Edit 1: I'm not a scammer. You'll be hearing from U-Haul. Edit 1: This place was listed as a U-Haul pickup that had open hours. They do not, I repeat, they DO NOT have anyone at the location during their business hours to process your rental. I contacted U-Haul and this should now be corrected in U-Haul's system. They send you an auto text when you call the number posted on their door beside their closed sign. They never responded when I texted them back.

I had a situation where one of my Rear Tires went flat from inside under the Car. Because of the staggered offset and tire size the Tire we needed was on back order. Stephanie worked diligently and patiently with me while I made my decision. I decided to go with a different tire and bought (2)tires instead. The installation team came out and installed both tires after 6pm and did a phenomenal job. Thanks for such a great experience.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Never answered the phone and sent a text message an hour later. When I responded, they sent another text hours later saying they were having phone issues. Hope nobody ever needs to rely on them to show up, because they won't!

Nice shop. Rented a Uhaul from them. Process was easy and guy working was nice and helpful. Only bad thing was they didn’t have the furniture pads i reserved with the truck. Seems like a great local business. They even offer a free warranty on their used tires.

Company showed up on time did an excellent job fast service. By the time I realized the truck was at the house they were just about done highly recommend. They will come to you and get you back on road ASAP . They really took a lot of stress off of me by making the process so easy

Was traveling to North Carolina 10/17. Had a blowout. Put on the donut to continue. Was 40 minutes from Tire City. Called the number ( they CLAIM to be 24 hours). Left a voicemail detailing my problem and offering to buy a new tire if necessary. Left my number. NEVER even had the courtesy to return a call. Very rude and poor service I feel.
