discounters was my 5th and final stop. Dominic Took the tire off and found a little bit of corrosion on the inside of the rim that was causing the leak. He repaired the rim for me at no charge. Amazing customer service! Great location!!!

Took my GMC Terrain for a routine oil change. Car had no issues prior to me getting the service. That same night I drove my car to work and my car drove very rough so I took it to get a diagnostic. I was told that gas was leaking into my engine oil an that one of the chambers had issues. The car drove completely fine prior to me getting a routine service. Now my car won't idle, has issues starting, and drives very rough. I was informed I need to replace my entire engine. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE ‼️ YOU'VE BEEN WARNED !!
