I had a tire repaired quickly and easily. Good customer service and convenient. And then needed a new battery a few weeks later. I called ahead to be sure they had one and was in and out within 30 minutes. Thank you

Mechanics are friendly and great which is why I gave 2 stars. If it was mechanic rating only, it would actuality be 5 stars so shout out to those guys. I've used them before for a starter replacement through my warranty and was excited they were an option for the tire installation. I actually declined additional services I need due to the actions of front desk personnel. If the mechanics were working the front desk, I would be scheduling with them in a heartbeat. Tried to make this short so I'm sorry for the long read. I just can't believe the type of customer service I received. My feelings have never been hurt over customer service so this is a first for me. The front desk attendant was just so incredibly rude and her tone makes you feel like you needing a service you've booked and paid for is a huge inconvenience. Not to mention telling me internal information that seems to be just that... between them and their employees and it's not public knowledge and was inappropriate to even mention in the scenario, in my opinion. I was hoping she was just having a bad morning so benefit of the doubt and all. Basically, I purchased a deal through Goodyear and she told me honoring it would mean the techs are working for free. I assume Goodyear and shops work this out and Goodyear isn't just providing a random list of places and booking appointments for them without their consent or appropriate pricing. She also claimed I wasn't on the board or schedule and the tires were out of stock. She did offer to order them and could have them in today but also told me she doesn't see any type of tire with that name. She also reprimanded me for scheduling through Goodyear. I'm not psychic and Goodyear said they'd take care of it and contact me if there was an issue. Nowhere did it say to contact them directly. She says I have to wait on the manager for a final decision after telling me to email them a copy of my invoice since she claimed my appt wasn't sent over to them. She suddenly finds my contact information in the system but no information about my order or appointment, supposedly. I say to myself "maybe she's just having a bad morning, it happens. I call around the time she said he'd be in and, I was wrong, she was having a bad day it seems. She tells me how she was the one that checked me in this morning, in a very "gotcha" tone, then tells me the manager isn't coming in, but they suddenly have the tires "even though Goodyear didn't send them to them and there was nowhere to order that type of tire" and they'll honor the deal with no manager becoming involved. She also wanted to confirm that I didn't want an alignment and I actually was going to get an alignment since it's new tires, but I refused because I'd rather take it elsewhere and receive basic customer service. I'm not even looking for stellar here, but just basic "thank you" type of thing. She tells me if the car drives funny it's not their fault, that's a direct quote which made me happy with my decision to go elsewhere for the alignment even if it's inconvenient. She leaves me a voicemail at 3:09pm, it's time stamped. I ask my husband to pick it up because I wanted to avoid another sour interaction and also just wanted to see if it was just me, to be honest. Maybe my existence rubbed her the wrong way, I don't know. He calls at 3:45pm to confirm he can pick up my car since it's not his car and she snapped at him and told him she called me 3 hours ago and acted like it was disgraceful that I hadn't picked up my car in the 30 minutes I knew it was ready... I'm at work, by the way. She also acted like he was stupid for calling to make sure it was ok for him to pick up my car since I was just reprimanded for not reaching out to them directly. Some places have policies about that or need some type of permission. My husband said the interaction was similar when he arrived and she ended up handing him off to someone else. He said everyone else was really nice and helpful during pickup. It's a bummer, for sure :(

My wife blew a tire while coming home from work. When I called I had to speak to a call center who only made me an appointment. When I arrived, the did not have the tire in stock and provided no assistance. While they are located near my house, I will not go there again.

Need to change that reception lady, apparently she doing me a favor a not a service, ask me to bring the car before 5 to change 4 tires, load all the tires in my car got there at, she said she doesn’t have time to bring it back monday, also had some trouble with me waiting. 3 cars i took there before….. not anymore

Very disappointed with how downhill this shop has gone. It was great when it was under the care of Chris, the Store Manager. However, his assistant, Ricki, is a TERRIBLE addition: unprofessional, incompetent, lacks accountability. Appointment times mean nothing at this establishment. Want an oil change? I hope you have SEVEN HOURS (that's right, made an appointment, dropped it off at 7AM, car wasn't ready until 2PM). Our fleet vehicle also got a parking ticket in their care, and instead of taking responsibility, Ricki thought it more important to point fingers and do nothing to resolve the issue, except suggest I call back and talk to the other manager. Truly pathetic. Take your business elsewhere. Save your money and the headache.

I had a "very low tire pressure" notice on my dash one cold morning, and looked for the nearest place to my job that could help me. I got an appointment right away and carefully drove my 2007 Volvo V70 to the shop. The manager Chris told me one of my rear tires was at 14 psi and had a leak, and the remaining tires had dry rot. I knew my tires needed replacing but wasn't aware how bad the situation was. He offered me a buy 3, get one free special on Copper Endeavor tires. I had to be at my next job in 2 hours in St. Pete. He said, no problem, we'll get you on the road in plenty of time. I applied for interest-free financing and was approved and got my new tires and got to work early, safe and secure. Great service, fair pricing, clean and organized garage. Very satisfied. Thanks, Chris!

I was in Tampa for work and got a nail in my tire, made an appointment to get it fixed after work and filled up my tire enough to make it to the shop, showed up and they told me they were too busy and wouldn’t even look at the tire, even though I was right on time for my appointment. Horrible customer service.

I went in to have my new rims placed on my vehicle. When they finished their work they had a service tech bring my car around to the front of the shop we’re their employee stalled my manual transmission multiple times, burnt up my clutch, and curbed one of my brand new rims on the curb in front of the shop right infront of me. Chris the store owner promised he would make it write and send an incident report to corporate and get back to me with an update. I have reached out 3 times via phone call and email and have yet to hear any update on how they are going to fix this issue. I understand accidents occur at businesses and am understandable that Chris can’t be blamed for the result of one his techs. But he has yet to reach out to give me any update. And gave me his word that he would make this right and not ignore the issue. So far I have been disappointed and wouldn’t take any vehicle there nor take the store’s word for any promises made. UPDATE 7 months later: I brought tires to Chris that he said would fit on my rims, I compromised and he assured me that they would swap my rims onto the tires I brought with me free of charge onto my rims. After leaving my car at the shop for 2 days I called for an update and that is when he told me they were not going to be able to fit the tires on the rims. Even though he inspected the tires and insured me there would be no issues swapping the tires. He never reached out to update me once they found out they would not fit and only informed me after I called the shop and demanded a status update. They held my car for 2 whole days and never even touched it. Leaving me without a vehicle for 2 days and had no sense of urgency of getting me back my car. Have not done business with this shop since

I came in the Friday after Milton. It was only Chris the manager, one guy in the shop, and one lady answering calls. The shop was completely full, cars parked in the front, and around the block. They didn't make any excuses, they just got the job done and with great customer service. Thank you for being open and taking care of our car. I highly recommend this location.

Upselling. I took my car in just to get tires rotating and balanced. Simple. Car is vibrating a lil over 65mph. Dropped it off. Was told we didnt touch it cause you need a tune up. I asked why tune up they said idk thats what tech said. I said what does tune up have to do with vibrations over 65mph. Wasnt rude but not informative. She said well i can do it anyways. I said no thanks. Lil did they know the car got full tuneup 10,000 miles ago. So it is not tune up. Which makes me believe they are an upsell shop. I know they need to make money but you shouldnt assume things without asking. Plus i know cars. I have worked on my own cars for years. Its def tires.

edited: chris is still awesome! but ricky was quite impatient and a bit rude on phone. I have gone to get oil change there three times. I almost didn’t go back because of this. but, decided since chris has had good customer service those three times it wouldn’t be fair to him! luckily chris was there today! Chris was awesome! Very communicative - he told me a good time to come in to get an oil change and tire rotation. Had great customer service - endured I was taken care of quickly so I could be on my way. Very clean and inviting waiting room. 10/10 recommend. very trustworthy employees

Chris the manager was super helpful over the phone and in-person, he can quickly give you a range of tires available for your vehicle and clearly explain the pricing, which seemed fair and as good or better than other options I explored. The tire install was fast and painless, mechanics were helpful as well.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Tire Choice. I went in to purchase a full set of 4 new tires, and Chris (manager) made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. He really took the time to ensure I was getting the right tires for my needs. I purchased Kumho tires. Unfortunately, about a month later, I encountered a bit of bad luck and found a nasty nail in one of my new tires. I was worried it would be a hassle, but Chris and his team were fantastic! They fit me in the same day for a tire repair, and to my surprise, even without a warranty, they repaired it complimentary. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely cares about their customers like this, and it speaks volumes about Chris and his team’s commitment to customer service. I truly appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile to earn my business, since the nail issue was outside of warranty. Granted, I recommend getting the warranty :) Now, I will always recommend this shop to friends and family. Tire Choice is filled with genuine people who prioritize honesty and customer satisfaction over simply making a sale. If you’re looking for a trustworthy tire service, look no further!
