They try to rip you off if you don’t know anything about cars, they try to sell me alignment when they sold tires and when my tires were messed up, first they agreed to do the alignment for free then told me it’d cost $140, I don’t recommend them at all, avoid them at all costs

My experience today at TireChoice was superb. They are now under new management, and the manager and staff were very welcoming and helpful. I came in today to get an oil change. They took my car right in and got everything done!

I've been getting serviced at this location since before the name change. Customer service has always been excellent. The staff always meets you where you're at, and they're always so understanding. Tire Choice is always my first choice.

Fast and friendly service I went for an oil change to this location because the Dorchester road location did not have a tech available for a couple of days I had my appointment scheduled at the Dorchester road location originally however the trolley road location fitted me in very quickly.

I had a bolt stuck in my tire and, strangely, After trying one tire shop and contemplating another the Lord told me to go to Tire Choice. I'm from out of town (Maryland) and was here for a funeral. Going back the next day, I really needed the work done immediately ! I met Brian McCray (store manager) And Bryan Grammer (vehicle technician). They were super courteous, professional, and kind. Their excellent service was appreciated more than I can say. I would recommend Tire Choice on 1615 Old Trolley Road Summerville, South Carolina to anyone! Thanks again Brian and Bryan!!!

Calls are routed to a call center first where they attempt to gather your information and book an appointment before quoting a price. After spending a few minutes on the phone with them, they then transfer you to the store you attempted to call in the first place for a quote… Looking at my calls in my phone, my last 4 calls for tire quotes were all a minute or less. I was at almost 5 minutes with Tire Choice just to get a quote that wasn’t even competitive. They were nearly $200 more than the other tire places around town.

I want to recommend coming to Tire Choice due to the fact I had a nail in my tire, I have a unique tire. Which isn't common so I've been running around from place to place, even the dealership. Tire choice had the best affordable prices out of 7 place's I've check. With that being said they also hooked me up with a warranty, this place sets expectations and stick to it. Also they are very efficient and reliable.

Said they bled the brakes. Brake pedal now goes almost to the floor. Seat belts lock up everytime I hit the brakes. Brakes used to be tight.

I made an appointment to get my car looked at because I don't know what's wrong with it and the unprofessional, rude, lazy man working the desk refused me service because they close in an hour...even though I had an appointment. I will never go back to this location. He also refused to give me his name so here is his picture.

I walked in on a Tuesday morning to get two very pitiful tires replaced. Brian greeted me in the lobby with a great smile and wonderful attitude. He offered me reasonably priced tires and explained any fees. What could have been a bummer of an expense ended up being a pleasant interaction and a quick replacement of my work out tires. The tire tech was also fast and efficient. Great job guys!

Doug was very professional and made sure even though they were completely busy that I got taken care of, it was 90 degrees outside and I didn't have a water he gave me a drink from the back. Superb service

Laura and Mickey were amazing and both work well as TRUE teamwork together! They were both the only ones there working very hard and taking care of each scheduled or walk-in customer this past Sunday! I appreciate my services from them both!
