Today I got 5-star service! I was a walk-in coming in for routine maintenance and an oil change. The front desk manager (Ivan) had some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at any business in Miami let alone an automotive shop. Ivan was able to fit me in without an appointment on a very busy day and Everth took great care of my car. I am so grateful to Ivan and Everth who helped me get exactly what my car needs to keep running smoothly- they really went above and beyond. My friend recommended this shop and I can see why. This will be my go-to auto shop here in Miami. Thank you gents!

I had a great experience with Tire Choice Auto Service Centers in Miami, I am currently in Massachusetts and had to have my car towed in to them because it had been sitting at my Condo at the beach for some time and wouldn’t start and the tires had disintegrated. Robert, one of the technicians made me feel very at ease and made my experience a seamless one. I would recommend to anyone to bring your vehicles here.

Robert and Jay were friendly and welcoming. I believe I found my new shop. Give them a raise because I will come back here just because of them! As a woman it’s important to feel like you’re not being lied to or ripped off. They made me feel like I was in a safe place and I told them that is important for me. They are the reason why you now have me as a customer and I’ll bring my friends. Be kind to them. They deserve it

Mantengase lejos de este lugar. Me hicieron un diagnostico agregando cosas que no necesitaba. Carisimo!!! Tire a la basura el dinero por el diagnostico porque tuve q ir a otro lugar a confirmar y estaba todo inflado!! Me ponian cosas que hacer en el auto que yo habia hecho hace dos meses! Y cuando les dije me dicen ah bueno esto no es importante. Entonces porque lo agregaban al presupuesto?? Si yo pagaba ya esta! Tremendos deshonestos.

I had an appointment today at 9:00 AM to replace my four tires, and everything went really smoothly. The staff was friendly, and my car was ready by 9:20 AM, which was faster than I expected. I had a few questions about the service, and Roberto took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole experience was really positive, and I’m planning to come back on Monday for more services.

Oil change took 3h instead of 45min, they forgot to rotate tires so I had to check and let them know, also asked them to check air in my tires and they never did, so they let me leave with low air in all 4 tires. Just unreal and unprofessional experience. Not coming back for sure!

Horrible shop. I would highly recommend going anywhere else. I use the Groupon for the oil change and was charged an extra almost $40 not to mention the fact that they left my car inside full of grease.

Im shocked that this place is still in business. Unfortunately, honesty seems to be a foreign concept to them. The experience was frustrating, and we wouldn't trust them with any vehicle.

los mecánicos se aprovecharon del poco conocimiento q tengo sobre mecánica, no me explicaron ni dieron detalles de la reparación, sugieren reparaciones urgentes y me ofrecieron un presupuesto verbal vulnerable a cambios repentinos en el costo. No especificaron detalle de la marca ni calidad de las piezas reemplazadas Un taller debe estar dispuesto a mostrar las piezas defectuosas o dañadas que requieren reparación o reemplazo y entregar al cliente la pieza reemplazada

Bought a Groupon for a car wheel alignment here and had a 10am appointment. A little after 1 pm (a 3 hour wait WITH an appointment), it became my turn. While my car was still in its handicapped parking spot I was told by the man behind the desk ( manager?) my front tires were not stable and my rear tires may be rotten, and before they would do the alignment my tires would have to be changed. Conveniently, they had a set of 4 on sale, just my size, with a free alignment, and I could also get my money back from Groupon for the unneeded coupon. I did have some reservations since my eyes could not see and my hands could not feel any cracks or bulges in the tires. I then asked if the alignment could be done after buying their tires. I was then told by the man behind the desk that after the tires, I would need two new struts and two new sway bars before the alignment could be done on my car. They gave me an estimate for the repairs. I asked how they could possibly know I needed near $2500 in front-end work and their least expensive tires WITHOUT PUTTING THE CAR ON A LIFT TO ACTUALLY LOOK UNDERNEATH to diagnose??? The man behind the desk told me they have experts working there, He was the expert with tires, and the mechanic was the expert on repairs and able to tell what I would need underneath without even moving my car out of the parking space. No lift. Not even a test drive. Just their expertise. Experts at something, for sure. I chose not to have any work done there. A business can charge any price it chooses. If they truly were so good at analyzing my car on the ground, then I felt they did not have to make an elderly man wait for 3 hours before saying they already knew what would be needed. As I was leaving, the deskman (salesman?) said he was sorry they did not have a chance to repair my car (I bet). They also reminded me to get my refund from Groupon since they did not do the alignment. I then went back to the place where I originally bought the "bad tires" and was told they would also sell me new ones again at less than half the price of the Tire Choice sale price if I wanted, but the ones on the car were fine and clearly safe to drive on. They were also pretty amazed at the Tire Choice mechanics aformentioned abilities. And as for the Groupon, this coupon was of the type where the merchant gets paid not when it is used, but immediately after the Groupon is purchased. So it is Tire Choice that already has been paid for something they did not do, should have refunded, wouldn't refund, and then told me to try to get back my money from Groupon which has already paid Tire Choice. I do not know about anyone else, but going forward, Tire Choice may not be my choice next time I need tires or repairs.

I had a terrible experience at this shop. While they estimated a 90 minute wait time for the oil change, the service actually took 4 hours. Because I was waiting in the shop for that entire time, I watched them not rotate my tires, despite that being included in the service I'd paid for. Would absolutely not recommend and will not go back.

I came to this car repair shop to replace my battery, and the person in charge told me that the cost of the battery was $250, including taxes and everything, and that they wouldn’t charge me for installing it. Then, when I went to pay, he told me it was $268 because of taxes. I confronted him and said, “Why did you tell me it was $250 w ith taxes and everything, and now you’re saying it’s $268?” His response was, “Are you really going to get upset over $10?” I replied, “It’s not about the $10, it’s about your lie and your lack of honesty.” I do not recommend this place because they are liars. I was assisted by Roberto Martínez.

Don’t go there they will lie to you about prices and will let you wait for a while. they sent me to a different location and when I arrive to a different location, they ask me for more money stay away.

I would put a 0 star if I could. The boy in the entrance with bad attitude told me the tire was not repairable. Of course it was repairable, I went to another and they fixed it 5 minutes.

Staff was friendly but very dishonest. They insisted I needed a new tire without even looking at the tire I wanted patched! I trusted their excuses/explanation - shame on me- and paid $500 for a new tire even though my “old” tire was in perfect condition with fewer than 15k miles on it. The tire had one thin nail in the center tread. That’s it. The tech showed it to me - I was worried that if I complained, the tech would get fired so I didn’t say anything. But what a scam. And I feel stupid for trusting this business. Buyer beware. Lesson learned.

They tell u to buy a groupon to save money and then charge another random $21 after the service is done for no reason, the groupon doesnt talk about extra charges neither do they tell you when you are buying it in front od them so everything comes out to about the same price
