Amazing service and patience from this location. My wife had a flat tire that unfortunately needed to be replaced. No one in the area had the exact tire for our new car. We ended up purchasing one online which was a nightmare. The manager and team were so patient and helpful without getting much out of it. We will definitely be returning with any future business and needs because of how professionally and altruistic this was handled. If the media team or ownership read this, please at the VERY least shout-out this crew or do something special for them!

Have been coming here for YEARS for any car related things I need. Brought it in a few weeks ago and had to get a new tire, brakes and an alignment. A few days after that the tire pressure light comes on again and we bring it back. They let us know the car is no longer drivable due to a part being rusted, costing thousands to fix. We don’t have that, so we paid them over $700 just to not even be able to use the car. Sure, they may not have seen it when we got the new tire, but to take our money and then be like “oh, you’re out of luck!” is shitty. Nothing was done after they told us the car couldn’t be driven, we had to get it towed back home. So it’s safe to say we will not be returning here, and will advise everyone to go elsewhere.

Well, I wouldn't call it Stupid good because it takes expertise to recommend the right tires and get them on within a reasonable amount of time. Same for a Quality oil change that was done as well later. Appointment On time, Quick, Courteous - four new tires, balanced and aligned! Thank you. Job well done. That's why I keep coming back!!

This Tire Discounters is the worst. I give them an F for customer service. The service people need to be replaced. I wish I could give them zero stars. Go to Midas down the street much better.

My appointment was for 8:00, it was about 8;30 when they took my car to a bay. Oil change was timely, but those are the most uncomfortable chairs in the waiting room! 10 STARS for Frank Kelly, he gives honest opinions about tire health and car maintenance!

Took Tahoe in for wheel work, was told I needed “control arm” repair. I had them fix it. Wheels are great but my truck always wants to go right. It’s very inconvenient and potentially dangerous now. It’s worse than when I brought it in, now I have to hire another mechanic to fix it. My amateur mechanic friend says it’s because they tightened the control arm repair without straightening the steering column first. I took it back twice but was told I cannot be helped. For tires / wheels they are great; for any other mechanical work, definitely go to another mechanic! Unreliable, unqualified, poor integrity / customer service regarding their faulty mechanical work.

We were traveling through the area when our car developed a grinding noise in the front end. One of our local friends recommended this place for service. They took my car in promptly and determined that noises were coming from both front wheels. They gave a very accurate estimate to repair and I was able to pick up the car early in the afternoon. Great service! We stopped again with a slow leak in one tire which was replaced.

Had a great customer service experience with one of the associates Shawn. I had some problems getting in touch with my bank representative to pay for work done on my vehicle and it took quite some time, but Shawn was very patient and helpful. He even stayed a little over closing to help me with any questions or problems I had. Most people would be very grumpy or irritated in the situation, but I applaud Shawn for his professionalism.

These folks clearly respect their customers. They found and fixed my issue in 30 minutes and chose not to charge me because I've been so frustrated by the experience at other locations. I wish I had started coming here years ago!

I had needed my truck looked at because I had needed a plug place in my tire. The previous place I went to refused to plug it and told me I needed all 4 of my tires replaced. Shawn and Mike to great care of my vehicle and needless to say they reassured me that my tires still had some life left in them. They didn’t try to upsell me or make me get any unnecessary work done to my vehicle. I will continue taking my truck here for maintenance and tire needs going forward.
