Tire choice off Claremont Mesa Boulevard is the place to go. And the man to go to is Eddie. He is helped me and my fiancé several times over the last six months at tire choice. Always gets us in the door quickly and out the door just as quick. Gets me the best prices the best service and has great communication. Thanks to you, Eddie. This is the second location I've scheduled an appointment with, only to arrive and find my appointment double-booked, forcing me to wait a considerable amount of time. I still haven't had my oil change because I was trying to fit it in before a road trip, but once again, the scheduling seems relatively useless here.

Currently 2 hrs and 15 min into waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would be roughly an hour so I killed some time at the store next door for 30-40 min then waited another 30 minutes inside before asking for another eta. This is when they informed me that there would be a delay because they are just waiting on the filter but the guys should be delivering it in 15-20 minutes (so 11:30 we are expecting the filter to be here). I waited until 12:30pm and still no update or communication on the filter so I ask the again for an eta and he said the shop is having delays. I take a seat and hear him call the shop to get another update, the phone call ends and he doesn’t say a word to me. I give it a good 5 minutes for him to communicate but nothing, I have to again ask for an eta and what was said on the phone. He tells me the delivery driver should be heading out in 10 minutes and if he doesn’t leave by then he will personally go get the filter. I hate being confrontational and at this point I’m worried to ask for more etas because I don’t want to come off hostile, but the communication here really needs to improve. Mind you the reason I’m here today is because they asked me to reschedule my original appointment on Wednesday because they were busy. I find it wild that they are not updating me and just watched me wait for hours when I could have planned around this. I will say that the men who helped me were all very kind and apologetic and did understand where I was coming from when I explained my frustration. I was expecting maybe a discount on my service but nothing wasn’t offered anything. By the time I checked out it had been a total of 3 hrs😅

I took my ford escape for a noise in steering system, they ended up replacing inner and outer tie rod ends+ doing alignment that caused over $600, i still had the same noise when driving on a puddle, took it back a week after to check, they charged me another $40 for "inspection fee" even though it was following up on a fix they did and told me the noise could come from a strut or suspension. why you say it is tie rod ends in the first place and charge me all that so the noise is still there and the cuase is something els? basically they make me spend more than $650 for nothing. very disappointing.

I was in a bind and needed tires immediately as I was about to take a road trip. I couldn’t get same-day help at any other of the popular tire places. Tire Choice had the tires I wanted in stock and were able to install them in hours. The price of the tires was a great value and I paid less than I expected. Great friendly service and professional work!

Made an appointment for 8AM for oil change - showed up at 8AM and was told it would be a long time to get to me (what's the point of an appointment if it doesn't hold your time slot) Then the next day, called for an oil charge at 10AM.. was told " if you bring it in right now, I might be able to have it done by 6PM. The following day, brought it in at 10AM and dropped it off, got back at 2PM and they were working on it. Not until 3PM was it ready. Why does an oil change take 5 Hours?? Even when they had it on the lift it took an hour to do an oil change. Do yourself a favor and go to jiffylube or ANY other place and you'll have it done in 20 mins to hour total.

My RV outside rear dual tire was completely flat due to a damaged tire stem. It was Sunday and my insurance company could not find a tow service. Tire Choice was the only one I called who could help me get the tire fixed. I drove a few miles very slowly to arrive at Tire Choice. These guys are amazing! I am so glad it was a Sunday & I found this service center! I highly recommend them! Very kind and reasonable. 5+ stars from me.

They actively turn business away. I was ignored for the first five minutes of showing up and when I finally greeted (no eye contact, eyes on computer screen) and I asked about an oil change and if it was possible to get in and out inside of an hour, I was told they are shot on staff today. Then he literally ducked under the counter and ignored me again. I stood there for another minute in silence and walked out. I looked into the service bays and there are literally no cars in any of the bays. They could have done the oil change in 15 minutes… Total waste of time going here, unfortunately. By the way, I’m a Holman fleet customer which will be reported to them. This shop is terrible.

very pissed off had oil change done didnt tighten my oil filter. OIL was every wear on the bottom of my truck got all over my drive way what a mess .Called them to help me clean up the mess several times never tried to help me out with the mess they made with the oil change very very very disappointed be careful with this outfit will never go back to this place bad service

I am beyond pleased with the service received today. I took my Subaru to two different alignment / tire shops and was told an alignment could not be done due to parts being “seized”, they suggested getting new parts in order to move forward which of course, they would conveniently sell me. In reality the work could be done but required a few more steps and more time. I also took my car to two different dealerships and got the run around and an estimate of close to 2k for parts and work alone, which again I did not need. I was close to giving up but decided to try Tire Choice Auto for a final opinion, and am so glad I did. They were able to and more importantly willing to put in the extra work required to complete the alignment, the technician was top notch. They gave me a great deal on a set of 4 tires and changed my break pads which were way over due. All in, I spent half of what I was quoted elsewhere and got some add ons . Customer service was personable and the entire staff was informative. They gained a new client today, great work all around.

I am severely disappointed in my service. I had an appointment at 11:30am and my car was not finished until 5:45pm. I needed new brake pads and two rear rotors and some break fluid. I was told this would only take a couple hours over the phone and in person. I proceeded to wait and eventually hung out in the clairemont area, hours went by and I was told another hour, and then after an hour went by I was told another 30 minutes, this cycle went on the entire day until my car was finally finished at 5:45pm I had been their many hours prior and there was no cars being worked on except my own. Everyone who came in before me was finished, yet I had an appointment at 11:30am for my brakes and I did not get my car until 5:45pm. This would not have bothered me if I was told that it would take the whole day and to come back much later. But I was told repeatedly it would take only a couple hours at most. This was only my first issue, my second was that I was upchared SEVERELY until my boyfriend called the man out and he put a slight discount. I then asked a price estimate on a different fix, just a plastic splash guard for the front of my car…the man’s “price estimate” was $900+ I called him out because I knew a splash guard was $60 on Amazon, and asked what the price would be if I bought it and bring it to them to attach, this dude said “$40” so where does the $900+ come from? Overall, this was the worst mechanic service I’ve ever experienced and ruined all my plans for the day, I am never going here again. I wish he would’ve been upfront and tell me it would take the whole day to fix but instead he just lied and kept adding hours onto what the original time would be. Safe to say I am never going back here and I would NEVER recommend going here especially if your a woman, you will be severely taken advantage of and upcharged.

I scheduled my appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. There is no box to check for tire rotation so I had to check “Other Service” and fill it in with “tire rotation” only to find out when I arrived that tire rotations are included with the oil change - nice! The gentleman at the desk was very polite - he explained what service would be performed and how long it would take. When it was time to pay, he explained all of the service issues that were discovered in the vehicle safety check and patiently answered my questions. I used the WiFi and worked while I waited. The WiFi worked well and the bathroom was clean. The appointment lasted about an hour.

Just came in for a slow leak. Excellent customer service. I think I may have just found my new tire place. Zero wait and affordable repair. Jerry and James were very nice and both seemed trustworthy and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks!!
