After being denied at O'Reilly and Autozone for a complimentary battery installation (due to no fault of their own, its because my battery has like fuses on it or something they cant work on), I opted to go across the street to Tire Choice at the recommendation of AutoZone (the alternative was Buds- which- if youre familiar with the area absolutely not lol). I did a quick Google search and saw that Tire Choice had 4.8 stars from Google reviews. Made me feel comfortable going in and let me just say, customer service was amazing! The guys were super nice. They had me in and out in like 30 min, and the price was totally reasonable. Better yet, the battery they installed has a 3 year warranty vs the 18 months my old one that went bad (at 24 months) had. The battery was nearly the same price as I would have spent at AZ or O'Reilly anyway, so I wasn't upcharged for that, and the labor was very reasonable as well. I'll pay that any day over trying to have my husband do it at home which would probably take him a heck of a lot longer and we just don't have time with our kids sports and what not anyway! So yeah, it was a great visit. Very happy camper and will be coming back next time! P.s. oh also, I had to work while I waited since I was being pulled away to have to change my battery and they even had a work desk with plugs for my computer and comfy stools!

Very honest and professional...very satisfied with the work they did on my truck...and they don't push unnecessary work hence why I like the honesty...thanks again for the excellent service and will definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Do your research and read the reviews for our area. We did our research before we chose to do business here and we were not disappointed. They're busy for a reason, but they maintain a good pace and wait times are reasonable. Great advice on tires and service and didn't play games with us. We bought tires and brought our other vehicles back for service . No upselling or BS, just good service. My family appreciates having excellent tire service in our area.

Great place, came in with a flat tire and they repaired and patched it very quickly and efficiently. Their other services and they are much more affordable than those quick oil change places you see all over and they rotate tires.

The staff were very friendly, courteous and professional. I had a screw in our tires, losing tire pressure, and staff were able to accommodate my vehicle’s needs last minute before the shop closes. Highly recommend!

Had a minor leak in one of our tires that needed patched yesterday before my girl had to drive 45 minutes away. We have a Tesla so it’s never a good idea to use a floor jack to work on the car (freaking hassle). Luckily we’ve been to tire choice before to get new front tires so we knew they had all the proper equipment and gear to take care of the patch. I highly recommend this shop. We’ve priced tires at other places and usually we get atleast 100$ off our tire packages here compared to even the big box stores like Costco. We don’t trust our cars with many shops cause that battery is so easy to puncture and the car is so heavy.

My Telsa got a flat tire and the tow truck driver put a temporary plug in it to stop the leak. I took it to Tire Choice to make the repair, and was in and out within a hour. Excellent customer service and the tire repair was done at no charge. This is my go to Auto Repair Store in Orangecrest. I highly recommend them for all your auto repair needs. Thank you Tire Choice!!

I stopped in to get a tire checked for a slow leak. They explained what was done to fix the problem and didn't try to talk me into any other service or product. The service was outstanding because they were professional and courteous. I am so pleased to have dealt with this Tire Choice location. Thank you!

Highly recommend this place. Very honest, patient, and helpful. I took my Jeep to Moss Bros in Riverside where they told me tires had to be replaced. Told them not even 23k miles on those tires. I asked them to please check the suspensions, bearings, etc, but they refused to. I also mention possible “death” wobble, but they adamantly refused until the tires were replaced. Told them I’m not spending nearly 2k to have them replaced. They said they would not check suspensions, bearings, etc. until the tires were replaced so I took my Jeep out. Brought to Tire Choice to have my tires rotated and aligned. They ascertained the front and rear suspensions were starting to leak. Also possible “death” wobble. Bless their honesty. They didn’t even make me spend more money. Will definitely return to this place for oil change or other services whatever my Jeep needs. First time in a long time I find an auto shop that is so honest!!

I was a bit skeptical at first because the price was high, but then I remembered how much work they were doing and they gave me a ride to and from work and we’re very polite and explained everything to me. I highly recommend going here if you have any problems with your car and brakes
