Decided to go for the Groupon deal $67 I think it was…for full synthetic oil change, complimentary tire pressure & rotation, brake check, etc… paid $34 as the difference for more oil. Not really sure if it was worth it overall price wise? But great customer service being down a guy. Cory was great, helped me out, and got it done quick. Solid spot to get your car serviced.

These guys saved me big time! I got a bad flat as I was about to head back to San Diego on a Sunday night. They were willing to stay open late for me to get towed over and then immediately had a new tire for me. From the time I called, got a tow and then got back on the road with my family, it was just over an hour. They also gave me a fair deal on the service when I desperately would have paid anything. Couldn't appreciate them any more, D is a great human!

Went in for an oil change and one of the techs snapped off the lever that allows me to open the hood. I brought this to the attention of the store, and Joe immediately took action, ordered the part, and handled the repair. Appreciate this shop, and will definitely be coming back for further maintenance on my vehicle.

Worst place to go. They did a horrible job of Balancing my tires. Also lied to me about getting my car aligned. Stay away from this place and go somewhere else.

Brought my car in with a lot of different issues . they were very accommodating and offered me a ride home while the work was being done. The prices were good I'm sure they were very competitive.

Came in for an awesome deal on an oil change and tire rotation, got great customer service by manager Kevin!! Clearly knows a lot about cars, gave me some really great advice. He seems to care a lot about his employees. I'll be happy to return here!

I purchased an oil change coupon on Groupon, and when I arrived at the shop, Joe told me it wasn’t possible to do a synthetic blend oil change on my 2013 Corolla. What kind of nonsense is that? He wanted me to pay extra for a full synthetic oil change. Now, I understand that full synthetic is better, but my purchase was specifically for a synthetic blend. I’ve spoken to two knowledgeable car enthusiasts and researched this on Google and ChatGPT, and everything indicates that a synthetic blend is perfectly fine for a 2013 Corolla. I was completely disappointed with Joe’s dishonesty, which, from my perspective, seemed like a scam. He showed me on his “system” that it wasn’t possible, but how can you advertise a coupon on Groupon that you can’t honor? He claimed that if it doesn’t show up in the system, then the Corolla doesn’t “accept” that type of oil. Honestly, he could have shown me anything on that screen and said the same thing. I’m deeply upset by this lack of professionalism. If it had been a man requesting the oil change, Joe wouldn’t have said much. But because I’m a young woman, he thought he could take advantage of me. I feel like I wasted my money on Groupon. This establishment should honor the coupons they advertise, it’s not the customer’s fault if something doesn’t show up in their system.

I’ve had the suspension replaced on 2 of my rides and the service is good. Kevin I should say has given me the best service from day one and moving forward I greatly appreciate his service

This is the first of what ended up being 2 locations I've scheduled an appointment with, only to arrive and find my appointment double-booked, forcing me to wait a considerable amount of time. I still haven't had my oil change because I was trying to fit it in before a road trip, but once again, the scheduling seems relatively useless here.

I called for a same day oil change and Joe was super helpful! He let me know they were pretty slammed for the day but promised to get me in at 330. When I showed up, Joe remembered who I was and helped me figure out the best oil option for my car. Joe evened showed me how to check my own oil. When I checked out Corey at the front desk, was very kind and helpful as well. I felt like they were all very honest & trustworthy. I will forsure be going back!

I’ve been here before and service was ok, thats why I came back, but this time experience was terrible. I scheduled in advance so I wouldn’t lose to much time. Arrived at 9am and car was promised for a couple of hours. When was 12pm (3hours after) nobody had called me yet, so I called and he said “couple hours” again ?!?! Arrived there at 2pm, nothing. I am still waiting. It is 3 pm, my car is here for 6 hours and he just said “30 minutes” Lost my entire day of work, waiting for my car. Terrible experience

We were in need of a nitrogen tire fill up, and had no idea what to do. A quick Google search led us to a different tire shop at first, in which we sat waiting for over 30 minutes. We left and looked at Tire Choice as it was the next closest option. When we arrived there was one person getting air ahead of us, and we were asked to park. After parking, I went inside to ask how much it would be to fill 4 tires with nitrogen. The gentleman at the counter just walked with me outside and said to pull the car up towards the bay. He fill the tires immediately and advised us we were good to go. Excellent experience overall, as we were in and out within 5 minutes. Highly recommend this shop!

Not sure why this place has 5 stars. I made an appointment for an oil change and got there on time. The employee didn't acknowledge me for 10 minutes before launching into complaining about another customer. Then the oil change took 2 HOURS when the website says it would be much less. He said the software they use overschedules appointments which results in people having to wait hours for simple things. The same thing happened to the woman behind me and the employee said it would take them 2 hours for her oil change too. Beware of coming here, it's a chain so corporate policies trickle down and negatively affect customers.

We were side swiped by a box truck and although we went through our insurance and a collision center Kevin Nolin helped and was very fast. He also called when our tire arrived and with communication we were able to go in earlier and get it changed. Thanks Kevin! Definitely recommend this location and they are FULL SERVICE!
