Javier fixed my shaking problem after diligent effort during my alignment. I was impressed by their quality workmanship. They take time to do their work and you’re not just another $ sign Even Followed up on my alignment and they were great again and balanced and rotated my tires for free. Javier mechanic did great and Gavin is awesome customer service .,This is why I go only here !

I had scheduled an appointment , online, for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived in time. From desk employee was very professional, friendly and helpful. They took my car right away. They also checked and topped off all fluids and checked tires, breaks, all passed. I was very pleased and will definitely be back for all servicing of my Cadillac XT5. I will also recommend this place to others

The front desk associate was professional, informed us about needed services, and even tried to help us find a company to replace our windshield. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I will come again.

Came in and ended up leaving with 4 new tires for my truck at an amazing price - lower than the competition. Super knowledgable and patient while I asked questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! (Please note service was provided 8 months ago and just realized I only filled out the stars and didn’t save my review)

Went here early one morning to have tires rotated on my trailer. I was informed that they only had one jack, so they couldn't do it. I've never seen a tire shop with only one jack

I have a huge oil spot on my driveway as well as down my road Tonite when I pulled into my driveway my low oil light came on I checked the dipstick and nothing is showing. My whole experience with this store was a joke and right now I am beyond inconvenienced by what I have to do

I’ve been to this shop on several different occasions in the past couple years and each time is always an awesome experience! Nick the manager is very knowledgeable and honest, he got me great price on tires! Hunter was amazing too, he’s always very kind and attentive! They have been nothing but amazing! Highly recommend!

We went to the Winter Haven location back in February 2024 for new tires on our Chevy Suburban and had the pleasure of dealing with Nick and his team. From the time we walked in until the time we departed, we were treated wonderfully by Nick and his staff. We had a scheduled appointment, and he got us right in. He was very knowledgeable on the type of tires we were putting on our vehicle and even gave us some tips on keeping our tires looking good. A number of senior citizens came in for service while we were waiting, and we could tell he had a great relationship with all of them. Inside the shop was clean and there were plenty of chairs to relax in while waiting. We would highly recommend Tire Choice in Winter Haven for your auto needs.

I had an amazing experience with Nick at the Winter Haven location. He was kind, knowledgeable and honest. I came from a business that lied to me so having honesty helped build back trust. Prices were competitive with other shops too. All of the employees were excellent! I will definitely be bringing my car back.

Today my mustang needed a flat tire replacement. Hunter took care of us in under half hour. Truly the best employee working there, yet they all are phenomenal. This is my go to place for everything auto. They are good honest people with great service.
