I was visiting from out of state and while I was there, my daughters neighbors car had a flat tired and was unable to repair it. I wanted to help them so I found your company on line and took the tire in. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They were able to replace the tire with a very good price. This was on a Sunday afternoon. I am very impressed with the company and the employees. Thank you for helping me help a person in need.

Awful do not go here half of the job I paid 100 for still isn’t done and there’s no promise they actually gave me a new filter and the closed shop 3 hours early yesterday only giving a star cause I have to I’m contacting corp for my money back and I’ll be paying Walmart to rotate my tires with my refund

120$ for tire alignment, communicated very clearly there was a noticeable pull to the right, car was in shop for 10 minutes max. there still remains a noticeable pull to the right. no change at all.

Customer service was really lacking. The two older men seemed tired and disinterested in me. No smile, no hello, no nothing really. I have bought tires here before and it wasn’t much better then. I don’t think I will be coming back here for tires or tire service again.

I was told this was a top-of-the-line tire $250. Buy one get one free and I got them on the car for 530. What a deal! What a deal? I look these tires up online. They’re $90 my size Tire Nexium, CP 672 is $90 attire at buy one get one free which is what I was told I was getting, plus installation. Why did I pay 530 for $90 tires? They said $250 tire on sale buy one get one free , I’m going back to that store. They’ve got some questions to answer for me. Why I didn’t look it up online when I was in the waiting room I don’t know. I guess I was just happy to get Tires at such a good deal. I didn’t question it I should have.

2011 tundra. They got me in the day I called. He Said they don't do trucks but tried anyways. They could only adjust the toe and nothing else. Apparently heated up my tie road end and melted the boot but didn't say anything. Didn't get the lock nut back tight at all. A few days later i drove it again and the left wheel starts to wonder back and forth and the truck feels like it's coming apart because it's adjusting itself while I'm driving. My steering wheel when I'm attempting to drive straight is also completely to the left. I was told he would go get some blocks so they could get the lift higher and adjust the truck right next week. I said are you going to charge me again he basically told me it depends on who's there. You have to remove the tie rods to replace the boot. I wasted 100 bucks for nothing. Now I know why they were able to get me in the day of me calling lol. From now on ill take it to Knoxville.

Driving from Dallas to Philly and had a blowout. The tire was shredded. Tire choice had my tire in stock. I was back on the road in less than half an hour. Made it 700 miles back to Philly without an issue. Tire Choice was very professional, courteous and quick.

I have tires installed and alignment done, when I test drive the car my steering wheel was not straight. When back in and ask them to fix it for me and 2 hours later they call and say it’s done. My van was never move from the spot that I park.

Very pleased with the assistance determining correct tires. They had the tires the next day. Added an oil change and had my car ready in about 2 hous. Tires changed,balanced, aligned and oil changed.

After having tires replaced on my wife's car and my truck and leaving very satisfied, I decided to use them to replace calipers, brakes & voters on my Jeep. Once again, I was very pleased with the service and the cost. I will definitely use these guys again in the future !

Took my car here to have a alignment and I told the people beforehand that I needed them to check everything because I just had it out of another shop that didn't do the job correctly. Do you not know they sent me out? With busted motor mounts they did alignment with busted motor mounts and sway bar links busted and a a arm control busted and wheel bearing bad I even asked them me being a woman. I asked them nicely to check over everything that I just stated to make sure that it was not bad they said that they did but yet it took my husband to find out. All this stuff was bad after the fact so now I have to turn around and get my car relined because it's a little out of line since I put all those new parts on it since they couldn't tell me me being a woman that is not okay them being men they should be more respect to their self to really double check it if it's just one woman coming in there by herself. No man with her. They should still check it now. If my husband was there they probably would have done the job and probably would have came back and told me that this stuff was bad but me being a woman no they just used me and took my money. Done a alignment anyways when they should had..!!!!
