I was quoted a price that was not granted at checkout. This was from the store manager. That was the first red flag. No alignment done on my vehicle the last 2 times here. My mechanic says it was fine but manager tells me it needed ball joints. Seems they don’t like to do alignments or it was close to close so sorry for your luck. I won’t be back and I buy at least set of tires every year.

When I arrived for my oil change appointment my car was taken right in for the service. They found several other concerns while changing the oil, and it was all explained to me in a way I could understand. I was also given prices for the repairs so I can decide when to get these repairs done. My car is a 2008, so upkeep is expected, and having a "heads up" and pricing was very helpful. Thanks, Chris!

Chris was knowledgeable and helpful. I had a blowout and had to buy a new tire for my toyota. I wanted the exact same tire as i had on my other tires. It was expensive but Chris ordered it and he called the next day to let me know it was in. I went up there and it was ready in no time. Thanks again!!!!!

I have been a loyal customer of this particular TD for several years now as they have always taken care of me and my family, but I will not be returning any time soon. I went in today to ask about getting my 5000 mile service on my truck, only to be met with "Did you have an appointment?" in a very rude manner. I informed the gentleman, who I believe was named Hanmet (forgive me for not remembering the exact spelling), that I have been told numerous times by other staff there they do not take appointments for the 5000 mile service. He told me he absolutely would not even consider servicing my truck without an appointment and that he had never told me such a thing. Any further attempts to discuss the issue with him were only met with "I'm not discussing anything without an appointment." Needless to say, I left without having the service done on my truck and rather frustrated at the rude and disrespectful attitude of the man at the counter. I went to another TD and was in and out within an hour and a half, and the folks there were perfectly pleasant (if a little rushed, it was a busy day).

Not sure where my review went, but they lie over the phone about the cost of service. We were told an oil change would be $65, the total came out to over $90. This makes absolutely no sense.

This is the absolute best place to take your car for just about any service. They will patch your tire for free. They do great work for a very fair price. I can't recommend this shop enough and fully trust these guys. Maybe the best location in the Cincinnati area.

I've had my vehicle in the shop several times with dealers and an independent mechanic all to say nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I brought it here and Chris and the guys had the problem figured out in less than an hour. They were able to diagnose, fix and return my vehicle in less than 24 hours of me stopping in with no appointment. I have been here several times for maintenance on my other vehicles and Chris has taken amazing care of things. I highly recommend this location and Chris for his professionalism and knowledge. Complete brake replacement, Control arms, Axle issues and more. Highly recommend!!! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I had a nail in one of my tires on the way to a doctor appointment. I stopped at a tire shop that I recently did business with. They said they could look at it, but it would take a couple of hours. I didn't have time to wait so I went down the road to Tire Discounters ( which I have done business with for 40 years.) They were also busy but knew I was on my way to an appointment. Chris Costen said they could look at it for me. They pulled the nail out, and unfortunately the the tire had an air leak, but they took the time to go ahead and patch it for me. I was so happy and impressed with the whole crew. Chris and all the shop people were very professional and polite. They even checked all 4 pressure sensors, adjusted the air, and even cleaned all my wheels and tires! And did it for no charge!! What great service. I will be continuing to use Tire Discounters forever. Especially this location at 8600 Beechmont Ave. Cincinnati Ohio. Good job, everybody. Clint from Amelia, Ohio

Really appreciate Chris Costen and the entire team over at Beechmont TireDiscounters. Real easy to do business with and I appreciate the time and concern they take with my vehicle. After they offered me a competitive deal for a set of BFG T/A KO2's, I came back and let them take care of some front end work on the truck and the free alignment of course. Work was satisfactory for sure, great service!

They patched my tire and put it on for no charge. On top of that, they had extremely courteous staff running the place. The waiting area was clean and well maintained. I will be back!
