Work is fine. However, customer service could use improvement. Walked in for drop off and no one was around to help. I entered the garage to find someone. It is important to note while I was alone in the lobby waiting for assistance, the keys to multiple vehicles were in plain view and could have easily been taken. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I waited for 15 minutes behind a customer without being even looked at. A second employee stood there talking about personal concerns while the other employee helped the customer ahead of me. Neither felt it was important to acknowledge a customer in line for 15 minutes to even say we will be right with you. When finally at the desk it was clear we were a burden to him. Work is fine but an improvement in customer service would benefit this organization. We will go elsewhere simply due to this.

They quoted me a price on a new battery. I checked out other repair shops, and they were charging comparable prices. I was in and out of of Tire Choice within an hour. I plan on using them again in future for repairs on my vehicles.

Went in because my car was stalling while driving, they said they had found the problem and that the fix would be $1200+. I went ahead with it and now my car is still stalling while driving, at times worse than before.

Always busy so wait times are a bit longer than some locations, but only because service is great and prices are fair, don't mind waiting for that.

I came in for an alignment. Was told over the phone the service would be covered given its within “time” warranty (6 months, 6000 miles) and made an appointment over the phonezWhen i arrived the following day, i was told i would have to pay for my alignment full price (it has only been 4 months since i got it done at that same location) and that i never had an appointment (after making one over the phone the previous day). They still took me in but when i came back 2 1/2 hours later, my car felt the same. I was not given a sheet of the before and after of my alignment nor was I explained anything (unlike other visits) My car notifies me when my car is being used and is left unlocked, i only received two notifications, when i left it open when i left the shop and 5 minutes after they called me that my car was ready. Leaving me to think that my car was NOT worked on/ touched until they called me. i returned the next day after telling them my car felt the same, man rotated my tires and said that was probably the reason, after getting it back my car STILL felt the same. I feel what i paid for is NOT worth the work they did NOT do on my car. Spent 130 for NO change/fix on my car. Paid for no service. Sadly, will not be returning. (Went to Leschwab and they did an inspection for free and told me i do not need an alignment, only tires.)

The people at tire choice treat my mother and I like family. I never feel intimidated or pressured and appreciate the care and concern they put into their customer service and repairs. I've been taking our cars here for 9 years now and won't go anywhere else.

I feel that Tires Choice took excellent care of my vehicle when I took it in for service. My car was due for an oil change, but I also asked the mechanic to check out a few other issues that I had noticed. I received a call in a little while and we discussed their findings and solutions. My car is running perfectly now and the cost to repair it seemed reasonable and fair. I plan to continue using Tires Choice for all my future vehicle needs.

Last Friday my tire was punctured by a wrench on the road..that's right I said a wrench.I made an appointment to get a new tire, I even told the service writer I was fine getting a new tire if the tire couldn't be repaired. Well they worked their magic and repaired the tire. They remounted my tire and reinstalled my spare back in its place. They only charged me for the tire repair.

This place is awful they have been the same thiefs since it was good year. I took my vehicle in last week and after 7 hours of vehicle sitting all day I go in there and they said it needs the transmission dropped and and all this other stuff which my vehicle did not need. And they said it would be around $3,0000. I took it to a honest shop a few miles away and after a real diagnostic it was just the front end that needs to be rebuilt and for only $1800 I have the paper work to prove it. Big difference you crooks...everyone in jurupa valley is gonna know about you guys ...gonna get this place closed down
