The customer service in this place is garbage, I called for an appointment they gave me an appointment for an hour and a half from the time I called when I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes earlier the guy in the counter told me to come back the next day cause they were already full and not to make my appointment over the phone with them, the minimum they could have done was called to cancel my appointment they made me was a 20 minute drive to tell me they couldn’t do it to my face after I even showed up early. Please stay away from these type of business

Make an appointment over the with corporate which I didn’t know wasn’t the shop it self until I arrived and waited for over 2 hours to have a oil change , the manager /owner I don’t know has 0 experience with customer service , I tried cancel the Groupon he didn’t how as well. To make sure it shot , my family I had our trip to Orlando delay for over 2 hours because a oil change at this TERRIBLE Place. Do not recommend it at ALL, to top it off they didn’t know how to reset the oil display.

Highly recommend this location Elvis and Chris are phenomenal the best! Ask for them you won’t regret it!!! Customer service is always above and beyond if could give more than 5 stars definitely would be more 10+ They are caring, very knowledgeable and efficient! Been coming here for many years wouldn’t trust any other place! Can’t say enough about them truly restores my faith in people and businesses. Thank you so very much!

I want to issue a warning to the customers of this garage. My son bought 2 Michelin tires for his Lexus vehicle, at Amazon. Today, with a scheduled appointment and the tire installation already paid for, he took his car in, left it for the service, and planned to pick it up later. He picked it up, and out of curiosity, I went to check the new tires. To my surprise, I realized that the work had NOT been done, yet they handed the car over as if the job had been completed. I immediately told him to call, and the person who answered asked him to bring the car back, admitting that the job had been marked as finished but was never actually done. I can’t help but wonder, if I hadn’t noticed this situation, they wouldn’t have called. It was my son who reached out. I’m leaving this lengthy review of this place because, to me, it’s blatant theft. They took advantage of a young person with little experience, who picked up his car trusting the paid work had been done, when clearly it wasn’t—and they stayed completely silent about it. This is a warning to avoid this garage if you have another option, because their lack of honesty is obvious. They may try to say many things to defend themselves, but actions always speak louder than words.

It’s best to avoid big chain places like these. The mechanics are rushed and annoyed and don’t care about the details. I went for an alignment in the pouring rain was told it would take 2-3 hours so i was picked up by a relative and about an hour later they said it was ready. Then the next day driving to work i noticed my steering wheel was crooked! I called them to see if they would fix it they said my car may need more work. In this day and age we can easily learn a lot from YouTube. I saw multiple videos about this and learned that a crooked steering wheel doesn’t always mean more work or even another alignment but a simple turn of the tie rods so the front tires are aligned with the steering wheel. When they do an alignment they lock the steering wheel in place but do so quickly and lazy and not always straight. This is a quick 10 minute fix. I haven’t been able to go back yet bc even though they close at 7 i was told i had to get there by 4 but I work until 5 pretty far away with lots of traffic! I’m annoyed by this lack of attention to detail and hope they fix it! Next time better off going to a mom and pop owned tires shop that a friend could recommend.

Terrible service and experience I had, the person who was serving me, who said he was the manager, served me in an aggressive and rude manner, not wanting to accept a service that was already paid for. My service came with a tire rotation change and an oil change. The person did not want to take the service that I had already paid for through the Groupon application and until the end, he decided to do the work but lied saying that my tires were old and without further ado, he said he was not going to do it. Terrible work, I will never go back and a waste of money and time, trusting a company like that. What a lack of morals and professionalism. Terrible experience and I hope something is done about it.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service! After waiting an hour and a half before leaving at one shop and getting turned down at another because they’re “not allowed to work on Pirelli tires,” I decided to try Tire Choice because of all the good reviews. All I can say is they exceeded my expectations. I called and spoke with Manny this morning to see if they had time to fix my tire and he told me I could come in right away. I figured there would be a bit of a wait, but within a half an hour my tire was patched and I was on my way. Thank you Manny for such a hassle-free experience! It truly made my day. Tire Choice is going to be my go-to for any future vehicle maintenance, and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.

This is the second time I take a car after purchasing tires at Amazon and have this place install them and balance them and also align my car. Manny is excellent. He is very attentive to your needs and he gets the job done right and fast. I’m very happy and I would come back here again and again
