Great place if you need a tire quickly. The guys there are great. Except for one guy who doesn't speak English. But he is a great worker and very kind.

Against my better judgement I purchased two tires from this establishment for my Cadillac Suv. I will say there is great customer service but I am not really satisfied with the purchase. The next day my low tire pressure light came on from one of the tires replaced. The following day both were showing low pressure. I did reach out and was told to come in. When I did I explained both light were on, but only 1 tire was replaced which I appreciate since they are used tires and do not come with warranty. The tire replaced had a large nail in it very visible which was really odd. That could have came after I purchased, who knows. The other tire I told was fine is still leaking, which I have to continue to put air in it. The same issue I had with my original tire. Yes the tire was inexpensive but I still have to replace it. Guess you get what you pay for. Customer service was great though, very nice owner.

I visited this place to replace one tire. They offered me options and assured me that everything was fine with the tire they recommended. However, it turned out to be punctured. Extremely disappointing experience, and I do not recommend this place.

Excellent work. Got my tire sensor replaced and programmed. Patched a hole and tire balance in less than 15 mins. Great prices too.

I had a tire valve stem malfunction and I was losing air pressure constantly. I called 7 different auto/tire repair shops and all of them said they could get me tomorrow, but not today. The 8th place I called was this place. Johnny said he'd stay open and get me in today. I appreciate that sort of service! He replaced my valve stem and I was safely heading home within the hour. (They were busy, but he made time for me afterhours) Polite, pleasant, and they are knowledgeable. The prices were fair too. Next time I need a mechanic, they will be top of my list.

In here to see if they could put some air in my tires and they say that their gauge is broken and they would not do it. I needed to get two new tires and I was going to get them from here but since they were very rude about it, I’ll go somewhere else. Do not go here. This place is shady.

Last minute on a Saturday they got us 4 new trailer tires to get us back on the road within an hour. Amazing service!!

Amazing Service and reasonable prices. 4 brand new tires 70000 miles all weather with flat and rotation included for $500.00, and they were done in less than an hour. Hakeim also helped me get financing really quick. Will only go to this shop from now on.

Terrible, it says they are open at 8AM and at the time of writing this I’ve been sitting in the parking lot since 8am for A WHOLE HOUR just to get in to get some tires, this is so unprofessional and deplorable that this business is not open at the time it says, this is my first boat here and I’m 95% certain I won’t be coming back unless something changes

I got a used tire on Sunday and it was flat 2 days later. This shop should not be on Brookpark. It should be on the Eastside of Cleveland. Very dissatisfied.

Never again! I took there 2 different vehicles to get an allingment done and both were done bad. First I thought it is a mistake, but it's just lack of knowledge or bad equipment. I don't know about their tires, but NEVER get an allingment there, waste of money.

The mechanic was on the phone the entire time and totally ignored me! I then drove to another Tire Discount Center down the street, and he had already called them and told them not to help me either after he ignored me. He'll say I drove off the jack, but there was NO DAMAGE done to my car or the jack. After all of that, I went to a tire shop on W. 117th & Lorain and was taken care of immediately without issues. They were great!!

Just a very unprofessional shop. They had us running back and fourth shop to shop because they are not equipped to take care of our tires. After they took up much of our time, they finally finished our car just to have another car park us in while they were working on it. Another chunk of time was wasted. Please save yourself time and go to a place that’s more productive .

I've bought tires here multiple times and never had a problem and the prices are fair. I'm sending my girlfriend to them tomorrow and as long as they take care of her I'm going to send them a couple of pizzas for lunch

These young men work Sundays, when everyone else is closed. They work fast, they work hard. They get the job done. No cookies or doughnuts on the counter, but you are done in an hour.

Always fast honest and capable! I've dealt with these guys numerous times from putting new tires on a work vehicle to getting used tires on an old beater of mine. They were always fast and very fair with their pricing. Hakeim is the person that usually helps me and he's fantastic! Highly recommended!

Every time I have been in there they have taken care of me. They did an alignment on my Cadillac xts. They did an alignment on my suburban. I called and asked if they could do an alignment on my ford excursion. They said yes come in 35 minutes and they could do it. So I show up and guy walks out and says he can’t do it because my tierods have sleeves and they don’t do those, but my suburban has sleeves as well. So how can you confirm over the phone you can do it. You do it to my other suv but you won’t touch this one. I will never buy another set of tires nor ever have any work done to any of my vehicles from them ever again.

On a late Sunday afternoon, I found that my tire was quickly losing pressure. I pulled into one tire business and was told I needed a new tire and it couldn’t be plugged, but I didn’t believe him. I took a chance and kept driving hoping to find an honest business to give a real assessment. Thankfully, Tire Discount was open and Hakeim had my tire plugged within 10 minutes. He charged a very affordable rate and was extremely polite and helpful. I am so thankful to him because he didn’t try to take advantage of my situation.
