This place gave us 3 differs prices for brakes. $160 on the phone (a current “special” they were supposedly running), $400 quote in the shop and then tried to charge my wife $585 when she picked up the vehicle. I don’t like this type of inconsistency because it erodes trust. I’ll find somewhere else next time.

Quality shop with knowledgeable, friendly staff. Lex is great, recently helped me with a tire patch. I’ve worked with Tire Choice in the past for new tires. They are flexible on pricing if you find the tire online.

Tire choice on Racetrack is a tale of two managers. The store manager and his staff are good guys who helped me repair a flat and warrantied a Continental for $60 as they are supposed to. However, my last visit there one of my Connie's was bulging within the warranty period and the visiting District manager went outside, faked a tread gagging then said it would be $180. I informed him it was $60 when 2 other tires were replaced, he told me he is there to rain people the "right way to do it" and aren't I glad it's going to be done the right way? He then tried to sell me on replacing all 4 with Yokohamas. I'm sure you know my reaction. I went to a competitor who honestly said you should take it to the dealer you bought from because it should be replaced for labor & tax, between $55-65. This honest gent told me the tire was barely showing signs of wear. In other words while the store manager on Racetrack ran things the right way, their district manager is a scammer so beware.

Amazing, quick service! Matthew and Scott went above and beyond. They were so helpful, transparent and kind. I needed all 4 new tires and they got it done in just a few hours and gave me a deal for the holidays! Such great people. Highly recommend!

Putting 3 stars because I’m not really sure if I got scammed or paid fair price. Will happily change to 5 stars if I paid fair price for labor and tip. We were displaced because of the hurricanes and picked up a nail in the middle of my tire from debris. Needing to get back to work quickly I went to the closest open place. Went in and the guy at the desk said we should be able to patch it for you quick, not to worry about it, just make sure to tip the guy 10 to 15 bucks or so. I was confused if I was actually going to be paying for parts and labor or if he was doing me a solid. When the tech finished I went to give him $20 and he said I owe $40. I said I only have 20 that the guy said and he told me to go across the street to an ATM to get more cash. A large part of me is assuming the tech just pocketed it and took advantage of me being a young guy but hoping that’s not the case. Otherwise it was great, quick service, the guys inside were friendly and we’ll see how the patch holds up.

I was in a bad situation with my car and they couldn’t fix it, but spent an awful lot of time with me explaining my options, going above and beyond to find recall notice/service bulletin information so that I would be armed with the information I needed at the dealership, which is my next stop. They were vested in an obtaining a positive outcome for me, knowing there was nothing in it for them. So I never write these reviews, but felt I should say something, and Scott and Lex were fantastic. I hope other people see this and give them a shot.

Felt pressured to purchase different tires from them as opposed to the ones I ordered from TireRack. When I told them to please install the ones I ordered, they said they will get it it when they could despite me having an appointment.

I got charged to get my TPS serviced, but none were provided. I was also charged 30% more for tire services that quoted by their shop on tire rack. I picked up my car in an undriveable condition. They told me my power steering pump had quit on me. When I took it to a trusted mechanic, they told me that my power steering pump worked, but while I was at tire choice my steering rack had failed almost completely. This was completely odd, as it had zero problems steering when I dropped it off at their shop. In the end, they wanted to quote on 1500$+ of problems I didn't have before going to this shop. Based on the reviews, I can see that the experience is very hit or miss, so I do not feel alone. I do not blame the people in the front, I hope in the future that there will be more oversight of the people in the back, and that the shop will take responsibility for the things while cars are being serviced.

Would never buy tires here again billing nightmare. You call corporate they say authorized retailers can’t do anything? No one knows when or if getting refunds for wrong billing, overcharge 2x on 4 tire installation so was a large amount. I recommend buying tires from a junkyard than from this company. Worst tire buying experience ever….. RUN.

Lying salesman!! time after time they forget to rotate my tires. Their excuse is “your back tires are way better than the front, it’s safer to keep it the same”. Took my car to 2 other trusted places right after, both said my tread wear was nearly the same and was more than safe to rotate!! Lazy and liars!!! Technicians are trained to call clients to up sell additional services that are usually not needed at the time. I’ve walked into this building and witnessed first hand 2 technicians joyfully celebrating and fist bumping each other over the up sales they’ve made (which I’m sure were unnecessary services). I recommend looking elsewhere.

My family was rushing to attend services for the loss of a family member and had two flat tires. Manny went above and beyond to replace the tires and even stayed late so we could pick it up and not go without the car. I truly appreciate Manny's compassion and express great gratitude. I highly recommend services at this location of Tire Choice because of the incredible service we experienced working with Manny.

Preface: This is the second time I've been to this location in the last two months and been helped by Scott and had the repair done by Achmed (sorry if spelling incorrectly). Both times I called within 1 hour of visiting and my repair was completed in under 35 minutes. Both times I needed to have a tire repaired - the same tire because my girlfriend's job site is full of loose hardware (screws). Scott was direct, professional and extremely helpful. Achmed is wise in years but was quite impressive in his craft. He was pleasant and had expert level talent combined with quickness. I am very thankful this location is so close to my residence and can execute work on the fly. While I understand that not every job they get can be performed quickly, mine were done faster than I have ever experienced with a mechanic. Cost of service was cheaper than local competitors - and I did check! Their shop is clean and welcoming and I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Scott and Achmed for your exceptional service and for making my problems so much easier to deal with.
