I bought a brand new tire friday and didn't drive till Sunday evening and notice the tire had a lump on its side wall. Monday morning attempted to return the tire and the sales associate was very unapproachable and it seemed as if I was bothering him. He them assumed that I had hit a pot hole and refused to exchange the tire.

I came in this store (3205 Hampton) to get a flat repair for a wheel/tire I had off the vehicle. They wanted to charge $50. Half of that cost was a charge for a valve stem with a tpms sensor. I told the counter person that I didn't need this crazy charge and he told me they always charge that. I told him I will never give any business to this company because they are ripping people off. Also, their mechanics were sitting in the garage doing nothing and I had to wait 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was there. There wasn't any customers besides me. This location will be out of business soon. I went to Dobbs down the street and paid $29.99.

I went in for an oil change, and also asked for them to look at a tire I had with me to see if they could patch it. The lady at the front said a patch would be $45, I said that was fine. 1 hour later my car was done, the lady didn't mention anything about the tire so I asked her about it. She said she forgot and didn't even mention it to the techs. I decided to leave with having them look at the tire because I was not impressed with the customer service. Once I got in my car and started driving I realized my sticker wasn't changed & I never got a receipt. I went back & had them change my sticker & also asked for a receipt. It had only been two hours since I had left and the lady at the front said the computer wasn't working and was deleting all customer info so she couldn't find my receipt. (I was there literally two hours prior that day.) She then said she would have to enter it manually but didn't know how to process a receipt without charging me for services again. (In other words, I would have to pay the $94.00 for an oil change AGAIN just so I could get my receipt.) At this point, I was pretty frustrated and just left with a quote page she gave me but I was unable to get an actual receipt of services performed. I'm unsure whether I'll return, and I'm concerned about a system that deletes customer information after just two hours.

Do not bring your vehicle here very unprofessional will not communicate car was there for six hours and they could not get an oil change and they were not gonna let me know that they cannot get to it. Luckily I went and got my keys. Save yourself the hassle go somewhere else.

I can't recommend this location highly enough! I had gotten a flat tire and ended up in the parking lot of the gas station next to Tire Choice by happy accident, and they went above and beyond to help me out. Aimee was amazing, helpful and compassionate when I arrived, and when I wasn't able to get the lug nuts off my tire, and Jonathon lent me some tools to allow me to get the spare put on. When I was worried I might have to leave my car overnight since they were so busy, both of them assured me without blinking an eye they would be able to fit me in and get me taken care of, telling me it was no problem at all. Without an appointment, my car was back to me in a surprisingly short time and without any sort of hassles, extra charges or surprise upsells that most other garages would try to tack on. They treated me with kindness and respect the entire time. I can't thank Jonathon or Aimee enough for turning a very stressful, cold and wet morning into something I didn't need to worry about because they took care of me. I will be returning to them for all of my automobile needs and would recommend this place to anyone else.

Outstanding experience. I had an issue with a rental van and Tire Choice was able to take me in immediately, performed expert service on it, and got me out incredibly timely. Jonathan and Amy were beyond accommodating to make me comfortable when the rental company failed to pay for the tires. Everyone at Tire Choice was respectful and knew the product and how to take care of their customers. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone.

I originally had my appointment scheduled at the Kingshighway location for an oil change before heading out of town, and due to someone there calling in sick, I had to reschedule to the Hampton location last minute. Luckily, Jonathan was able to get me in same day and felt like I was in and out even though they had several other cars in the garage with only two people. Great service that was quick, will definitely be bringing my vehicles here for future service!

So far, customer service has been stellar when I 1st brought my vehicle in to have work done. The 1st place I took it to was honest and very helpful. They called me with updates and while it sucked to have to pay a high amount for it, I understood. Then I was told that the 2nd location would be Better suited to have the work done that I needed. So with a ride from a friend, we went to the 2nd location and was told it should be done by Friday (yesterday) or Saturday (today) again, very friendly. Then Saturday came and I figured I'd call and check the status since I didn't hear anything at the time. Now I'm told they're having trouble getting the part in until Monday. So that means I cannot make it in to work that day. I get it, I'm sure parts are a pain to get but maybe call me if you had trouble so I can plan accordingly? I'm keeping my optimism for now and hopefully it'll be done by Monday as promised, but this throws a huge dent in the whole weekend and the rest of my week. We'll see if they get another star after, or if they get one taken away. So far, not too thrilled with this situation.

Super friendly, easy to get an appointment. Took a little longer than the typical drive thru place, but service was top notch with a large waiting area. I'll definitely be back!

Great place to get your services done.We did a same day walk in for a tire patch. The staff treated my family and I with the upmost care and respect. They may have a little tension with each other but it doesn’t take away from their service. Loved it!

I had a great experience here, when in and got 4 new tires, wheel alignment and oil change. Everything was done within 4 hours. Make sure to try to talk to Jonathan for a great price and customer service.

Called at 8:15 am and made an appointment for a tire repair at 5pm that evening. I believe it is a call center that does their appointments. When I arrived I wasn't found in their system and was told they had to cancel all appointments due to staffing. Went to another shop.

Can't do what there asked to simply do put a valve stem in the tire . They seen a plug in the tire tread and tried to lie to get me to buy a new tire , calling me talking about ther is a big hole in the side of my tire idk why I would fall for that when I used to work at a tire shop smh

Darius was great, he was very patient. The technician (heavyset Caucasian male) did a great job on my alignment but I didn't like how when he finished with my vehicle, how he slammed my key down on the counter.
