I appreciated how quickly and effectively they dealt with a tire needing a plug. They had the car jacked up, tire off, and were checking for the leak source within minutes of pulling in and once identified, they stated simply what they found without any up selling. It was extremely affordable, as well. Overall, thanks for helping me out with what could have been a really stressful situation.

Will not go back there again workers ask for money behind bosses back in Top messed up my tires just to make me buy a new one theirs is no respect in this place they should get rid of some people that are slick and asking for money behind the companies back sad cant recommend it

10/9/2024 Had a nail in my tire. Discount tire said we can't repair it and it'll be at least $350 to replace it. Took it to Tire Depot, they said the nail didn't break through and you're tire is still good. They even did a leak test to make sure there wasn't a leak. When I get my new set I'm having them put it on. They're honest people that are not trying to rip you off. They're five stars in my book.

Very helpful from the time of phone call until I had all four of my tires replaced. The reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because later on the evening my tire pressure sensor went off. I pulled over and checked my tires and I was missing the tire valve caps on both of my back tires. I was able to catch Advance Auto Parts 10 mins before closing and spent $6 to replace them, versus driving 30 mins across town and they were closed anyway. I will be reaching out during normal business hours to make them aware.

This is the Best tire shop in Cleveland right now by far only place I go to I recommend this tire shop to any and everybody they really do take care and look out for their customers and remarkable employees as well

A coworker told me about this place and I really needed a replacement tire. They were honest and straightforward with me and they really helped me out when I needed it. They even pointed out to me that one of my other tires is starting to crack, so maybe in a week or two, I'll be back. Keep up the good work 👍

I came in for a simple tire plug. I sat in my car and waited for 45 minutes while these guys clowned around with no other cars to work on just for them to tell me they ran out of plugs. If you value your time, don’t go here.

Been coming here for yrs and they always have the size I need and a great price they work fast and take cash but cost more if your using a card. Bought some great tires and took less then 30 min to balance and install them

This is the best place in America to buy tires. Fast and friendly, we have gone there for over a decade. One time, and only one time, a used tire we received was faulty. We called them up, came in two days later and showed the receipt. The tire was off and a replacement on in 5 minutes, and we never looked back. No frills, no nonsense just great service.

I am a repeat customer and I travel all the way from painsville to get used tires from this place. First time it was good and I have decided for a revisit to get tires and I did, don’t set false expectations to your customers on bringing in tires for my car and then say you don’t have it. After calling in ever other week I end up getting a disappointed answer.

Service was awesome, speedy, informative. People were attentive and respectful. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I had a 3 1/2 in screw in my tire. They plugged it and replaced tire in vehicle. Definitely recommended.

Have brought my car here for tires and these guys gave me a good deal they did the work in a timely manner came to them again and they sold my bf good used tires for a reasonable price and then had to come back for another problem and bam Coli got the job done... lil Moe is awesome too.
