This tire shop did an oil change and tire rotation for my vehicle because I purchased a Groupon $22.99 deal. I got there and they charged another $15 to my card claiming it was a shop tax or some dumb stuff. So I wouldn’t go back here nor would I recommend cause oil changes do not cost $50 in my honest opinion and it easy to accomplish at home.

I had a Groupon and was still charged additional $30 stating that the Groupon covered 5 quarts I needed 6. ONE QUART OF OIL WAS $30??? ($10 retail) never again

I've taken my car to this location for years and have always had good service. Recently, since the management has changed, the service is absolutely horrible and their Corporate office has absolutely horrible customer service and did not resolve the complaint that I had with the store.I will never ever go to this store again. Service has gone downhill, and they will not get my business anymore

Our truck tire blew up on the interstate. Called them up the very last minute before they closed. They have the tire that we needed. By the time we got there, they were already closed but they stayed opened to help us with a new tire. We are so happy with their service. Thank you! 10⭐️s

Thanks to George and his team at store #1255 for a great experience with their dealing with my difficult tire issue. In a culture that’s ever more concerned with doing it fast in lieu of doing it right, it was refreshing to deal with these guys feeling that they were working on my issue as if it was their own. I was very pleased as well with the cost being reasonable, at a time when pricing for most everything is out of control.

Nothing but issues, bad communication internally, fixed wrong tire. What a mess this location on Bruce B Downs in Wesley Chapel Tampa Palms area. Edit: So, Tire Choice with an "I'm sorry" and no solution. No I am totally convinced to not go back.

Don't ever trust their appointments. They gave as an appointment for oil change at 11 am. It is 12:19 pm and they haven't eveb touched our car yet and I don't know how much more time will it take them? I called back to the same number of Tire choice for registering my complaint and the agent gave me their customer service number. Someone by the name of George answered the phone. As soon as I asked him he rudely cut the phone on my face. This is how this company deals with their customers

George was awesome! He was very straightforward about the price and process and even got me a lower price than what I was quoted online. He called me with updates and was very accommodating. I was also helped by a guy who had just started (totally forget his name, sorry!) but he was helpful too. I’ll definitely be coming back here to get more tires when I need them.

Called and scheduled appointment day before and was told they had the tire I wanted and got there the next day and not only didn't have the tire but the cheapest one they had was double the price. The guy work front desk was rude as well.

Giving 4 3/4 stars only because made an online appointment for 8am and mechanic didn't arrive until 9am. George service advisor was apologetic and said as soon as mechanic got in he would start on my car. Mechanic was on time and within 30 mins issue was detected. George explained everything to me and gave me the cost as well as time frame to repair. Car was completed timely. George was friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely be back to have all my automotive services performed at this location.

Made an appointment online 2 days in advance and when I arrived for the appointment they said they don't don't honor online reservations. So, in person, we rescheduled for a couple more days out cause I had to ensure I can get the time off from work to bring the car in. Showed up for this new appointment and was denied service because the car is a Tesla and they made up a bunch of excuses. "We aren't a Tesla Dealership" was said at least a couple times. What a waste of time. I took my business to another "non dealership" shop and they provided excellent service!

The skinny older guy. You never have time for no one and always seems impatient. Very dishonest. I took my truck there. To try on get breaks and he tried to charge me $400. I went to another place and they said that all I Needed was breaks And that my the rotors were good
