I cannot say enough great things about Tire Choice! I was in a bind and needed a new tire ASAP before heading out of town. When the tire I ordered couldn’t be delivered to the shop in time, Zander, the manager, went above and beyond by personally picking it up himself to ensure I wouldn’t miss my trip. Talk about exceptional service! The entire process was seamless, and everyone at the shop was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They truly care about their customers and go the extra mile—literally! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of fast, reliable, and outstanding service.

I’ve had my tires replaced at Tire Choice at the guys there are very courteous and helpful. I went back to Tire Choice when my tire needed air and the guys took care of me. They told me that if it happened again, the6 would take a look at the tire. I went back in today and Matt took care of me from the moment I walked into the reception area. He was short staff but was still able to service me and I was in and out under 30 minutes. This is my go to tire shop in Tampa. Great customer service and a very personable staff.

This shop does not honor appointments. Makes you wait longer than they tell you. If you want to waste your time, take your car here. Horrible service

Had 2 popped tires today. Mike and Brittany were so SO beyond helpful and so kind. Made my bad day much better by just giving the best customer service I’ve ever received at an auto shop. I asked the man if he sold used tires and he said no. I asked him if he knew of any place to buy a used tire and he said "The Internet." I said "very funny" and waited for him or his workmate to give me any assistance at all. Didn't happen. I was going to ask about getting a whole new set of tires but I didn't think I would get a good product or service from these people. Beware of them. Stay away!

I had the best experience at Tire Choice today. My tire ended up going flat so I ran in here with no appointment and Mike was so incredibly helpful. They were able to get me in super timely and with great customer service. I truly appreciated the level of care they provided to me in my car.

Oh my God these people are a god send my radiator sprung a leak and they got me in and contacted my warranty company and got the work done and fast the store manager Xander and assistant manager Mike and service writer Nikki are very professional and courteous the techs are top notch their lead tech Donald definitely handles the shop well I will be bringing my business back to them and recommend others to go there as well

made a appointment to get tire patched came in waited more then a hour to get the vehicle back which is no issue if job was done properly but to no surprise it was not tech decided it was ok to add a tire injection/plug without my consent I was charged 45 dollars for a 7 dollar injection I could have done my self which I did not do since I use the vehicle to tow trailers for my job and prefer the added highway safety the patch offer vs the injection I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to get exactly what you pay for

Mike was such a blessing. I went there b/c my tire wouldn't stay inflated, and I couldn't figure out the issue. They were short staffed, but still squeezed me in without an appointment. They were up front with quotes, didn't try to pressure me into purchases/services I didn't want/need , were kind, and worked diligently to help me. Mike, Brittney, and the mechanics are great people. I will go back if I need anything else.

A Sunday appointment made through the phone number for for a flat repair was not honored. I was quoted $45 for the flat repair because the guy said he could not verify my had road hazard coverage. (I had ourchased with tires.) He claimed he could not verify it with the original invoice number and would not honor it until I could prove otherwise. (The tire center across the street offers flat repair for $30.) I contacted corporate headquarters on Monday morning, and by 9:30 had verified my road hazard coverage, but the store told me they needed to hear it directly from corporate. They told me they would not take my word for it. That happened at 4:30 pm Monday. To no one's surprise, the tire was not repairable but a replacement tire was in stock. I was guaranteed my vehicle would be ready for pickup no later than 9 am on Tuesday. When I arrived at the shop, the gentleman I had spoken with on Sunday said my vehicle had not been worked on. He told me there was not even a tire technician coming in until 11 am and I was behind 2 appointments that day. When I asked to verify that my road hazard coverage was now on file with the store for future visits he said he didn't know and the duplicate receipt I had received from corporate was not a valid receipt, didn't look like anything that would come from their business, and road hazard would not be honored on the basis of that duplicate receipt. After reviewing materials from his Monday crew which verified the coverage, he said "weird, well, it doesn't come up with your invoice number." He began with the assumption that I was lying about my coverage, dis not honor my appointment nor the the duplicate receipt from corporate, ans never expressed any regret or apologized for the error. He agreed noonish would be a reasonable expectation but the vehicle was not ready until 1:30 pm - 1 hr shy of 48 hrs. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the same gentleman behind the desk, who had helped me on Sunday and Tuesday morning told me to get my vehicle "you'll have to walk around back, it's probably there." Although my other tires were filled with nitrogen, the receipt reflected that I declined nitrogen - I was never asked. My tires are recommended to inflate to 35 psi but the new tire was inflated to 42 psi - well above the other three. I had requested that my spare tire be inspected and properly inflated because of an upcoming road trip. They didn't do it. The previous managers of this particular storefront have been wonderful to deal with but the gentleman behind the desk on Sunday and Tuesday disparages them saying he wouldn't honor invoices from their tenure because they were fired for giving away services people never paid for. He begins from a place of distrust of the client. There are three tire centers within blocks of one another, I recommend you go somewhere else! The technicians and the corporate office staff were wonderful. But when your point of contact is a gentleman behind the front desk who is arrogant, unriendly and unwelcoming, doesn't listen to or respect the clients, and acts with no sense of urgency or humility, that is enough to deter me from giving them future business.

Came in today on December 14th. 2024 standard tire rotation and balance. These guys are always so helpful and get me in right away for the service. Something with the alignment felt wrong so I asked them to check that out, and the service text did an amazing job at finding a serious problem with the two rear wheels and made the necessary adjustments, and helped explain how the corrections they made will resolve the uneven wear with my tires. I'm about to take a very long road trip, and feel much safer now, and the Store Manager, Xander Clement, was super helpful and extremely professional in every way. I trust these guys with everything to do with my tires - THANK YOU!!

Liars. I brought my car here to get a good bit of work done on it. Asked them if they could handle my request and gave them a list. They said they couldn’t do the brakes since they’re some aftermarket and impossible to get the part. This is all well and good. But then they just didn’t do any of the work I asked them to do lol. They just kept the car, did alignment, a bunch of work I didn’t ask for, and like one item from my list lol. Absolute waste of time. Like why lie and say you can do a bunch of stuff and then just turn around and not touch 80% of the work you claimed you could do for me. Real terrible shop. But hey, the alignment was good. But yeah, go out of business please and thank you. Edit: if you don’t want to be disappointed. Do what you say you’re going to do. Don’t be liars. Pretty easy.

This is an update to my original review below. I absolutely love these guys! Brought truck back in for a rotation and few other items. Simply put they know what they’re doing and they’re friendly about it. They’re honest, fast, and very reasonable. Thanks for being a great company to work with guys. Prior review below: I honestly would give these guys 10 stars if I was able. I was actually blown away at how the manager worked with me to find the honest and safest set of tires vs the ones I wanted. He completely understood the look I was after with my F-150 and nailed it! They even saved me money on the tires, the service, and on peripheral stuff. They spent the time to go through it and even randomly checked my oil, which was almost 2 quarts low! I came to them because my buddy swears by them. Now I do too! Thanks guys… customer for life here.

Unfortunately the prior manager, Anthony Salerno and his mechanic Franklin, had my car for 5 weeks and did not fix the issue. I paid $1,400 to Anthony along with $1,600 for a 5 week rental. When I got the car back it had trash scattered throughout the front area and even the trunk. I had to take the car to another mechanic to have it fixed. So disappointed.

I discovered a nail in my tire on my way home from the gym. It was later in the day and near this location... they were able to squeeze me in and fix my tire with very little wait. Highly recommend!

Es la segunda vez que me sucede que se me daña un neumático y sin titubear, aunque estén muy ocupados, solucionan el problema. Very professional, they provide very good care with respect and kindness, they always look for ways to help efficiently and their products are of very good quality. It's the second time I've been damaged by a tire and without hesitation, even if they're very busy, they solve the problem.

Dropped my car off at 3pm, let them know in advance we used “slime” to get my car home (literally says on the bottle can be used WITH tire patches) was told it would take 3 hours. called them around 6 to ask if everything was okay and was told “sorry we cannot fix your tire since you used fix-a-flat” drove to my car IMMEDIATELY and noticed it had not even been moved or even looked at. I was then quoted $140.00 for a single tire when you’re never supposed to replace just 1 you always need 2 especially the back ones. Frustrated after the employee speaking Russian told me there is nothing we can do and even mentioned it needs to be done asap or my tire sensor will get ruined (again on the Slim bottle it says it will not damage sensors) feeling totally beside myself I called another local shop and they told me to bring it on by, I was out in under an hour and was good to go with a patch. I would not waste your hard earned dollars at this location, they do not care about your time or money. I drove here since I bought all four of my tires at this location because it’s local, but I’ll be driving out to another location that’s 40 minutes away from now on to save myself the time and energy this shop likes to waste. What a shame.

For two years, this shop was my go-to, even though it was a little out of the way. Alan and Anthony, the previous managers, always treated me with respect and made me feel valued. As someone who’s introverted and prefers to avoid unnecessary conversations, I appreciated how they went out of their way to keep my business without me ever having to ask. I never felt like just another customer. I first discovered the shop when I needed an inspection for my Tesla. Owning a Tesla and being on Turo, it’s hard to find places willing to work on them, so stumbling across this shop was a blessing. Over the years, I didn’t mind paying a little extra because I knew they had my back. This time, I brought my Tesla in for its yearly inspection. It took all day, and I had to call just to find out if it was done. Still, I let it slide. The next day, I dropped off my work truck for an oil change and a tire sensor replacement. No big deal—or so I thought. The truck was in the shop all day, and an hour before closing, I had to call again, only to be told the sensor hadn’t even arrived. Communication was clearly slipping. The following morning, as I’m heading to the shop to pick up my truck, I get a call from Xander, the new manager. I hadn’t worked with him before, as Alan and Anthony were always my contacts. Xander tells me he crashed my truck. Now, I’m not someone who flies off the handle. It’s a work truck—it’s scratched and dented here and there already. Stuff happens. But I wanted to see the damage in person and handle things calmly. When I got to the shop, I inspected the truck and, honestly, just asked for a bit of accountability. I politely requested a simple document acknowledging that the damage was caused by them, just to have my bases covered for insurance purposes. In a calm tone, I also asked if they could waive the service fee—$200—as compensation for the time and effort I’d now have to spend getting this resolved. To me, this felt reasonable. But Xander’s response? He got aggressive. He started accusing me of refusing to pay and even threatened to keep my truck if I didn’t hand over the money. My wife, who is five months pregnant, was standing beside me. She doesn’t need that kind of stress, and I could feel the tension rising. I stayed calm, explaining repeatedly that I wasn’t refusing to pay—I was just asking for some accountability and understanding. Xander didn’t back down. He kept threatening that he had cameras recording me and would “use it against me.” At that point, it was clear he wasn’t going to listen, and it wasn’t worth arguing over $200 when it was causing my wife so much distress. I paid the bill and walked away. After Xander left the office, the second in command—someone who seemed genuinely kind—came over to me. He apologized for the situation and even asked how I managed to stay calm. It was a small gesture, but it didn’t change the fact that Xander’s behavior was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. One thing that really stuck with me was Xander’s promise that they’d repair the truck at my home so I wouldn’t lose time. I don’t know if that’s even possible, but it felt like an empty promise to get me out of the office. I hate sharing stories like this, but it’s important for people to know. I trusted this shop for years because of Alan and Anthony. This was my first time working with Xander, and it’s clear the values they used to have have completely fallen apart. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them speaks volumes.

I keep getting low air pressure warning,so I did take care of it. And it's good for a couple days and the warning light back on again, so after third time!! I gave up. Take my car to Tire Choice and mechanic take a look and fix the tire " nail in it" The reason that I give Tire Choice 5 stars is because the honestly of them. Because I asked "do I need to get a new tire and the manager explained to me that tire is fixable,no need to replace them and no charge for services!! So, I am a Tire Choice customer for life !!

Used to do work for good prices and no upsell. I took my car in for an oil change. It took >1 day even though I had an appointment. Went to get it off the lot and noted the brake sensor going off; I was scheduled for a long trip that day so it was a bummer to immediately turn around and find other transportation. It was noted on the check they do for an oil change that my brakes were fine. Brought it back to see what caused the new warning light. They replaced the front brakes with the “high end” brakes that “belong” on my car without approval or a call of what was wrong before doing the work; the first call I got was the total I supposedly owed after doing the work without permission. They gave me a laughable “discount” and when I asked for an itemized receipt of the brand and types of brakes used since these were “high end” I got a less than detailed invoice and annoyance from the manager. Took it off the lot and the brakes were squeaking and I was getting a clicking noise and within a week or so I had warning lights on the dash (not for brakes). Mike listened over the phone at least. I brought it back, got a call much later than expected that now the rear brakes need replacement. So this car went through three brake inspections in the span of <1 month and each resulted in new findings…. Oh and the engine light just wasn’t on anymore with no explanation. Don’t go here. Used to be 4-5 stars before management change.

This place used to be good with communication and trustworthy. We brought our vehicles here and didn’t think twice about their integrity or them trying to upsell us. This changed when my wife brought her car for a regular scheduled oil change. The oil change took about a day and when she went to pick it up to drive it off of the lot, her brake sensor light came on. There had been zero issues with the brakes before taking it here but maybe it was just a coincidence. She turns around and asks them to check why her brake light sensor is on. A full day almost two go by and they call her to say that they replaced the front brakes and that it will be approximately $800. Nobody called to advise her of her front brakes needing replaced or for approval before any work was done. She spoke to the manager who offered to discount approximately $150 from the job. Mind you, this is right after the hurricane where a random $800 expense can set people back in addition to whatever recovery funds they may need. Fast forward, we don’t have any option but to pay the discounted price of approximately $650. The manager did not seem to care that her shop just did $800 of unapproved work and she said that she talked to the employee who did this but it doesn’t change anything. It should also be noted that as we were waiting in line to pay for the unapproved work, another customer was angry because they also did unapproved work on her car so they gave her a free oil change. As soon as my wife drives her car off of the lot, she notices a significant pulsating in the steering wheel that was not there prior to the brake job. My wife called the GM Mike who seemed to listen to her concern about the unapproved work and offered to personally look at the brakes to make sure that his workers actually did the work they said they did. Another day goes by and we get a call that the front brakes were indeed completed and that the rear brakes now need replaced which was causing the pulsating. Mind you, before bringing the car here, she had zero issues with her brakes or the steering wheel pulsating when braking. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They just changed management and they obviously do not have it figured out yet. I would not trust them to do a single thing to my cars after this last experience.

Totally overpriced. Charged me $330 for a single ignition coil. Part was $208, rest labor. Absurd. Had to have it done on a weekend. Highway robbery. They wanted $50 to replace the spark plug - not. Quote from another garage -$75 for coil, $15 for plugs. Will NEVER go back to Tire Choice.

Work was decent, but the employee named Xander was extremely rude to me, and wouldn’t stand by work they just completed. They just completed an alignment, and then all my lights went off. Lights weren’t on befor the alignment, gave me an extremely hard time and at one point screamed and got into my Face when i said the word “ customer service”. The employee named Mike was super cool and actually provided sound customer service. Highly don’t recommend him working at your shop.
