This shop did such a terrible job on simple, routine service that i am in the process of filing on small claim against them for the damages they caused to my car and my property. First, I went in after a tire went flat. I bought four new tires. They replaced them and told me everything went well. Somehow, they did not mention to me that one of my struts were broken, and the broken part essentially formed a giant spike pointing at my tire, so i popped the same tire and broke down in in a busy intersection the next day. Somehow, the person putting on the new tire did not notice that the new tire they put on was rubbing up against a sharp, broken strut. I went back to get my struts replaced, along with the tire, and they actually did somewhat competent service at that point for an unreasonable price that was significantly different from their quote. I was planning on never going back, but they offered me a free oil change coupon through email. I figured they couldnt mess up something as simple as an oil change, and it was free, so I took my car in. Somehow, they took 2 hours to do it, even though most places take no more than half an hour, but the worst part is that the very next day, my garage was flooded in oil. They had forgotten to screw back in the plug that kept the oil in the pan. I spent the next week using cat litter to clean up the oil, fixing it myself, and evaulating my engine for damage due to driving with low oil. Do not go to this shop unless you know a good lawyer, because im suing them for damages to my car, damages to my property, and pain and suffering of nearly causing an accident in an intersection. I wish I could post pictures for everyone to see how far out the plug was hanging out of my oil pan, or how clear it was that a strut was going to pop my tire. These people know nothing about cars.

I went to the tire discounters on rt 4 north cincinnati. They really treated me fairly and fixed my car alignment that a different tires discounters said was fine. The route 4 one is the right one to go to. Manager was honest and really got along with the crew enough to even tease each other. Says a lot. Thank you 😊

I took my gt86 on air suspension in to get an alignment. Pretty simple but when the tech came out he said that there’s no point in doing it and that they couldn’t do it. Any way I recommend discount tire instead of this bullshit ass place.

Horrible - I have taken my cars & trucks here for years , In the last 2 years have spent over 5 K in tires & service . A few months ago I took my wife's car in for tires - while it was there I was told it needed brakes both front & rears , so I said go ahead , When we came to pick it up we were informed they could only do the front brakes that they did not have the tools to do the rears = Strike 1 why did you not tell us that before just doing half the job .. While driving home the brakes made loud noises - I figured it would stop after a few miles - it just got worse , Took it back & they worked on it again , Still noise & felt like sometimes it was not going to stop = Strike 2 Since we still needed the back brakes fixed - I ended up taking it to the dealer , who fixed it with no issue , the dealer said that TD was using cheap after market parts & that they don't always work on all vehicles , I had the dealer keep all of the front part so I could take them back , I brought everything back that was installed by TD & I was told I would receive a full refund - After several visits back & 3 different mangers I have yet to receive a refund ,or even a call from any type of upper management even though I was told I would as I was told by the store they had done everything it could do = Strike 3 . I have told many friends of this & be careful of what they are trying to sell you , Remember I was told I needed both front & rear brakes , The dealer while redoing the fronts said I did not need rears . Just recently one of our friends who had bought tires from TD had a nail in her tire so she took it in to be repaired - while the car was just getting a tire repair was told they did a safety check & she needed brakes & a cabin air filter , Her & husband had just installed a new cabin filter weeks prior so she knew she was being sold a bill of goods she didn't need so she declined the service , She then took her car to a local mechanic that they use & he told her the few miles she drives a year the brakes would last her 2 more years . I will no longer use their services not just because of the brake issue , But more because of how it was never handled

I had an appt. to get a tire patched. The worker insisted that I needed 4 new tires. I walked out & went to Sam's Club who was able to assist me better.

I just stopped here to get the air checked on my tires, and the attendant said I have a nail in my tire that needs to be fixed. They wanted to charge me just under $40, so I made some calls and found a more reasonable price at Katz tires up the street. At Katz tires they took my wheel off to thoroughly check it, but there was nothing wrong with my tire!! The gentleman at Katz said he's heard about Tire Discounter telling people all the time that they have problems with their tires, just to drum up more business and steal your money!! Shame on them for lying to the public!!

I stopped in a few weeks ago mid-week, Cody greeted me as soon as i walked in. I needed a simple valve stem replacement, once i relayed this to Cody he immediately got one of his teammates to pull my car in. My car was on the lift within 5 minutes and i was leaving within 20 minutes after. Cody made this a great experience for me, and it was extremely seamless. I would definitely recommend this location as you don’t always get such great service everywhere else you go. Thanks again Cody!

Mike McDonough and his team truly went above and beyond with service. I called at 5:30 and he still told me to come in knowing it would be well over closing time until they fixed my tire. Customer service was top notch and it’s so appreciated

Staff is never up front, long wait time, empty coffee supplies. Bathrooms out of toilet paper, dirty floors, walls, sink. Air conditioning was good and cold, though. There are no toys or books for kids to play with at the kids' table. The cartoons on the little TV were nice. The shop area was trashed. Employees wandering around not working on cars but definitely not stocking, cleaning, or sweeping. Trash all over the floor literally everywhere, in every corner food, drinks, packaging, etc. Tools and inventory scattered. Place needs an overhaul on taking pride in your job. Very disorganized and lack of communication at this store 💯.

Stopped in on my lunch break to check in to see if I could afford 2 new tires, but really needed all four and they were very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel better and comfortable about the price, so I definitely got and needed all 4 tires, Thanks again for your help and knowledge on what I really needed, such a great choice, and so happy that I chose you guys on my lunch break,,🥰👌🏾

I know there are problems getting good workers and that the location I was at was 6 people short. So my question for TD is if you know you don't have enough staff WHY WOULD YOU STILL BOOK APPONTMENTS? I go go to many restaurants that only seat as many as their staff can handle. Take a lesson.

I was at this location a few weeks ago to replace my front drivers side tire. I already 1 new tire replacement for a flat I had but I wanted to match the tread on both sides. Now, I understand the importance of new people and how they can screw up from time to time. BUT they replaced the WRONG tire. Instead of replacing the bad tire, they replaced a perfectly good $400 tire that had only been used for 2 days. Best part was not even the "professional techs" asked about replacing a perfect tire. To say that I'm upset is an understatement and me and anybody I know will never return to this location for any reason.

I recently just left tire discounters, they did an amazing job. Evan though it was a lot of people they still got us out pretty fast. They were able to plug my tire and they filled all of them up with air including give me a tire cap on the one that was missing one. Despite my son using the restroom on their floor which was rather very embarrassing, they handled it very well and didn't allow me to clean it up and, said they will handle it, gave me my keys and I was off on my way with a repaired tired.

Replaced wrong tire, next morning drive car, got a flat on highway on way to work, take car back, they replace correct tire and charge more fees for their mistake!

THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! they laugh and joke instead of working on cars!! i needed a tired change and waited an hour and half. the claim was people were there before me which isnt true and i have proof. their corporate number is a voicemail, it is hard to make a complaint. PLEASE WATCH WHO YOU LET SERVICE YOU CAR!!!!

I drove 4 hours from Tennessee to buy a used car from a local dealer. It was a great deal until I realized it needed 4 tires and it had a popping noise coming from the front end. I googled to see what shops were close to the dealer and gave them a try. They got me in and diagnosed the issue right away. Orders the parts and put 4 new tires on for a fair price. They knew I had a 4 hour trip and did their best to get me fixed up and on the road. Thanks for the great service!

Great! Customer service. Clean waiting room, clean restroom, big screen TV. Plus, a restaurant next door, shell gas station w/Dunken Donuts and a movie theater within a five minute walk.

Needed to get a flat tire fixed and just stopped by. They were able to take my back within 10 minutes and I was out in about 40 minutes. I was quite pleased!

Service was fine. Received uncharacteristically poor and impatient responses from Josh and Jake after asking clarifying questions which has left me disappointed. Oh. And they tried to charge me $70 labor to replace a cabin filter that was just behind my glove box LOL. What clowns. Never coming back here again.

The outside temperature changes cause one of my tires to lose air pressure. I was on my way to Columbus to visit a family member who was in the hospital. I stopped in just to see if I could get air in that one tire. Josh check the air pressure and all four tires checked the tire that was low to make sure it didn't have a nail or something in it. It didn't. In just a few minutes I was on my way. Thank you.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and was told an hour. I sat over at Roosters and watch my vehicle sit parked and untouched for 2 hours and 12 minutes while technicians were smoking outside. As I walked back over the manager grabbed my keys and had his register guy tell me it would be done in 20 minutes. I asked for my keys back. When the manager heard I wanted my keys he just smiled. Never came in to apologize. I will never take my vehicle there again.

Do not use this service. Please read all. I used this tire shops because it is conveniently located near my house. I was their customer for over 10 years. The last 2 years the service started getting pretty bad. I have a total of 4 vehicles and a couple of trailers. BAD service began when I would take one of my cars to get a flat repair and they would tell me the tire was not repairable because of the location of the puncture. It happened a couple of times and on the 3rd or 4th I ask to see the old tire. They could not find it! That was weird. But I trusted them I said maybe it got mixed with all the other old tires. Thus making it hard to find. Weeks passed and I got another flat tire. Same deal, couldn’t repair it had to get a new one. Then when I asked to have the old tire back; the same story! They could find a tire that they replaced about 1 hour ago. That definitely made me stop trusting them. However I have road hazard insurance on all my tires so I only had to pay the insurance for the new tire. Having the insurance made it easier for me to just let it go. But having the insurance is what made me go back there to get my tires repaired. Then I took one of my vehicles to get all 4 tires replaced because they were old and apparently after the tires are 4 or 5 years old they won’t repair them even if they can be repair. So I bought all 4 new tires, days later one of them is flat and one other is low. So I decided to put air on it to drive it back to the shop and have them look at it. While putting air on them I realized that the valve stems were leaking. When the tires were replaced the tech decided not replace the valve stem. This is something that is included in a tire replacement unless it is a valve that has a sensor. Mine do not have sensors. So I took it back and they replaced all 4 valves at no cost. However wasted time and if I wouldn’t noticed they would have probably come out with a great reason as to why the tire was leaking. And the latest and the one reason I would urge you not to use them is … they damaged my car on the last visit. I left the car and when I went to pick it up there was scratch on the driver door. The car has a 5 cameras that record everything. When you seat on the driver seat a prompt comes on the screen to let you know that there are videos recorded. This time the car had 0 videos recorded and a scratch on the door. They claim it was not them and when I try pulling the videos there was none. There was a video of me dropping it of and a video of me picking it up. But nothing from when the car was put into the shop or when it was being work on. Every other time I took it, there was over 15 videos of the work being done. When I confronted the Manager Josh he said he would look into it. He never did then his bosses called me just to say that it was not them. Over all Not trust worthy and would straight up lie to your face! Managers have bonuses paid base on the tires they sell so they are going to tell you your tire is un-repairable 80% of the time. I have all the invoices form all the tires and all the work they have done and I have described above. Even the complaint I submitted about the damage to my car.

Don't come to this location unless you have all day. Brought my car in to get a basic nail puncture patched. Came in the morning and was told they couldn't do it. They told me to come back at 2:00 because they had an opening. Got back to the shop at about 1:55 and proceeded to wait over an hour before they started on my car. Then it took over 30 minutes for them to do a 5 minute patch. Then left me waiting for another 15 when I could see my car was done through the window.

It is my fault for going back but now my other car has a slow oil leak after getting an oil change here. I now have to go back and have it corrected and scrub my brand new driveway again. I learned my lesson and will not return once I get this unnecessary issue fixed.

You should read!!!!The only good was they had the wheels I wanted.....4 guys working only two were qualified....the other two spent most of there time walking around talking to each other....work for 5min. gone walking around with his hands in his hoodie for 15min....4 tires and alignment....I got here 2:40....it's now 5:10, maybe halfway done with tires....still need alignment..... manager is seeing....but not saying anything.....5:23...I told him in 30 min I want my money back....all $ 2500.00.... if the manager is not going to do his job neither will the employees and that's the way it's working....5:30.... Finally pulling in for the alignment.....I know all of this to be true because I watched thru the window from the time they pulled it in .....go there if you want.... But I don't recommend it!!!!....5:59.... finally pull it out of the bay

Today, i dropped off my friends car to have the tire serviced. Although I was a walk-in customer, I was willing to allow this company to proceed with the necessary repairs as I was told it would be a 2 hour wait to finalize this work order. As I stood at the help desk, I began ordering myself an Uber back to my desired destination. I was shocked at the customer service I was about to receive from a company i have been to several times, and at several locations in my area - a complimentary Uber ride on Behalf of Tire Discounters! Thank you, Ryan, for recognizing the needs of your customer before they've asked. I will be returning to this location! * Also, i noticed their clean bathroom and waiting area. I was even pleased with their freshly brewed coffee as I waited for my Uber today!
