We came in with a flat tire the hour before they closed and they quickly serviced us and had us back on the road. The staff was helpful and friendly and they even gave us a discount!!

Workers are friendly but none of that matters if they can’t do what needs to be done correctly a simple 30 to 45 min brake change turned in to me not having my car for 2 weeks . Also for my car to come back with now 3 service lights on the dash that had not one light on when I brought it.

One Sunday I came out and found I had a flat. I was able to get it temporarily inflated and hobbled over to Tire Choice. This was a late Sunday afternoon, and they were able to accept me as a walk-in. Got there had a short wait while talking with the staff. The technician on duty was working with another customer. They were able to determine my tire was patchable/repairable. I was up and on my way within a hour. Fair price for a patch on a Sunday as a walk-in; saved me from taking any time off to get my issue fixed!

There is not one staff member that I would say is a part of the smooth service that I experienced on a day when everyone decided the snow and ice is melted so here we go we’re gonna do it all today and they did do it all today in that stuff Was amazingly entertaining to watch because I used to deal with they do and I don’t think I could’ve handled it as effectively and be a leader like the manager the the girls, the other two girls that were taking care of the front counter service. We’re good. The staff that was in the garage was amazing. There was so much overbooking for those people to handle that their parking lot was full. There were cars parked outside of the parking lot. There were cars I mean, there was nowhere to parkexcept for that. I’m a super awesome Park so I was able to find something, but the manager was very welcoming the ladies in the front were very welcoming. There was a customer issue. Except for that. There was a customer issue that could not be prevented for everyone to have eyes on, and that manager held her cool. She was so kind and very empathetic to that customer when I would’ve, I would’ve not been able to do what she did and that is why I will always go to that center and receive their services for any service they provide because The staff had no cracks in the seamless transition of each finished or each new customer coming into that garage good job

Shout out to Tylavett Taylor and her staff, they were highly professional, personable and honest. My car dealership couldn't book me for a week, I got into Tire Choice the next day, instead of trying to sell me a new tire that I didn't need, they found the problem which was lesser expensive. I am impressed

They were very nice on the phone and extremely kind and patient with me in person. They could've easily told me my tire had a hole and needed a patch, but they confirmed it just needed air and got me all set up for free. I really appreciated their assistance and customer service!

I made an appointment to get my tires checked. A young man named Chris assisted me. Not only did he check my tire pressure, but he took the time to explain what happens in the winter months and how to care for your tires. I appreciate his kind and helpful demeanor. Chris did a stellar job!

DO NOT GET WHEEL ALIGNMENT FROM THESE PEOPLE . THEY WILL MESS WITH AND UP YOUR ACCELERATION. THEY MESSED UP 2 of my vehicles and had the nerve to not fix it back !! HORRIBLE SEEVICE THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE CLOSE DOWN !!!!!! THEIR NOT WORTH 1 STAR‼️

They squeezed my kiddo in on a Sunday when she had just experienced a flat tire over on 55. We had no appointment but we HAD bought the tires for the car at a different Tire Choice location. In less than an hour my kiddo was safely back on the road. Thank you!!

Amateur hour. They do not know what's going on. Seriously don't go here, unprofessional, slow on the uptake. Down right ghetto. Wasted my entire day on a tire plug, and still didn't get done. I had to take it down the street.

I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled oil change/tire rotation. The timeframe given when I arrived was 30-60 minutes. It took almost two hours. More importantly, the communication was non-existent and when I did ask I was given vague responses and little empathy. The manager, Cassie, did not express any regret at the delay and was so busy training a new person she could not give me the attention anyone should expect from a service provider. Small detail, the trash can in the lobby area was pretty full at 9:00 AM in the morning. Do not recommend.

Easy online appointment. Had the tires I needed for my vehicle. Requested a headlight bulb replacement, nice to know it was just loose and didn’t charge extra.

I had two of my tires changed by this fraud business, they installed two tires with different size which caused malfunctioning of the vehicle and an accident as a result of above. I noticed some noise while accelerating and breaking since the tire change so I took my car to the manufacture repair shop and they told me one of the tires they installed was the wrong size so i have been driving on tires with different sizes all along. I contacted the business and they have the nerve to tell me they can only refund the cost of one tire. No apology or any signs of remorse from this business. Seriously considering legal actions against this fraud business......

This was my second time there (flat tire on two separate vehicles, both with very specific and hard to find tires). I came in roughly an hour before closing on Saturday. Not only was the team fantastic and able to replace my tire, but they did it on a day where the outside temperature was below 20 degrees and their heating system for the garage wasn’t working. I am lucky to live less than 2 miles from their location and the entire team there should be applauded for their efforts.

I bought four Geolandars a year and a half ago. Now, one has a leak. Store says “you declined alignment and road hazard coverage.” Not possible as I ALWAYS opt for road hazard coverage, esp in St. Louis. Maybe they just asked if I wanted alignment and then checked “no” on the rest of the boxes. Not a trustworthy outfit.

Had a scheduled appointment. Got to the place and there is no one there. Customer service said they couldn't reach anyone either. How do you send people over to places that are not even open.
